Health Update
- Recently switched to a vegetarian diet, but no powdered whey. Pea protein isolate is so far a success.
- Jogged 4.4 miles (7.08 km) in 45 minutes in spite of the smoke yesterday.
- Lifting very light weights to avoid raising blood pressure. 4 sets of 75 reps of 5lbs on each arm.
- Month 15 of zero alcohol intake.
- Zero psychoactive intake of any kind, with the exception of needed protein.
