Physiology and My True Interest
Someone can do all the positive thinking and so forth in the world, but if their physiology is messed up, this simply won't work. And, food effects physiology.
Here's a surprising example of harm that can be caused by foods people take for granted:

Diet isn't an end-all, but eating food or foods that cause physiological imbalances results in negative programming calling the shots.
I could go into great detail about how to do a low casein lacto-vegetarian diet. But really, it's up to people to figure out what to eat and what to avoid eating.
Regarding "positive thinking and so forth," this occurred to me recently:
Trapped energy becomes distorted/inverted. "I let it go" by itself doesn't work because focus and energy has to always go somewhere. Instead, it needs to be "I let it go and I instead focus on (fill in the blank)." Even letting go and 'just being' is placing focus and energy on just being.
-------
My real interest is to experience feelings that go outside categorization. There are feelings such as love, joy, and so forth, which are fine, but I wish to go outside the 'human program,' which to some extent, I have. There can actually be thousands or more unique feelings that cannot be put into words when connecting with environments. Also, 'higher realms' can be experienced from unique 'lenses' in a physical body.
The unique feelings can be categorized as pleasant or unpleasant (of course it's pleasant undefined feelings which I seek). However, beyond being categorized as 'good' or 'bad,' there are no words in any language to define them. Some feelings are also neutral, with the mind being unable to decide if they are pleasant or unpleasant.
The microbiome has its own ways of experiencing, which is a mind within the human body unto itself, which is probably connected with undefined feelings.
The human program is composed of positive programming and negative programming. An example of positive programming: "I'm grateful for my ability to do (fill in the blank)," as an expression of gratitude. An example of negative programming: "People have hurt me in the past in such-and-such a way, so I will be a victim from this trauma and lash out."
It's true that positive programming is needed to have a decent level of well-being. It's a powerful tool, but is not an end in itself. I more look at positive programming (along with dietary protocols for physiological balance) as required maintenance to be able to access undefined feelings that go beyond both positive and negative programming.
