Benjamin Fulford's Claim About Russia and the CCP is Likely False

Benjamin Fulford's latest claim (or source's claim that he promotes) is that Russia is only working with the People's Republic of China, and not the corrupt Chinese Communist Party.  

I would love for Russia to back up this claim by publicly denouncing the CCP. 

I did a search on Russia's relationship to the CCP, and this is what came up:

Lately, I've experienced improvement when accessing the White Fire of An. It was stated by Cobra that the White Fire of An helps clear subquantum anomaly.  I can't really find any good images of a white flame online except for this one:     One can visualize this, and/or intend the White Fire of An to be invoked and present, if one feels guided.   Make it as bright as can be!
