Part 2 - Vadim Zeland's "Reality Transurfing" Notes and Summaries, Chapter 19
Additional junk that needs to be cleared from your world is condemnation, dissatisfaction, aversion, and negative expectations.
Regarding condemnation, any form of criticism, even if justified, is extremely disadvantageous. Balanced forces ensure that the accuser is the one who gets ‘the heat.’ It’s advised to make any criticism from oneself directed to others as taboo.
Regarding all other negative responses, by playing the performance of, “My world does not suit me and I do not like my life,” you create and maintain that kind of reality in accordance to the mirror principles. Your layer of your world will take on the muddy areas of the alternatives space.
The onset of a bad patch in life comes either with physical ailments from a deficit of free energy, or from negative emotions that are experienced when expectations are not fulfilled.
It’s essential to increase energy levels so that cloudy areas don’t muck up your reality. When vitality reaches a certain level, you no longer feel irritated.
A cloudy haze, especially when in a corporate setting with many people contributing to this haze, can cause technical equipment to not work properly.
When you can’t follow any of the mirror principles and you feel really down, this is the child in you that is crying. Take care of it. Despite that adults appear to be serious, respectable, imposing, or cool, we are essentially the child. Push yourself on the marry-go-round, which means, do a little of what you like doing most. Take some special time out to relax without thinking about problems that distress you. “My world and I are going for a walk.”
By taking care of your inner child, your layer of reality will come out of the haze. You can go back in time to when you were happy as a child and the world took care of you. You can bring this feeling into the present time. The generation shift of being sad and saying “Those were the good old days” can be transformed into “I’m bringing the good old days into the present.” This is a way to ‘get out of the muck’ if your reality is in a gloomy layer of the alternatives space. (The author didn’t say to bring positive memories from the past into the present, but this is how it came across.)
Humans constantly find themselves in battle with their environment because they continually try to control nature with inner intention. One day people are polluting the environment, and the next day, they try to conserve it.
A part of a river can be controlled as a way of generating energy, but as a whole, the river remains an independent component of uncontrolled reality. A donkey can be nudged to move, but also, a donkey cannot be made to do anything it doesn’t want to do.
Polarization is based on comparisons. For example, “I am good, so you must be bad.” Or, “You will be good if you acknowledge my superiority.”
Another type of polarization is when a person tries to put pressure on the reflection of the mirror with inner intention, and nothing happens. This makes the person believe they need to apply even more pressure, and so with brute force they continue to push for what they want. Balanced forces then eliminate this polarization through the collision of opposites. Consequently, the result turns out to be the opposite of the person’s inner intention.
If the world doesn’t obey and seems to spite you, it’s essential to determine what causes your polarization to occur, and then to relax the corresponding potential. The mirror can be straightened out if polarization is reduced. This is simple, just like straightening a bicycle wheel. The wheel bends in areas where the spokes are too tight. If the spokes on one side of the wheel are too tight, they should be released on the other side. The tension is caused by pressure from inner intention trying to force obedience, and if the tension becomes intense enough, the spokes will break.
How can the overly tight spokes be loosened? Orderliness needs to be mixed with a dose of reasonable disorder. Allow for some amount of fun to be had in addition to the ‘seriousness of control.’ The reduced importance from humor and cheerfulness makes a person feel good, and is essential to allowing energy to flow. It’s impossible to shape reality when excess potential is present that blocks the energy of intention and distorts the mirror of the world.
If you make someone bend over backwards and tie them up, their body will feel discomfort. The soul feels exactly the same kind of discomfort when it is held and squeezed in a vice of excess potential, which is always there to some extent. The restless mind is always twisting the arm of the soul.
When fun reduces tension, the soul is set free. That’s why it’s so beneficial to be cheerful. We experience a feeling of inner comfort which is just as real as any physical sensation.
If by nature you’re not inclined to fun and mischievous tricks, you can simply contemplate on where you can relax the wheel a little.
Don’t loosen the spokes too much. To find the best amount, it’s a matter of observing, figuring things out, and applying the principle of correcting the mirror rather than blindly following a typical approach.
Transurfing principles can be observed in raising children:
Coercion can be changed from “You will do what I say” to “What will happen if?” Shift from a demonstration of power to an attempt to win respect. Replace authoritarianism with trusting relationships.
A child will cooperate when desiring to do what’s required. A burdensome duty for a child can be transformed into something that increases their importance.
In school, when children take the active role of teaching each other and are allowed to have their minds become creators instead of instruments of memory storage, the children learn in record-breaking time. Schools such as these are rare and difficult to get into. One would think that because these kinds of schools are so effective they would be everywhere, but this is not so because this does not serve the interests of the structure.
The structure does not need talent, great individuals, or eccentric personalities. What it needs are reliably functioning components. The system produces serviceable components, and does so in the manner demanded by the structure – a world of pendulums. Yet, as we know, trees also grow on rocks, and a genius will sometimes grow from the vice of common order.
If raising children, it’s in your power to assist them in becoming outstanding personalities. They will be capable of working out for themselves how to fit into the structure.
Up until now, it’s been shown how to transform your life into a conscious dream and the layer of your world into a cozy corner. The mirror principles have a subtle yet tangible impact on reality. Now, you will be introduced to more powerful approaches.
The target slide is the central instrument of Transurfing, which is visualizing a picture in which the goal has already been achieved. Aspects of slides from previous chapters will not be repeated, but here are a few key elements: The slide cannot be external. You need to be inside what you imagine so you can imagine yourself with everything you strive for. Don’t think about the means. The right doors will open at the right time. Don’t place strict conditions on how the goal will be reached. Your task is to concentrate on the final result.
Aside from the target slide, there is the visualization of the process. Once you are on the path to your goal, having fathomed how it will be realized and doing everything necessary in the material world, the process can be accelerated through visualization. The principle here is, “Everything is going extremely well, and today I am doing everything better than yesterday, and tomorrow will be better than today.” Even if it doesn’t always seem to be the case, if you continually visualize your target slide, you are getting closer and closer to your goal. You can have the slide in your mind’s eye as often as you’d like, but make sure you do this for a total of at least half an hour each day if you genuinely intend to achieve the goal.
The sector of the alternatives space is materialized via energy which, passing through the human body, is programmed by thought and transformed into the energy of intention. The more powerful the transmission of energy, the more powerful the effect. The force can be increased by concentrating on the energy currents. This can be done using the upward and downward energy current meditation discussed in a previous chapter.
A very powerful method of manifestation is to have a desired image or goal in your mind, and then imagine an energy in yourself exploding this out into the universe. You can ‘explode your energy’ like this as many times as you want.
Imagine a sphere around you, somewhere between 5 and 7 meters. It shows a springing resistance if you try to stretch or squash it. What is inside the sphere is yours, and what is outside the sphere is not yours. The proactive essence is now outside you, rather than inside you. Sense the outer membrane. Partly focus on it while running your target slide in your mind. The sphere becomes an antenna for the transmission of thought-energy, which strengthens the efficiency of the slide.
If you try to control an object with inner intention, such as trying to move a pencil with will power, it will not work. Instead, imagine the pencil drawing toward you with invisible threads. Likewise, if you try and rise up in the air, you will not take off and fly. Instead, imagine the opposite happening, as if the world itself is lifting you up into the air. Go beyond the point where your will tries to make the world obey to allowing the world to do the task itself.
Another technique is scenery reduction. Try and reduce all the thoughts that come into your mind into the common denominator of your goal. Even arbitrary thoughts have logical order, with each one connecting to the last. Just remind yourself from time to time what you are striving towards. Whatever you find yourself thinking about, return your attention to the goal. Have your slide in your mind as a background image.
You can look at scenery through your slide, which transforms it to different ‘hues.’ You can feel like you are already where you are visualizing, as your slide is projected over the scene. Bring a previous carefree setting into the present scene to feel comfortable and free.
If you find yourself pressuring yourself to use your target slide because you’re not getting any enjoyment out of it, you will generate excess potential. As a result, balanced forces will bring your work to nearly nothing. It’s better in this case to abandon the burdensome task and pass it off onto the shoulders of your world. Ask your world to carry you. Let your world take care of realizing your choice.
Tell yourself, “Although the how may be unbeknownst to me, everything will work its way through.” Then, events will spontaneously manifest to get you closer to your goal. You let go of your grip and allow outer intention to realize your goal. Now you can relax and enjoy your target slide. You are no longer obliged to work on it. The world is doing this for you. While relaxing in the world’s embrace, don’t forget to remind the world from time to time what you expect to receive from it. And of course, don’t ‘float in the clouds.’ Do what must be done on the physical plane for the goal to be achieved.
Whatever technique you use, you are not expressing a wish, but a firm intention. See your goal as an inevitable finale. If you can’t bring yourself to say “I have,” at the very least say, “I plan to have.”
If you want to get up in the morning at a certain time, you can risk oversleeping. However, if you set your alarm clock, you are likely to wake up a few minutes before it goes off. The point is to give focus to your intention.
People who used clovers for good luck and protection from evil achieved results, not because of clovers, but because of their relationship to clovers. When someone believes an object such as a talisman will produce an effect, they are giving their focus to their intention. You can do the same, although this is an acquired taste. You don’t need to do magical rituals, but you do need to take the required steps that demonstrate you are serious.
If you want to have your own house, act as though you are going to move in any day. Look through products for your house and so forth.
Use techniques that you like the most, and the ones that you think work the best. Avoid being excessively diligent or sloppy. Some visualization methods advocate enthusiasm, while others advocate visualizing what’s desired and then letting it go to not get in the way of it manifesting. Create the layer of your world in the way that suits you. No discomfort should be experienced when using a visualization technique. Outer intention only works when there is unity of heart and mind, which cannot be achieved when a task is compulsory. When visualization is a compulsory task, this gets you nowhere and is a waste of time.
When you think about something that gives you pleasure, you’re moving directly toward your goal. The knowledge that you’re moving closer to your goal also gives you pleasure. If you set up this viscous cycle of pleasure, be rest assured, your goal will inevitably be reached.
Success loves regularity the most. Have you ever tried, even over the course of one month, to systematically and consciously focus your thoughts on a goal? Most people are used to letting their thoughts flow freely, which become a diffused mass in the atmosphere that produces no results. Often only people’s worst expectations come true.
Imagine the absurd scene of you planting an apple tree and seriously hoping it will produce apples this instant. Because the apples don’t appear as you’d hoped, you lose patience and leave waving your hands in despair while the apple tree wants to shout, “For goodness sake, wait a bit longer!” The same can happen with the goals we set. Reality cannot be shaped with a single wish.
An unusual reality bursts into the layer of your world when it passes transit zones, which are intermediate areas of the alternatives space which lie to the side of the normal flow, where everything functions at an optimal level. This happens when you have narrowly focused attention on the alternatives space that is outside what is normally accessed in everyday life, which requires heightened energy expenditure. Transit zones are usually only encountered in dreams, but when encountered in the waking state, people can appear strange and act strange. For example, people could start acting unusually irritable. Conflicts can arise when there is no need. Or, there is something strange about your day, as though you are in a dream.
Your thoughts can have an influence over reality that causes it to become morphed, like the surface of water when the stillness is disturbed. There can be ripples in reality. Ripples can appear after an intense visualization practice. When you observe this, you will understand. It makes quite an impression.
I (Transurfing author) once received a letter from a reader that said, “I do not really understand Transurfing techniques, but as I started to change my relationship to life, I began to get the clear impression that everything was wonderful and would get even better, that everything was simply unfolding as it should.” If you’re able to maintain this integral feeling, you mine as well forget about all kinds of techniques, because this will be sufficient. Integrating intention the way this reader describes creates a general image of success, which is then reflected into reality.
Your potential is only limited by your intention. Make your own reality!
