Taking a Stand, and Going Beyond Thought
I'm glad to see that finally, there is a coordinated effort to go up against the cabal in the United States. I'm not political, but yes, the border is being exploited for drug trafficking, human trafficking, and for bringing dangerous criminals into the US. It's possible that the cabal want a civil war in the US, but this doesn't feel like it's cabal-orchestrated. Something had to give. Enough is enough. I'm excited to see what happens next with this!

It's important to go into presence beyond all thought:
Eckhart Tolle's works are not an end-all. There's no such thing. However, 'hitting the reset button' allows one to have a much more effective and functional mind when in use. Negative thought-patterns can be weakened and broken up when going into a state of presence beyond all thought spontaneously throughout the day, even if it's only for a few seconds. Brief intervals of presence beyond thought can be accessed in many ways:
- Focusing on 1 or more breaths with presence beyond thoughts.
- Focusing on one's body, or parts of one's body with presence beyond thoughts.
- Focusing on an object with presence beyond thoughts.
- Focusing on one's environment with presence beyond thoughts.
- Focusing on the universe with presence beyond thoughts.
- Focusing on the space between physical matter with presence beyond thoughts.
- Focusing on a 'now moment' from memory that was beyond all thought with presence beyond thoughts.
- Focusing on a daily task with presence beyond thoughts.
- Listening to high quality music with presence beyond thoughts.
- Focusing on physical movements with presence beyond thoughts.
- When eating, focusing on the experience of eating with presence beyond thoughts.
- Combinations of the above. (Example: focusing on one's body and environment at the same time with presence beyond thoughts.)
- Other ways of access one can come up with that I haven't mentioned here.
By going beyond thought, it can become easier to access constructive and beneficial thoughts upon returning back to thinking.
On a personal note, I either soar amongst the skies, or sink into oblivion. It's being made very clear to me in some very 'not-so-nice ways' that the days of limbo are over.
