Symptoms
– Restlessness and Anxiety: Feeling constantly on edge, unable to relax.
– Difficulty Focusing: Your mind is racing, but you can't concentrate on any one task.
– Emotional Sensitivity: Being overly emotional or easily affected by the emotions of others.
– Fatigue: Feeling tired all the time, even after a full night's sleep.
– Forgetfulness: Frequently forgetting appointments, deadlines, or tasks.
– Feeling Spacey: Feeling out of touch with reality, almost as if you're not fully present.
– Impulsivity: Acting on impulses without thinking things through.
– Physical Discomfort: Experiencing unexplained aches and pains.
Characteristics
– Disconnected: Feeling disconnected from your surroundings, yourself, and the people
around you.
– Overwhelmed: Easily feeling overwhelmed by daily tasks and responsibilities.
– Lack of Stability: Feeling unstable or unbalanced in your life.
– Impatience: Having a low tolerance for delays or interruptions.
– Need for Control: A strong desire to control situations or people around you.
