This Could Be Happening

It's possible that I've been eating too much protein, and this is what has been making me so ridiculously tired.  I've been taking several naps per day for over a month.

I also recently lost weight too fast.  This was accompanied by hypoglycemia, nausea, stomach pain, and dizziness when briefly going low carb.

This really could be taking place:

"This will go through transformations, and there will be less people desiring to eat meat."

I'm not going to go vegan, but over 100g of protein per day has been leaving me barely able to function.  Originally, I found that going low protein made me very tired, which is why I felt the need for a high amount.  Now, a high amount is making me even more tired than a low amount.

There's this thing that's called 'balance.'  I hear it's not a myth, that it actually does exist.  I suppose I should look into this more...

  1. Hi Starlight 😊.
    Have you ever tried making a mix of plant and animal proteins?
    I try to be 100% vegetarian and for my part I have no problem of discomfort with certain foods, maybe you have a vitamin deficiency, it can explain the fatigue, just like the energy change 😊.
    You know, I saw again the entity that was with the spider I eliminated recently, I didn't publish on the Portal, the "sequel to the film" I'm not sure they're ready for that, I'll show you 😉 in the link at the end of this post.
    Kisses beautiful soul 😘

    Many plant foods contain plant proteins in varying proportions:

    Pulses, grown from legumes: split peas, chickpeas, peas, beans, lentils, soybeans, broad beans, etc. Studies highlight their high protein content (between 20 and 40%), as well as the agronomic benefits of growing legumes, which contribute to soil fertilization.
    Oilseeds: peanuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.
    Cereals: wheat, rice, oats, quinoa, buckwheat, spelt..;
    Tubers: sweet potato, potato, manioc;
    Certain spices such as fenugreek;
    Spirulina.

    1. I've tried mixing all kinds of proteins. I have to be careful with plants because plants have so many natural toxins. Beans and legumes are very hard on my digestive system. The high amount of animal protein was hard on my system too though, and I'm feeling better by reducing it.

      Looks like some intense encounters! The subconscious goes to many different places. So many conflicts take place that most people don't register consciously. Your awareness of the other side helps to pierce the veil. Stay strong! 💖

      I really hope we're very close so you can benefit from the new medical care technology ☺️🙏.
      Is everything all right with you? Life seems to be getting very hard with rising prices in your country.
      There are a lot of natural disasters all over the world, and a lot of solar activity, I follow the solar weather on this site.

    3. Seems that noodles cause less issues than bread. I've decided to just eat foods that are enjoyed and no longer pay attention to carbs, but will still keep the sweets to a minimum. There will probably be weight gain from doing this, but will feel better. My diet has actually been very low in calories for a long time.

      The US just is what it is. I can't even look at the poor thing anymore. I'm ok at the moment, staying away from the insanity.

      I monitor the sun like that too! 🙏

  2. Wow, the sun is really shining! A second X-class eruption within a few days of each other and a major radio blackout in my area.
