Tarot Cards Revisited, and the Naturally Positive

Several years ago I was meditating on various cards from the Rider Waite tarot deck.  The result was being knocked around by animals in the dreamstate on multiple occasions - particularly horses and cows.  Recently I had a realization come through telling me why:

The horses and cows are representative of the subconscious.  Myself being knocked around is representative of the conscious.  The subconscious was out of control of the conscious.  I needed to be on top of the animal with reigns, steering it where to go - the conscious directing the subconscious to accomplish desired goals.  Being on the ground and getting knocked around was a way of showing me that I needed to take initiative.  

The cards themselves are not evil and so forth.  It was the intensity of the dreams that scared me away.  If I meditate on the cards again in the future, I will go slower and be more cautious.

Even a mind with major issues can be transcended by focusing on that which is naturally positive.  The light of the sun is naturally positive.  Plants and trees are naturally positive.  The stability of one's physical surroundings is naturally positive.  (The physical does always change, but physical objects in one's environment, and one's physical body, are very structured and grounding.)  The violet flame is naturally positive.  The universe is naturally positive.  (There are more examples than the ones given, but these are what currently stand out.)  Lock on to that which is naturally positive, and a distance from internal problems can be obtained, allowing for healing.  

Avoid locking on to other people who exude natural positivity.  Others can embody natural positivity and bring it through, but it's because they tap into the sources.  Tap into the sources of natural positivity first, and then others who have also done so can be worked with for mutual development, as colleagues.
