Lockdowns
There are those who have been promoting population reduction for a long time. Here's a question:
Why would those who promote population reduction all of a sudden care so much about human safety?
It's not even a conspiracy theory. It's just common sense. What happened to farmers when the world had all these lockdowns the first time around?
“Look what’s happened to smallholder farmers all over the world. Look what’s happening to poverty levels. It seems that we may well have a doubling of world poverty by next year. We may well have at least a doubling of child malnutrition.”

At the very least, lockdowns from the coronavirus have made the rich get richer and poor get poorer on a global scale. At the very worst, continued and/or reinstated lockdowns will collapse the global economy, causing the world's food supply to collapse, resulting in a significant reduction of the world's population through mass starvation. The worst case scenario hasn't happened... yet.
Environmentalists, animal rights advocates, and various political activists believe there are too many people in the world. Yet, if asked to step to the front of the line to be the first to die, those who promote population reduction would probably decline.
The coronavirus is definitely a calamity, but if the global food supply collapses the coronavirus will look like virtually nothing at all by comparison. Mass starvation and chaos from hunger strikes would plunge the world into a per-industrial era.
What kind of future does humanity want? Does humanity want to digress back to the stone age or keep progressing forward? Humanity, it's up to you to decide.
