Vadim Zeland's "Reality Transurfing" Notes and Summaries, Chapter 19 - Part 1

This is the final chapter of Reality Transurfing, and will be divided into 3 parts.

The first condition without which Transurfing is impossible is that you must have good energy levels.

There are two kinds of energy:  Physiological energy and free energy.  Physiological energy is felt as warmth, physical strength, and energy.  Physiological energy is supported by eating well, rest, exercise, and getting fresh air.  Free energy is from the cosmos, and manifests as vigor or vitality.  Free energy is the energy of intention, which makes one capable of decisive action.

If you drag through the day with only enough energy for routine activities, and if you’re apathetic about life, this means you have very low energy levels.

Free energy can be said to be the same as life force.  Of course in youth, the energy of intention is often overflowing.  An old person who struggles with day-to-day existence definitely would want to run and be free if there was sufficient energy.  Yet, if one maintains energy at the right levels, one can create masterpieces at any age.

When one ceases to strive, life force/creative energy diminishes.  Those who feel like they’ve seen it all and that nothing can surprise them anymore age early.  Never tire of looking at the world with open eyes, and you will have more energy.  When people no longer allow themselves to wonder at the world or strive for new ideas, their development comes to a halt, degradation sets in, and they age.

With life, there can only be forward and backward movement.  There can be no stops along the way.  This is how nature operates.  Even a cliff transforms its appearance.

Dynamic action generates intention, and intention ignites life force.  If you remain apathetic and sit with your arms folded doing nothing, try to set about doing something.  Then, energy will come to you.  Sometimes it just takes an initial push to get you going.

You don’t need to get energy from ‘somewhere.’  It comes from the cosmos, and you can take as much as you can carry.

Burdens reduce energy.  The first type of burden is obligations, which causes one to place conditions upon oneself, which can plummet energy.  Maybe you made a promise to someone you don’t want to keep.  How many plummets do you have around your neck?  Many people carry burdens, but it’s not enough to make them seriously deteriorate until it becomes a crisis.  If the burdens become too many or too heavy, one will become ill, fall into depression, or something tragic will happen.  Consequently, the world will become tense and be viewed with fear and mistrust, with reality taking more and more gloomy shades.

The second type of burden consists of the load of excess potential.  Excess significance ascribed to something external causes one to carry an immense burden – an unmanageable mountain of baggage.  Examples of such burdens:  The feeling of inferiority (I must protect and consolidate my importance), the feeling of guilt and responsibility (I must work my service and fulfill my duty), exaggerating the complexity of problems (I have a huge amount of work to do, as well as other doubts and concerns that constantly weigh me down).

Many people are weighed down on all sides by all sorts of obligations, unfinished business, harsh conditions, plans, and numerous goals.

Goals can generate the energy of intention, but only on the condition that they are realized, and do not just hang at the project stage.  Making promises and agreements to follow through on something can be easy, but keep in mind that every time you pin even the smallest obligation onto yourself, you hang a weight around your neck which draws on part of the energy of intention, and you will have to go forward carrying this weight.

Energy coming through can be reduced to a small trickle.  This creates a deficit of free energy which causes poor physical condition, low levels of creativity, illness, and everything associated with it.  The limited energy coming through is only used on maintaining the useless weights one carries.  The small remainder is used for vitality, which gives one alertness, proactiveness, cheerfulness, optimism, and the desire to have everything one wants right now, and the feeling that one can move mountains.  Judging from one’s own condition, everyone can figure out how much vitality they have.

In order to free up resources, you have to either get rid of a portion of the potential intentions, or bring them into being.  Ask yourself what is oppressing you.  If you give it some thought, you should be able to drop many weights without regret.  You may feel like you need these weighty trinkets, and that you cannot possibly get rid of them.  Yet what’s the point of carrying them around if you can never realize them?

Here are some examples of weights that bog people down:  “I have to be better than everyone else.”  “I must always be at my best.”  I will prove to others and myself what I am worth.”  “I have no other choice but to continue walking the path I have chosen.”  “Only winning is an option.  Otherwise, I will not be able to respect myself anymore.”  “I cannot make a mistake.”  And so on.

Everything that is endlessly put off until later is a useless load to carry.  These things should either be eliminated from your list or brought into being because they take up energy, which is stupid to waste.

If you want to give something up such as a bad habit, do this because you want to, and not because you ‘have to.’  If you force yourself into a corner by volition, you pump up intention even more, which leads to a crisis.  So, either realize your intention, or rid yourself of the burden of obligation, and channel the habit into a more manageable flow.  For example, a smoker can purchase a decent pipe and purchase good quality tobacco.  This means building a partnership with your ‘energetic creditor.’  As a result, the harmful vice will become more measured and manageable.  The ‘bank’ is more likely to give a respectable client preferential terms.

Of course, dropping the bad habit is best, but if you can’t or won’t, there are ways to keep the bad habit with ‘smoother sailing.’  However, before you turn a harmful habit into a civilized manner, you need to have a good look at yourself and be honest with yourself about what you are doing.

You might have one huge weight that you’ve secretly been thinking of dropping for a long time, but have not yet been able to finally do it.  Imagine how light and relieved you will feel if you drop it.  Let yourself go.  Give yourself more freedom.  Compile a list of things that oppress you, and take the weight off your shoulders.  By doing so, you’ll immediately free up the reserves of the energy of intention, which will enable you to go forward.

If at the present time you do not feel able to take action and conquer new heights, there is no point in trying to determine your goal, and pendulums will take advantage of this and try to force their goals upon you.  To find your own goal, you have to have a certain level of freedom from obligations to others and yourself.  To be successful, you have to free yourself from one final weight.  Allow yourself to not have a personal goal for the time being.  Instead, achieving free energy can be your first priority.

There are three methods you can use to increase your energy levels.  1.  Free up resources.  2.  Exercise your energy channels.  3.  Widen your meridians.

When you free up resources, you get a tangible influx of strength.  Previously, you may have spent energy on stress and anxiety.  Now, this energy can be transformed into the resolve to act.  Previously, you spent energy on doubt and hesitation, tortured by the question of whether what you were doing was right or not.  Now, you can decide what “right” means for you.  Previously, energy went on worry and obligations related to a sense of guilt.  Now, this energy is freed.  Previously, you were tormented by the need to confirm your significance.  Now, you allow yourself to live according to your beliefs, and you feel more at ease.  Your previous energetic outgoings have been transformed into energetic income – into the energy of intention, which will help you create your own reality.

Just as physical exercise develops the muscles, achieving new goals increases your energy levels.  However, when the main peaks are taken and life takes on a calm flow, the energy of intention atrophies.  This fall in energy levels can be compensated for by doing energy exercises.  As you may recall, this means focusing the intention on the rising and descending currents while doing physical exercise.  If to this exercise you add visualization of the process in which a slide is played in your mind’s eye in which you see your reserves of energy increasing every day, the exercise will be even more effective.

Just with physical exercise causing sore muscles, increasing intention can manifest as tiredness and a feeling of being downcast.  Don’t worry.  This will pass, and things will return to normal again.  The important thing is to take a methodical approach.  Tell yourself everyday, “My intention energy increases with every passing day.”  After a few sessions, you will feel such a boost that you will literally want to jump up and down and fly.

Finally, the most direct route to increasing your energy levels is to cleanse the body and shift to a diet of natural foods that haven’t been treated with heat.  (The author states that foods not being treated with heat will be later touched upon in this chapter.)

Energy flows through the body just as water flows through a pipe.  When the body is cleansed, it’s like when a pipe is clean and the water pressure is strong.

You can also clean the pipe with high pressure water, which requires meditation.

When you are inspired, you are capable of generating ideas, coming up with innovative solutions, and creating masterpieces.  Like a muse, a moth is drawn towards the light.  Skepticism and apathy are evidence of low energy levels.  When you experience a deficit of energy, you always look pessimistically at the world, and this will instantly be streamed into physical reality.  When you have high vitality, success comes towards you; you don’t have to chase it.

What is the point of inspiration if all it does is build castles in the sky?  What has just been described is not so much inspiration, but is rather euphoria, which is experienced when there is a sharp shift from low energy levels to high energy levels.  This sharp shift causes distant aspects of the alternatives space to be accessed that reside far away from material reality.

Thought does not manifest instantly, because if it did, this would be like living in a video game of total chaos.  In order to form a reflection, it is essential that there be a sharp image born from the unity of heart and mind for a relatively lengthy period of concentrating on intention.  Perhaps one day someone will invent a ‘materializer’ for the alternatives space, of course if Source allows it.  The main point is that we ourselves are capable of transforming our dreams into reality.

Higher energy levels does not necessarily mean using force.  To create the layer of your own world, you have to feel a sense of oneness with it, and even identify yourself with it.  You have to take a fresh look at your surrounding reality.  “I am master of my reality, just as I am master of my body.”

Enter into the same time patterns as reality, and don’t expect instant change.  Be calm, patient, and focused on your goals.

Illness can make it difficult to control our bodies.  Another way in which we can lose control of our bodies is when being embarrassed.  For example, someone who is inhibited and shy often makes uncontrolled hand movements.  In this state, there’s no unity of heart and mind.  People often feel isolated from reality, feeling that their layer is somewhere outside of them, as if reality too makes uncontrolled movements, and nothing can be done about it.  However, once a person feels a sense of oneness with their world, they gain the ability to control it, just as they can control their body.

Pay attention to the circumstances that surround you.  Feel yourself to be a part of this world, to be in context with it, and look for what connects you to it.  In other words, be a separate particle of the world, but at the same time, be dissolved within it.  This is not easy to do, and cannot be taught.  Someone can only have oneness with their world through everyday experiences in life.  This path may turn out to be as long as life itself.  So, for those who don’t find the idea of the painstaking practice of spiritual perfection attractive, there are simple and accessible instructions.

You don’t always get what you want immediately, but whatever happens, you get what you focus your attention on.  For example, if your goal is to increase your energy levels of intention, you must focus on your energy channels and energy body.  Yet, if your intention is not focused on anything, you will not get anything.

There needs to be a goal and purpose.  Effort in itself manifests more effort.  If someone develops vitality to a high level but fails to give this a specific direction, the energy will be useless.  A simple lamp can only light up the area immediately surrounding it.  But a narrowly focused laser beam will shine on a point many kilometers away.  Therefore, if you want your energy to work for you, focus on the specific direction of the goal.

Concentration means focus, and not tension.  In order to control reality, you have to strive to keep your thoughts under control.  This may feel awkward at first, but in time, this will become a habit.  To make this a habit, follow this one simple rule:  Teach yourself to think about the thing you are doing in the moment.  Don’t do anything ‘just for the hell of it,’ swimming in an amorphous juice of uncontrollable thoughts.  Proclaim a declaration of intention.  This doesn’t mean you always have to be on your toes.  You can let your mind drift as much as you want, but make the intention, “If my mind wanders, it’s only because I allow it to do so.”  Then, you can return to a state of concentration when it’s required.

You don’t have to be in an ideal state of unity of heart and mind all the time to achieve your goal.  It’s enough to systematically focus your attention on the target slide.

By controlling your train of thought, you subject reality to your will.  It doesn’t matter if your thoughts keep going out of control.  The important thing is to acquire the habit of returning them to the stream of the target slide.  When you have the habit of returning your thoughts again and again to the goal, the slide becomes a constant companion, and its image will always be in the background in the context of all that happens to you.  Have no doubt – the image will be formed, and the mirror of the world will inevitably reflect this into reality.

Everyone is born with a mirror, and the dual surface of mirrors has many layers, which is what we perceive as physical reality.  The individual creates his or her layer of reality by thought and action.  It can be difficult to know which one influences reality more, but it’s probable that thoughtforms play the leading role because they create a significant portion of the material problems people spend a great amount time battling with.

A key question comes up:  “How are things going?”  A person’s surroundings may be abundant or poor, friendly or aggressive, comfortable or less so, but this is not important.  What has meaning is the extent to which that person is happy in these conditions – whether they receive what they strive for, and whether circumstances seem to unfold fortuitously or not.

A layer of reality can have light and dim hues.  This depends on how someone organizes their forms of thought.  The more destructive their thinking, the more gloomy their reality will be.  The worse things go, the more resentment builds up, which makes their layer darken even more.  Thus, your individual reality must be kept clean, just like the body.  All destructive thoughts must be driven out so that they do not have time to ruin your world.  This is the same as taking the trash out or doing needed physical cleaning.  You have to get rid of old junk, or otherwise, things will go badly.

There’s a certain kind of junk that’s not easy to eliminate.  This junk can be feelings of guilt, inferiority complexes, doubt, stress, fear, dissatisfaction, hostility, and negative expectations.  These can be like old aches and pains that we want to get rid of, but we don’t know how, so they must be treated.  And, a remedy is available.

Having a great amount of baggage from the past is like being on a bus full of toxic people.  As more and more toxic people get on your bus, they stay for the duration and can ruin the ride.  Whether or not the individual is conscious of the feeling, the most destructive of all the passengers is guilt.  If you notice that the world is punishing you and behaves as though it is mocking you or trying to undermine you, then you have all the symptoms of the disease.  Drive the infection out.  Give it a good kick!  The feeling of guilt is an unwanted and cocky guest who sinks into your armchair, puts their feet up, and starts dictating their conditions.

You can throw out unwelcome riders if you know that this is in your power.  Even if you are genuinely guilty of something, ask for forgiveness once, and once only.

Guilt generates punishment in the most varied forms, from tiny inconveniences to huge problems.  You might cut your finger, or you might end up in a serious accident.  Your outer intention will of course create some kind of punishment in the script.  A misdeed is believed to be followed by retribution, and the heart and mind are unanimous.

Balanced forces can manifest manipulators in your life who will stick to you like a persistent fly.  Manipulators make it a fine art to induce guilt in their clients.  If one has a tendency to absorb guilt and take it readily upon oneself, the manipulator will do everything possible to dump even more guilt upon oneself.  This can be learned in childhood, which is like a microchip that lodges deep within oneself to always feel like one is trying to atone for some misdeed.  Manipulators of course take advantage of this.

So, how can guilt be removed?  Guilt cannot be suppressed, nor can it be gotten rid of ‘just like that,’ because it is too deeply instilled.  The heart and mind have lived in agreement with guilt for a very long time.  Only a concrete course of action can draw someone out of this condition.

You don’t have to try and convince yourself that you don’t owe anyone anything.  Simply be mindful of your actions.  If you previously had a habit of apologizing for the slightest reason, instead explain your actions only when absolutely necessary.  It’s alright for the feeling of guilt to be inside you, but don’t reveal it externally.  Once manipulators realize they won’t get the same output from you anymore, they will leave you alone.  Meanwhile, the heart and mind will gradually get used to the new feeling.  You begin to stop feeling the need to justify yourself, which means that the heart and mind conclude, “That must be right.”  Consequently, your guilt simply does not exist anymore, so there will be fewer and fewer reasons for your atonement.  Thanks to the feedback chain, external form cleans up inner content.  The feeling of guilt disappears, along with associated problems.

The inferiority complex is another illness which practically everyone suffers to some degree.  This baggage makes a person feel unworthy and incapable, and this is then reflected in physical reality.

Perceived importance of yourself from others decreases equal to the extent that you emphasize self-importance.  The opposite also applies.  A person who has no concern for their significance has significance automatically.  The attempt to strengthen your position and emphasize your positive qualities is an illusion – a chase after the reflection around the mirror circle.

How do you prove to yourself that you are special and have no need to prove it?  You have to consciously redirect your intention.  Rather than try to prove yourself and show off, give up all attempts to increase your significance.  People then sense that your significance does not need to be confirmed.  Then, people are drawn to you and treat you with more respect.  As a result, the heart and mind are gradually instilled with the conviction that “I am in fact worth something.”  Self-esteem improves, and it’s as if there was never an inferiority complex at all.

Anxiety transforms desire into longing.  Abandon any form of waiting that feels like longing.  Otherwise, you won’t get anywhere.  Intention is essential to the achievement of your goals, and intention is free of doubt.  It emerges when your wanting transitions into doing.

In order to dull the itch of impatience, you need to have a safety net – a backup plan in case of failure, as well as being able to accept the idea of defeat from the outset.  When things don’t work out, despair or perhaps anger will make you waive your hand at the result you had expected.

Despair can help you eliminate painful feelings of self-importance.  If something doesn’t work out for you and hits your ambitions hard, this can cause you to ditch self-importance like a dead weight.  Afterward, you’ll feel better – freer and lighter.  Things will then pick up again.

Doubts usually arise when the mind tries to work out a path and a means to achieving a goal.  As has been previously stated, your task is to concentrate your attention on the goal as if it had already been achieved, and then outer intention will open the right doors at the right time.

Keep using the mirror principles.  Maintain the golden amalgam in your mirror of, “My world takes care of me.”  Also, follow the strategy of thinking shown in this example:  Suppose you are planning to go to university, and you want to pass the selection exam successfully.  Prior to the exam you say to yourself, “If I fail the exam, maybe that would be the best thing for me.”  By telling yourself this, you will be able to go to the exam feeling cheerful and relaxed.  This is accepting the possibility of failure and moving with the alternatives flow.  You are doing what is required of you while being indifferent to the result.  Or rather, you are prepared to think of any outcome as successful.

What’s the point of worrying when you can be successful in any case?  People are accustomed to relating to setbacks negatively, which is why people are forced to submit to the rules of the game in which success is difficult to achieve by default.  Instead, when you take an inappropriate step, name your failure as success.  Then you will stand out from the crowd, and your victory will be secured.

There’s no point in pretending you don’t want to achieve a goal.  Self-deception doesn’t work.  Don’t think about how the goal will be reached, and don’t get caught up in the script.  Visualize the slide, and place one foot in front of the other in the direction of your goal.  Follow the mirror principles.

By switching your attention from the mirror to the image and ceasing the chase after the reflection, you stop the mirror circle.   Then, you don’t have to persuade yourself of anything.  Just go by the mirror principles, and your reality will change substantially.  You’ll then see that the road to success is much different than you imagined.  As a result, the heart and mind are calmed.  Fear and doubt disappear, and success comes toward you.
