Dietary Breakthrough, Previous Material, and Perspective on the Assassination Attempt (Updated 07/15)

It's unanimously stated that if there is less physical activity less calories are needed, but this isn't specific enough. 

So many self-proclaimed 'nutrition experts' are obsessed with protein.  They say to get 0.8 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.  Some even say to consume up to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.  This is absolutely terrible advice that gets taken out of context.  For example: 

When my physical activity was very intense during seasonal work last year, my performance was fantastic when consuming about 140g of protein per day, much of which was from whey concentrate.  However, when the seasonal work was finished and my physical activity was low, maintaining this high protein intake caused major health issues.  

Conclusion:

Days when physical activity is high, over 100g of daily protein can be consumed.  Days when physical activity is low, no more than ~60g of daily protein should be consumed.  (There of course can be a somewhat active day, with higher protein, but not in excess of 100g.)  It may even be alright to consume less than 50g of protein per day if mostly sedentary. 

Figuring out the ideal protein intake for different scenarios is 1/3 of the battle being won.  The other 2/3rds of the battle is carbohydrate and fat consumption.  A general rule is that the higher in carbs one goes, the lower the fat should be, and vice-versa.  A couple examples:

If eating 150g of carbs per day, the fat intake could be 40-60g.  If the carb intake is 250g per day, fat intake could be less than 40g.  (I'm just throwing some numbers out there, not as an exact science.)  Having protein at 50-60g per day with both of these examples is low in calories, but maybe calorie counting doesn't matter.

There's also "carb cycling."  If going high carb for a long period of time, it could be beneficial to give the metabolism a rest and go low carb for a bit.  (This is very individualized, and there are many variations of carb cycling.)

Regarding the assassination attempt on Trump, this reminds me of how psychotic the far left became when Trump was president in 2016.  They were indeed violent.

Biden's presidency is a dystopian nightmare because Biden is a dictator and a warmonger with quickly diminishing mental faculties.  Trump wasn't a terrible president, but the very aggressive retaliatory actions of extreme leftists lowered the quality of life for everyone.  Everything became hyper-polarized/hyper-political, almost to the point of being dystopian.

I don't want the US to be in a hyper-polarized state anymore, which is why I suggest that both Trump and Biden step down, and that new candidates take their place who are unrelated to much of the political drama and chaos.  The new candidates can still be left vs. right, but not in a way that destroys the US.  Third party candidates could also be an option.

Of course, both candidates are probably too stubborn to step down, and it's probably not even legally possible at this point, so the political nightmare continues.  

There's the clearing of the lurker from the surface population though, which should significantly dissipate the hyper-polarized/hyper-political landscape in the US and much of the rest of the world.  The transition could be a bumpy ride though. 

07/15 Update:  

Trump's pick for vice president is critical of the US funding Ukraine!  Excellent!

Maybe Trump can be president without the psychotic far left causing too much damage.  I want this to work out well.  I want to be optimistic.  Maybe there's a way. 

Clearing of the lurker from the surface population could allow Trump to be president without nearly as much chaos from the far left.  And of course, there's the Event.

  1. True, if someone is working out and building muscle, more protein is required. When being sedentary though, a high amount of protein becomes toxic to the body.

  4. I had the idea that getting super healthy physically could clear problems in the etheric and so forth. Most have the approach of clearing metaphysically first, but I figured, why not try going the other way around? Or both.

    I myself cannot digest raw vegetables. I've tried raw veganism before with very negative results. However, it's really cool that others can do so! Everyone is different. There's no absolute correct diet. But it definitely makes sense that excess protein robs the soul. I've encountered this first-hand.

    I guess food is so difficult to get right because it's emotional. People don't realize that their emotions are leading them to make certain dietary conclusions. They then believe they are 'in the know' while everyone else is 'wrong.' I've been there myself.

  5. Ailish-Libra, yeah, everyone's body handles food so differently. What happens to me when I consume a large amount protein with low activity: My pancreas area becomes inflamed along with a 'cancer feeling' that sucks all the energy out of me. The meal you listed could actually cause my heart to stop. In my case though, there may be a medical issue.

    I still maintain that people don't need that much protein if their activity level is low. They can consume that much protein if they want, but weight gain would probably be an issue if their diet was also high in carbs with moderate levels of fat. That many carbs from the bread combined with the protein and fat would make blood sugar skyrocket, causing diabetes if eaten on a regular basis over time. If your listed meal was the only one eaten for the whole day though, this could be alright.

    No one size fits all, but there are still trends. For example, donuts and sugary sodas are universally unhealthy.

  13. I stayed up extra late last night, and checked comments one more time before going to bed. I only read the first couple sentences of your comment though and was going to read the rest this morning. You can restate some of it if you want or not, either way. I looked up Memento mori though to find that it translates as "you must remember to die." All the lurker aspects of society must die, as they will be dissolved, causing a transformation.
