If there's something that's bothering me that I can't do anything about, I force myself to stop thinking about it, letting it go. Another option is visualizing what's bothering me being solved.
Option that generates massive loosh: fixating on it with feelings of anger, powerlessness, and depression. Also, making projections and conflicts, which creates loosh within loosh. (In my case this takes the form of rants when I'm at home.)
There will be no further posts from this blog, as it is time to enter a new phase. This has been an amazing experience, and I’m glad so many have benefited! Thank you to everyone here for sharing in this journey with me!

Libra, thanks - makes sense. People have varying thresholds based on their experiences/backgrounds. I wonder if thresholds change with time.
