Final Conclusion Regarding Dairy Protein, a New Year's Resolution, and Addressing Psychology

Regarding dairy protein, I've gone back and forth on whether it's healthy to eat.  My final conclusion after a vast amount of experimentation and research over the years is:

Dairy fat is healthy, but dairy protein is unhealthy and has an opiate effect.  This under-5-minute video helps explain why:

"Are You Addicted to Dairy?"

My latest idea is to take heavy whipping cream (which has virtually no dairy protein) and whip it into whipped cream.  I add a little stevia and vanilla extract, and it's absolutely delicious!  Butter also has virtually no dairy protein.  Cream cheese has a small amount of dairy protein - around 1g to 2g per serving, but maybe some is ok; time will tell.  As for all the rest, especially in my case, I no longer eat.  No more milk, yogurt, kefir, and hard cheeses, which all have large amounts of dairy protein.  Also, no cottage cheese, which is very high in dairy protein.  Also, no more whey protein concentrate powders.

Pea protein isolate is still a possibility for a protein source, but will not be the only protein source.  Some meat will be eaten, but will not be the only protein source either.

Conclusion:

When I made the post Advice to Have Greater Immunity to Attacks, back doors were used to hack into me through dairy protein consumption.  Therefore, one of my New Year's Resolutions is to strictly adhere to nearly eliminating dairy protein consumption, starting out with less than 10g per day.  If that is insufficient, it will be reduced even more.  This New Year's Resolution has been declared a few days before New Years Day, starting now.

If accusations and projections are made against a social movement, the result is the social movement doubling down on its position.  Starting around 2016, the political Left and Right fought with one another like never before, doubling down on their positions.  Politics were 'in your face' on a daily basis.

Doubling down also applies to individuals.  If person A goes on a tirade against person B, person B doubles down on his/her position.  Such is the psychology regarding negative interactions between people on Earth.

Solutions become worse than problem people, or perceived problem people, when the solutions involve tirades and finger pointing.  This has been proven in the comments section on Sebastian's latest blog post.

  1. Excellent analysis! I really like how you map it out!

The level of projection goes off the charts with them. Developing tactics to deal with them has been a long journey. Narcissists try to control the conversation in subtle ways, and then if this doesn't work, they become overt. Sometimes they will make a statement as if everyone agrees that it's true as a form of propaganda. There are so many methods they have. Part of me wants to avoid confrontations with them, but the other part of me wants to go all in head first in order to bring it all up for clearing. On a personal level, I agree, avoidance of them is best. They love to try to get in people's heads and mess everything up.

  2. A family member had that. Every time he would eat cheese he would get a runny nose afterward. Yeah, probably is the body rejecting it. Glad that you mentioned this! I'm also no longer eating nuts and nut butters. They are hard on the gut.

  3. Yeah, the vegan butters and margarine always gave me trouble too. Vegetable oil is so toxic. Your experience with dairy further confirms it's the dairy protein that's the problem. One step closer!
