It was pure suffering that brought me to the path of seeking a higher power.  If I had not suffered to such extremes, I would probably be 'one of the herd.' If the United States really is responsible for bioweapons in Ukraine, that's just another reason to take out the US.  Both China and Russia have reason to believe the US is responsible. The situation doesn't have to go nuclear to kill off populations.  In the US, fuel prices can skyrocket to the point of starving out the population.  When Russia no longer exports fuel to the US, and China follows, it's game over for the US.   This obvious statement is what everything comes down to: If you cut off a country's fuel supply, you condemn every man, woman, and child in that country to die of starvation, because without fuel, the food supply collapses. A great way to stop unnecessary drama is to no longer take many matters seriously.   Certain matters should of course be taken seriously, but more and more, I'm finding that I'm taking matters seriously that I don't need to take seriously.    There's a neverending supply of problems to get upset over, both internally and externally.  Yet, how much loosh gets generated when various matters are made to be serious when they're not even worth thinking about? The grey isn't dead and I'm being messed with for the trillionth time.  This is just another example of non-intervention.  That's why I left Cobra.  The 'Light Forces' can't even get rid of one grey alien.  Now that's just sad. The present moment is the main focus:  Not allowing stinging sensations or any other sensations to be defined.  Not thinking about Ets and Cobra, because only anger will come up because of a 100% complete failure to intervene. Interrupting harmful mind-programs and returning to the present moment through focusing on breath, body, and physical surroundings.  Returning to the present moment interrupts self-destructive thought-forms and feelings, thus weakening them.    

When I drank ayahuasca in 2006, I fought the experience as much as I could.  I had never been so frightened in my life.  The ayahuasca forced me to dissolve my identity completely, and I became a process - the natural process.  Once I became the natural process (for a few hours), I no longer suffered. Yesterday (waking state), in an attempt to get more loosh out of me, there were accusational thought-forms against me, calling me a "pathological liar."  The thought-forms were from someone 'talking behind my back.'  This, along with other polarizing manipulations, were trying to make me upset, but I became present instead.
