Health Foods Are A Dangerous Scam (Updated )

I kept wondering why certain issues have been coming up, and big time.  I've been going gluten free, with the only source of starch being quinoa.  This has been an absolute disaster.  I would eat the quinoa, and I would get hungry and unstable afterward.  

Quinoa is extremely toxic, even if rinsed.  The saponins even damage the metabolism.  I've been through such intense hell over the last few days to the point of considering suicide, and now I know why.

Update discussing plant foods and the microbiome:

Fruits and vegetables have these toxins as well.

In the distant past, humans had much stronger microbiomes/guts and could handle plant toxins.  In modern times though, humanity has very weak microbiomes (to a large extent - there are of course exceptions).  This is why people who go on the carnivore diet get such positive results, because they are no longer eating plant toxins that mostly can't be handled anymore.

It's not that the carnivore diet is the healthiest diet of all time.  It's just that for a species that has a very weak, non-diverse microbiome, avoiding all plant toxins is less harmful.

(Ironically, refined bread is less harmful than quinoa, because many of the plant toxins are processed out of the wheat!) 

In the distant past, sure, "eat your fruits and vegetables" was sound advice.  Given humanity's current weakened state though, it's no longer sound advice.

Some say that the adversity of ingesting plant toxins strengthens the microbiome, but I've tried this, and the same negative results occur every time - there is never any improvement.  This is also the case with others I've researched who went vegan for several months, but still felt terrible when eating plant foods - their microbiomes did not get stronger from the adversity even after a long period of time.

That explains the push for veganism and plant based diets and this whole obsession with carbon emissions and getting rid of animal meat, they even say it reducing aggression amongst people and makes them more docile and easier to control. They are trying poison us with plants and bugs toxins knowing full well our microbiome can't handle those those things... A combination of meat and plants is best for us at our current state.

    1. For many people, they can do well on low carb and eating meat, but there are others who have different blood types that are better going vegetarian or vegan. It's complicated. But yeah, the WEF is definitely against humanity. Humans are not meant to eat insects and so forth.
