Vadim Zeland's "Reality Transurfing" Notes and Summaries, Chapter 9 Part 2

Many people believe they have a guardian angel who helps them.  When turning to your guardian angel, turn to it with confidence, and be grateful, and these thoughts will make your angel real.  There is nothing that cannot exist in the alternatives space.  You may even believe that thoughts can create an independent information-energetic being if it pleases you to do so.

The more sincerely you love your angel and express gratitude for any small thing it helps you with, the stronger the angel will become, and the more it will support you.  It doesn’t matter if the angel is an independent entity, or if it is created by your thoughts.  You don’t even have to believe in angels.  You get what you believe in.  However, it’s suggested to do so for leverage.  It’s better to give your thought-energy to angels, whether real or imagined, than to give your thought-energy to destructive pendulums.  Pendulums don’t care about your well-being at all, but your angel takes care of you, and you alone.

It doesn’t matter what form your angel takes.  It could be a bird or cloud, and so forth.  Ultimately it doesn’t look like anything.  This is for your imagination.  The role of a personal guardian angel cannot be underestimated.  Just the knowledge that there is another being who looks after you and protects you as far as they are able, helps to balance your confidence levels.

If you feel lonely, you can share your loneliness with your angel.

Give yourself a pat on the back and be proud yourself when you have success.  It is better to praise yourself too much than to be over-critical of yourself.  However, praising yourself can bring forth balanced forces.  Yet, there is a way to praise yourself without generating excess potential, which is to share your self-praise and glee with your guardian angel.  Your angel took care of you and helped you get there, so it deserves your praise and gratitude.  Talk to your angel.  Be unsparing in your praise and gratitude.  It’s better to praise your angel than to praise yourself.  Your angel is not effected by balanced forces.

When you attribute your success to your angel, the excess potential of your pride is dissipated, and at the same time, you can give yourself the space to celebrate in your heart without caution.  Feel the joy, but give the pride away to your angel.  Doing this stops the excess potential from self-pride, and/or stops your gratitude to a pendulum.

It’s ok to thank a pendulum, but pendulums will exploit your gratitude in every possible way.  There are no ‘free lunches’ with pendulums.

Don’t neglect your angel, and it will reward you handsomely.

Your soul did not come into this world to suffer.  It just benefits the pendulums when the battle for a place in the sun becomes the norm.

It does not occur to us that it might not be normal to live in a world of pendulums that vie for our thought-energy and war and battle each other.  It doesn’t occur to us that life can be different.

Imagine what the world would be like without pendulums.  There would be no rivalry for drawing up human energies.  There would great happiness with little suffering.  We could live in a world where there are enough resources for everyone.

The idea has been instilled in us that the battle for survival and natural selection is an essential process that facilitates the evolution of life.  This is true, albeit of a very aggressive kind.  However, natural selection is not an essential condition for the growth of life.  Life could easily develop in accordance with more humane laws.  There can be a script where someone is well and balance survives.

The battle for survival in nature does not have as harsh and aggressive features compared with the human world.  The pendulums people have created are more powerful and hostile than any of nature’s pendulums.  Just because in nature something is always being eaten, this does not mean there is a constant war taking place.  Unlike humans, nature does not have the psychological trappings of assigned importance.

Living organisms in nature are perceived to be in a fierce struggle because of placed importance.  Even animal kingdom rivalry over territory and mates is nominal in comparison to the constant warring of humans.  Animals operate on survival instinct, which is free of human neurosis.  Daring wolves and timid rabbits only exist in our imagination.

We cannot change the world.  We have to accept that the world does not depend on us.

Limitations and conditioning stuff the soul into a box.  The mind captured by convention becomes the soul’s jailer, prohibiting it from realizing its potential.  The individual is made to behave in the way pendulums demand - to express dissatisfaction, to get irritated, to fear, to compete, and to fight.

As has been previously stated:  The conditioning of pendulums drains a person’s energy, sets balanced forces against them, and distracts them from their true path, sending them out in search of false objectives.  Then, outer intention manages to realize our worst expectations.  The power of pendulums relies on people’s adherence and placed importance, and their lack of awareness.  People give into worry, fear, and frustration, and express anger and dissatisfaction out of habit.  They easily succumb to gloom and will exert maximum effort when met with obstacles, as if in a dream.  They are oblivious that they can take control of the script, believing that little depends on their own actions.

Importance sucks people into the pendulum’s game, and lack of awareness deprives them of their final chance to change the script, with the game being played by the pendulum’s rules.  This information is repeated because the manipulation of pendulums goes so deep that it needs to be restated.

To choose your life script, liberate yourself from pendulums, and soften the discord between heart and mind.  Allow yourself the luxury of deserving the best.

Only you can decide if you want to spend your entire life working for the good of someone else’s pendulum, or to live for your own enjoyment.

If someone tries to persuade you that you must work for the good of someone or something else, do not believe them.  If someone tries to prove to you that everything in life comes through hard work alone, do not believe them.  If someone is imposing a harsh battle on you to secure your place in the sun, do not believe them.  If they try to tell you what your place is, do not believe them.  If someone tries to draw you into a religious sect or community because you can make an essential contribution to the common goal, do not believe them.  If they tell you that you have to live your entire life in poverty because that is how you are born, do not believe them.  If they tell you that you have limited options, do not believe them.

When breaking free, it will soon be seen that pendulums will not leave you alone that easily.  Pendulums will continue to try to make you believe that your options are limited.  The moment you feel strong enough to choose your script, pendulums will upset your plans.  As soon as you start to feel calm and confident, they will get their claws into you.  Don’t respond to provocation and don’t let them shake you off balance.  Keep the importance you attribute to things to a minimal level, and be conscious of your actions.  Keeping importance at zero is what the situation calls for, and not massive effort and tenacity.

The only limit on your options is personal intention, and the only limit that can be placed on a pendulum’s options are your zero importance level and conscious awareness.  Remember, if you are empty, there’s nothing for the pendulum to hook into.  Pendulums can’t force scripts on those who know their games.

If you get thrown off balance, take a close look at where you have attributed inflated importance.  Know that it is the pendulum, and not you, that is desperate for importance.  The box that inhibits your soul is the importance you attribute to things.

Calmly take what is yours without insistence.  If this doesn’t work, don’t make that important either.  The pendulums are just waiting for your spirits to fall.  If something distresses you, make it seem less important.  Know that it’s just a game, and nothing more - the clay golem disintegrates.  Chuckle to yourself when they try to make you think what they promote is important.

Every individual has a unique soul essence.  You can describe the character, habits, manner, and appearance of a person, and yet there is still something beyond this - an integral knowing of a person that cannot be understood with words.  It is this essence that requires no explanation that we call “fraile.”

You may have encountered people who have an elusive charm.  They may be relatively physically unattractive, but when they speak, you forget their shortcomings and become spellbound.  You can only mutter, “There is something about them.”  Such people are very rare, but can be found among stars in show business.

Beauty lies not in the heart or soul, but rather, in the harmonious connection between heart and soul.

If someone is happy and they love themselves, doing what they enjoy doing, they exude an inner light indicating the mind is tuned to the soul’s fraile.

Inner peace ignites an inner light that reminds the heart of its true nature, which is why the beauty of harmony is interpreted as charm or spiritual beauty.

The heart is not at peace when the mind is suffocating it in a case.  But when the mind admires and cares for the heart, this is that rare thing we call happiness.

Listen to your heart to better align outer intention to realize your true desires.

Placed importance and pendulums install false aims and values.  Pendulums set false standards.  The mind then finds shortcomings and starts hating itself, and consequently the heart as well.  A widening rift is then created between heart and mind.  Or, the heart and mind unite in negating perceived imperfections.  Then a lifeline  is taken where the imperfections materialize.

Rather than embrace the fraile’s uniqueness, one beats against the window pain, chasing after the success of others.

One can ever be fulfilled by being dissatisfied with the self.  Feeding negative parameters causes even more unfulfillment.  This is the game pendulums inflict upon us.  Dissatisfaction and a lack of fulfillment are the favorite dishes of pendulums.

Tune the mind to the heart’s fraile by convincing the mind that above all, the heart is worthy of love.  Love yourself first, and then you can pay attention to the virtues of others.

The love you have for yourself must be unconditional.  Otherwise, it turns into excess potential.  Surely you are worthy of your own love, for you are the only one there is of you.

“How can I love myself if I don’t even like myself?” - This is pure excess potential born of increased inner and outer importance.  To learn to love yourself, shake outer importance off its pedestal, and give up worshiping other people’s standards.  Who is stopping you from creating your own standards?  Let others chase after your standards.  Release inner importance - let yourself go.  You are not obliged to live up to other people’s standards.

When you unconditionally love yourself, and love your heart with all your mind, outer intention will carry you to a lifeline where you will be totally accepting of yourself.
If you like yourself, no matter what, qualities will be revealed about yourself you never knew you had.

“Love thy neighbor” presupposes that you already have love for yourself.

Have a personal party.  Give yourself some tender, loving care.  The holy grail is within you.  It is the fraile of your soul.

The heart is told that no one is interested in her desires, that there is more suffering than happiness in the world, that holidays are only held on prearranged dates, and that it will have to work extremely hard just to earn a crust of bread.  The heart either desperately fights to break free, or gradually retreats as the mind takes over.

The mind treats the heart like a small, unreasonable child.  “I know better than you what needs to be done.”  “Your foolish babel makes no sense.”  In most people, the heart shrinks into a frightened, powerless creature that sits in the corner, watching the frantic mind at work.

Agreement between the heart and mind arises in more cases with moments of negation, fear, and hatred.

The mind often treats the heart like a child that wants a toy in a shop.  The mind then says, “We cannot afford it,” and that’s that.  The heart is still willing to wait, but the mind dismisses the possibility out of hand long-term.  The heart wasn’t asking for money.  The heart was asking for the toy.  The heart gives up, and doesn’t mention the toy again - the dream’s funeral is over.

Pendulums want the mind to deny the desires of the heart, and the mind can make up many other reasons besides money to deny such desires.  Hopefully the mind can wake up from this reading, and realize that its ‘reasonable arguments’ are from the programming of pendulums.

Allowing yourself to have is the most important condition for dreams to come true.

Without the heart, the mind is not very capable at all.  Yet when operating together in unison, the heart and mind are capable of almost anything, because their merging activates the power of outer intention.

Why should you have to walk away from your dreams simply because some puffed up authority claimed the right to determine what is real, and what is not?  Why should you not claim your right to a personal miracle?

Happiness = unity between heart and mind.  Unhappiness = disunity between heart and mind.  The older a person gets, the greater the discord becomes.  The mind succumbs to the influence of pendulums, making the heart unhappy.  Dreams don’t get realized in most people’s lives, being stored in a dusty box.

The first part of having unity between heart and mind is determining what there should be agreement on - identification of one’s goals.  There can be no true unity when the mind pursues a mirage, with the heart wanting something else entirely.

People usually are so busy working for pendulums that they cannot relax and contemplate their true desires.  You have to deliberately set time aside, and remember what you longed for in childhood.  What did you like?  What did you want?  What dreams did you give up on over time?  Are there still goals from the distant past that still attract you?  What do you truly desire with all your heart, and what do you try to make yourself desire?

When thinking about your goal, reduce inner and outer importance.  If outer importance is heightened, the goal will appear seductively prestigious and unattainable.  If inner importance is heightened, the goal will be seen as beyond your capabilities, which will cause you to desire it even more.
When thinking of your goal, shake off all unattainability to reduce outer importance.  To reduce inner importance, don’t think about how to achieve your goal.  Only think about how comfortable you feel.  Imagine how you would feel if you had already reached your goal.  Do you genuinely feel good about it, or is it a heavy weight on your heart?

However attractive something might appear to you, if it evokes a heavy feeling in your heart, the goal could be false.

If you don’t desire anything in particular, you either have a weak lifeforce, or your mind has finally driven your heart into its box.  To increase lifeforce, take better care of your health.  You may not truly know what good health is.  When in good health, life is pleasurable, and it’s desired to experience everything all at once.

The heart is incapable of not wanting anything because to the heart, this life is a unique opportunity.

To get your heart out of the box, love yourself.  Did you go overboard looking after everyone else?  Put yourself first.  You cannot do anyone any good if your heart has been pushed onto the back burner.  You can waste your entire life sacrificing yourself to serve others, even if it is for the sake of those closest to you, to say nothing of pendulums.

We are not given this life to serve others.  We are given this life to realize our own individual potential.

Having your heart in a box creates all kinds of trials and tribulations from the excess potential of a lack of fulfillment.  You may think you are doing good deeds, but from a wider perspective, good deeds are to the greater detriment.

Look after yourself tenderly, attentively, and enthusiastically.  Then your soul will be warmed through, and will spread its wings.  Do not believe anyone who tells you that you have to change yourself in order to be successful.

Saying you have to change is the pendulum’s favorite recipe.  Apparently, if something isn’t working, you have to ‘work on yourself.’  When pendulums tell you that you should change, they are telling you to turn away from yourself, face the pendulums, and to “do as I do,” in order to fulfill their demands and act in their interests.

There’s no way to have unity of heart and mind if you are trying to change yourself, which is the same as trying to overcome yourself, which is the same as fighting yourself.
Do not change yourself.  Accept yourself.

The soul doesn’t accept false claims.  It has its own inclinations and needs.

When you work towards false goals you end up achieving nothing.  Or, if you arrive at your destination, you’ll find that it’s not where you wanted to be after all.

Listen to the heart consciously, reducing importance as you go.  Allow yourself to have, and you will receive anything your heart desires.

Inner peace allows unity between heart and mind.  Inner tension and negativity severs unity between heart and mind.

It’s not difficult to listen to the heart.  It just needs attention.  Develop the habit of paying attention to your level of inner peace.

When the mind makes a decision, listen to the reaction of your heart.

Premonitions cannot always be interpreted correctly, but inner tension from the heart is a reliable guideline to follow.

Inner peace doesn’t always mean yes though.  Sometimes the heart has no response.  Yet, when the heart says “no,” you will feel it distinctly.  When the heart says “no,” it is always right.

If the heart says “no” and the mind says “yes,” boldly refuse, if possible.  The heart is not capable of desiring anything bad.  If there is no other choice but to say “yes” when the heart says “no,” sometimes we do have to accept the inevitable.  In any case, inner tension brings clarity.

Once there is unity of heart and mind on goals, next comes the unity in the decision to have and act.  Internal intention of the mind has to merge with outer intention of the heart.  If you act within the framework of internal intention, and at the same time direct outer intention in the necessary direction, you can consider that the goal is ‘in the bag.’

If it’s not known how to achieve a goal, work on the decision to have.  Outer intention is much stronger than inner intention, and it will find a way.

When there are powerful emotions, positive or negative, unity of the heart and mind is present.  We love, hate, and fear with all our hearts.

Slides help correct the situation if the mind doubts the goal and the heart is too bashful.

Expand your comfort zone to reach goals that make the mind rub its hands and the heart sing.

With a goal, the only thing you should pay attention to is how comfortable it makes you feel.  If slides don’t help you feel comfortable with your goal, then your gut is telling you “no.”  Closely ask yourself if you really want the goal, or if it’s really essential.

Some people operate better with visual images, while others are more sensitive to sensation.  The third group is particularly receptive to sound.  No one is completely in one category though, and can use any type successfully.

Slides don’t have to only be visualizations.  Those who work better with sound can use repetitions of positive affirmations.  Example: “I have perfect health, a powerful energy field, and inner peace.  I am calm and confident.”

Affirmations work in the same way as slides, but when using a positive affirmation, take into account that there is a difference between the language of the heart and the language of the mind.

The heart doesn’t understand words, so mindless repetition has no effect on it.  The heart only understands feeling and thought that goes beyond words.  Words can cause feelings, but are not as effective because speech is a secondary medium.  It is more effective to feel something once than to repeat it a thousand times in words.  Therefore, strive to experience the feeling when speaking the words simultaneously.

Each affirmation should have a narrow focus.  The previous affirmation quote has too many facets that can not all be felt, so it’s better to be singular.

Avoid monotony when using affirmations.  For example, “I am calm and confident” can lose meaning.  Be sure to keep intent fresh with the affirmations.  Only have affirmations that are positive or something you wish to achieve, and not negative, and something you wish to avoid.

“I am not afraid or concerned” would be more effectively replaced with “Everything is working out well for me.”  You can be specific about what is going well for you, to have no cause for concern.  Also, use present tense.  “Is working out well” instead of “Will work out well.”  If done in a future tense, the future will never become the present, always being an oasis just ahead of you.  The parameters need to be that you already have what you are ordering.

Affirmations work best when there is no excess potential.  If you are forceful, your heart will ignore you.  An affirmation is most effective when done in a relaxed state.

If the mind is desperate to convince the heart of something, it means the mind doesn’t believe it either, and no amount of repetition will dispel its doubts.

When you have the will to have without the desire to have, there will be nothing for a pendulum to be able to hook into.

Inner monologue can only be truly quieted when the mind relinquishes its control, or at least relaxes its vigilance.  Only in deep sleep and meditation does inner monologue cease.  This only has any practical benefit if a person practices lucid dreaming or deep meditation in which a state of consciousness is maintained.

Lucid dreaming helps to develop the skill of outer intention.

When the mind is distracted for a bit, or surrenders to an extent, intuition leaks through into the mind.

Everyone has a degree of intuition.  For example, someone thinks of someone and then they get a phone call from them.

Everyone has their mind fall asleep during the day, but there isn’t awareness of this because it’s only for very brief instances.

When the mind goes inactive for a bit, it often ignores the resulting glimpses of intuition that come through, because the mind gets so engrossed with its own thoughts.

When waking from sleep, if the mind pays attention to the impressions of the soul, remembering where the soul went in the alternatives space, the mind receives intuitive knowledge – information that comes from out of nowhere, as if pulled out of a hat.  Such is also the case with spontaneous insights.

The heart accesses the alternatives space to find missing links in the chain that cannot be found through logic.

The heart experiences anxiety and depression, or excitement and high emotion.

Our worst expectations become a reality from outer intentions being accessed through unity of heart and mind.  Our task is to learn to generate intuitive premonition intentionally in order to set the heart’s sail in the right direction.

Premonitions must be intentionally induced.  Seize the moment when the mind is distracted, and quickly place a slide in the window.  The image must contain the feelings you experience from living inside the slide.  When you place a slide in the open window, information is deliberately dispatched into the target sector of the alternatives space, as opposed to being received randomly from the heart.  If you manage to insert the slide in the open window, your mind will have touched on outer intention.

When you intuitively sense that something is about to happen, your thoughts brush by it without even thinking.

It doesn’t work to slip a slide into the mind before going to sleep and making it into a dream.  This is because the heart is only doing this in a virtual reality, and not in material realization.  The only purpose of lucid dreaming is to widen your comfort zone for increased access to outer intention in the waking state.

By running a slide in the waking state, you attune your thought-energy to an unrealized sector of the information field.  Depending on the strength of unity of heart and mind, outer intention slowly but surely moves you toward your target sector.  Outer intention will do its work until material realization reaches its destination.

Outer intention is temporary in dreaming, but in physical manifestation, outer intention continues over time.  In the waking state, outer intention moves a giant ship, instead of a little boat in the dream world.

In the waking state, a slide that is used with the heart bypasses the ordinary mind, allowing for possibilities beyond the ordinary mind.  The mind will try to shut down the possibilities, but keep your intention strong, and you will get better at keeping the window open longer.

Instead of fighting your mind, get your mind to participate in a positive slide.  Feel what the goal feels like.  Then insert the frame when the window opens.

Repeated attempts make it easier for the mind to throw the frame through the window.

If you find the frame technique difficult to work with, do not worry.  Leave it for the time being.  The frame technique is described here more for the sake of information than anything else.  If it doesn’t work, maybe the technique is not for you.  Focus on the standard slides with the visualization process instead.  In either case, it’s beneficial to be attentive to the window.  Intuitive insights will happen more often.

A Powerful Transurfing Quote, and a Question

I'm slowing down a bit with condensing Transurfing.  This is partly because my upper back is starting to hurt when being hunched over and typing so much.  Also, I'm finding Chapter 9 to be difficult to condense, as much of it needs to be said verbatim - it really is that good.  Here's a Chapter 9 quote that really inspired me:

"Only you can decide if you want to spend your entire life working for the good of someone else’s pendulum, or to live for your own enjoyment.

The only limitation on your options is personal intention, and the only limitation that can be placed on the pendulum’s options is your zero ascribed importance level, and conscious awareness.

Know that it’s just a game, and nothing more - the clay golem disintegrates."

-------

I asked myself the question:

Is 2012 Portal a pendulum?

There are pendulums that hang around 2012 Portal (from the cabal and so forth) that try to hijack people's emotions to destabilize them.  However, planetary liberation entails the end of all pendulums.  Or, planetary liberation entails the end of all anomalous pendulums.

Transurfing states that all pendulums do not care about their adherents, so stating that this could be otherwise in a planetary liberation scenario goes outside the scope of the book.  I'm fine with doing that.  Otherwise, Transurfing would be turned into a religion.  The book even advises not to make Transurfing into a religion or pendulum.

Vadim Zeland's "Reality Transurfing" Notes and Summaries, Chapter 9 Part 1

(This chapter is divided into two parts, as the audio for it is nearly two hours long.  I ended this part at a good stopping place at around 40 minutes.)  More and more, I'm left speechless by this material.

When stopping one’s own mind of activity, there is still an awareness that exists.  What remains of the self when one’s social identity, memories, and the entire universe is taken away from one’s mind, and there is only oneself?

People assume themselves to be either master or servant, but neither is true.  Humans are nothing more than drops that fly in from the ocean for brief moments.  Individual drops don’t think they have anything in common with the ocean until going back into the ocean, with their oneness restored.

Drops can take multiple forms:  An ice-icicle, a snowflake, or a cloud or stream.  The form differs, but the essence is the same.  All these different forms find it difficult to know that they are all water.

Near death experiences are often of feeling one with the cosmos.  In a sense, the drop has returned to the ocean and rediscovered its true essence, knowing that it consists of the same substance as the ocean.

Humans have always sought enlightenment - the dissolution of the ego and being one with all that is.  However, it is not the task of Transurfing to help people reach enlightenment, for this is too great a task and not essential to personal goals.

Transurfing allows for a loop-hole to access the amount of outer intention necessary to fulfill personal desires.

The mind has will, but is not capable of ruling outer intention.  The heart, on the other hand, can experience oneness with outer intention, but has no will, flying through the alternatives space like an uncontrolled kite.  This is why unity of heart and mind allows outer intention to be under the sway of your will.  This unity is difficult, but not unachievable.

We have been taught since early childhood to concentrate on separate elements.  There is an established template of perception.  If someone has never seen another person’s energy field, the mind would be reluctant for the eyes to see it because this is not aligned with the established template.  There can be theories of auras, but perception has been taught not to see them.

Ants have never seen the stars, the sun, mountains, or even the forest.  Their vision is designed from birth to only focus on objects that are in close proximity, so an ant’s perception of the world is radically different than our own.

“What does the world look like?” is not an objective question, because it’s only a question that can be answered by our own template of perception.  To a blind mole, “looks like” does not exist.

The subconscious is from birth, while the conscious is defined in terms of ideas and definitions of human language.

The soul will always be illiterate, because it does not understand the world in terms of human words.  The heart is only capable of understanding what we call feelings.

You do not have to have words to think.  Thoughts are primary, not words.  There’s no point in trying to communicate with the subconscious using the language of the intellect.

Everyone can understand the language of the heart - love and passion.

Art can be understood on a deeper level than words.

Language became the primary focus, so replaced deeper levels of communication.  Even descriptions with words in this book are just based on intellectual concepts.

The mind can retrieve lost knowledge, but can only do so with unity between heart and mind.

Your heart already has everything you need to know to realize your desires.

In the Wizard of Oz, the tin man dreams of having a brain, the scarecrow longs for a heart, the lion strives to acquire courage, and the girl wants to go home.  All the characters already have what they desire, but if the wizard tells them so, it would sound too implausible, so he creates a magic ritual instead.  All the tin man, scarecrow, and lion needed was to give themselves permission to have what was already in their souls.  For Dorothy, her will needed to carry her home on the wind of intention.

Not everything connected with outer intention fits into the framework of the concepts of the mind.

Pendulum-monsters only benefit from people who do not stand out in any way, who are content to work for them like a cog in a wheel.  The realization of individual potential is a threat to the pendulum, because an individual who is free works for his/her own prosperity.  This is why from childhood we are conditioned to be obedient adherents.

On the one hand, rules help a person to function in life.  On the other hand, social conditioning strongly suppresses a person’s unique individuality.  People cannot say what they really want, and they have no idea of their true capabilities.   If you want to suppress a person’s ability to master outer intention, is it enough to break the heart’s connection with the mind.

Throughout history, huge efforts have been made to divorce the heart from the mind.  The mind has worked constantly to perfect its language of symbols while at the same time becoming ever-less practiced in the language of the heart.  Pendulums of religion, like pendulums of science, have pulled the mind in different directions, as far as possible from the true nature of the heart.  And finally, modern technologies have dissolved the connection altogether.

The influence of pendulums is particularly present in modern times, because everyone is reading books, listening to the radio, watching television, and accessing information via the internet.  Humanity has absorbed a huge volume of knowledge, and equally as much delusion, which holds just as steadfastly in the psyche.  The separation of heart and mind is humanity’s greatest loss.

It is widely accepted that success can only be achieved by a small number of famous individuals.  No one seems to question this, or see this as abnormal.  There’s no point in trying to ‘save humanity.’  But maybe ask yourself, “Why them, and not me?  What do I have to do to become one of the chosen few?”  The answer is that you already have everything you need.  All you have to do is use it.  You are capable of anything.  It’s just that no one has told you this.  Turn to your heart, because your heart has all knowledge, and all achievements of humanity.  You just have not asked your heart yet.

All great geniuses of art, science, and business have only succeeded in creating masterpieces because they turned to their hearts.  What makes your heart any worse than theirs?  Nothing.

The mind can make a perfect copy, but only the heart is capable of creating an original.  Just accept that your heart has everything you need, and take joy in making the most of it.  The reader may doubt this, because pendulums want you to think your goals are unattainable.  Ignore such arguments, and know that when unified, your heart and mind are capable of anything.  After all, you have nothing to lose.  For what have you achieved in the framework of all those ‘reasonable arguments?’  You only have one life.  Why not shake off all those limiting beliefs?

One of humanity’s greatest delusions:  “Sacrifice your own desires, and act in the interests of others.”

Allow yourself to be you.  You really are an amazing, unique being.  Take off the masks from pendulums and allow yourself to be so.

Only the heart can create an ingenious creation.  Make sure your mind allows your heart to do so.

Pendulums love to show off their favorite stars to the majority.  Stars are born independently, but are lit up by pendulums.  Star-worship is set up by pendulums.  In films, in stadiums, and on TV, we are constantly being shown society’s best representatives - the chosen ones.

Pendulums promote stars in order to get people to serve them more.  The propaganda that is promoted is, “Anyone can be a star, but they have to work really hard.  Do what they do, and you will be successful.  Stars have qualities you don’t have, so you have to labor especially hard if you want success.”  These are the slogans pendulums use.
It would be the certain death of pendulums if everyone were to discover their own remarkable abilities.  Pendulums do best when their adherents think and act in the same way.  Pendulums need stars to only be the exception, and not the rule.  And the rule is, “Do what I do.”

Many young people fall into the pendulum’s trap, trying to be like their idols, copying them, with posters of them on their bedroom walls.  Reason tells the heart that she’s less than perfect.  “Even with my abilities, success is beyond me.  I have no chance.  But these people - now that’s a different story!  Look at them!  We need to learn from them!”  The desire to be like idols is inner intention, like the fly beating itself against the window.

Copying someone else’s script creates a parody.  The heart’s potential can never be fully realized in a sector that does not belong to it.  How do you find your own sector though?  There is no need for the mind to worry about this, because when left unhindered, the heart will find the path of self expression.  The mind’s task is to forget about other people’s experience, to acknowledge the heart’s extraordinary nature, and to allow it to find its own path.

Teenagers are particularly susceptible to the influence of pendulums, because they don’t know what to do or how to behave.  It’s easier for them to emulate others than to stand out on their own.  The crowd provides security, but hinders individuality.  Teenagers have cliques, dress the style, and use phrases like “wicked,” “cool,” and so forth, behaving consistently with each other.  They definitely follow the pendulum’s rule of, “Do as I do.’  The very small section of teenagers who embrace their own individuality help set the trends.

It is better to put a photograph of yourself on the wall, and admire that, than someone else’s image.  Loving yourself is extremely beneficial and constructive.  Loving yourself leads to self-approval, and only brings forth balanced forces when accompanied by disregard for others.

You really are a unique individual, and in a sense, no one else can compete with you.  Just give yourself permission to be yourself.  There can be no competitors to your own personal uniqueness.  Remember that you have a right to your own individuality, and you will have a huge advantage over those who try to copy the experiences of others.

When giving up futile attempts to be like others, everything will work out.  When acknowledging the brilliance of your own individuality, others will have no choice but to agree with you.

Movie stars are stars because they are themselves.  Removing the masks creates “life on the stage.”

Shake off the stereotypes imposed by pendulums, and once and for all claim the infinite possibilities of your own soul.  There is nothing pendulums can do to stop you if you reject the experiences of others and give yourself permission to be a star.  All pendulums can do is lie to you, saying, “A star is beautiful, and I’m not beautiful.  A star has to be able to sing well, act, and dance, but I cannot.  A star has to have talent which I do not have.  I don’t have what it takes.  I’m better at watching others do it.”

Look at the stars of pop, science, sporting, and business models.  Many, if not all, do not fit the standards of what a star should look like.  Every celebrity has a bundle of flaws that could easily eclipse their positive traits.  Examples:  One star has a long nose, but people still think she’s beautiful.  Another star cannot sing but people are crazy about her songs.  Another has no acting ability.  The directors sent her packing, but she still climbed to the ranks of celebrities.  Another is short and fat, leaving one to guess why women love him so much.

A bright personality breaks the rule, and pendulums have to acknowledge them as an exception, while the other stereotypes remain in force.

You can sing with a well trained voice and be in obscurity, or sing terribly but in your own curious manner, and everyone will love it.  You can boast brilliant intellectual abilities and never achieve anything, while someone else with less intelligence who constantly harps about their mad ideas makes a brilliant discovery.  You may have outstanding physical qualities but never become a sports star, whereas the one who dares to break the conventional stereotype leads the game on the field in an unexpected way and ends up the golden player.

Watch out not to be on the pendulum hook by chasing someone else’s goal.  This will only lead to disappointment.  What good is someone else’s goal?  Listen to your heart.  Your heart knows best of all where you can shine like a star.

Pendulums have the law than only a chosen few can become favorites, while everyone else must fulfill the function of ordinary adherence and observe the rules of the system.  Transurfing cannot remove this law, but it can help you to break away from it.

Vadim Zeland's "Reality Transurfing" Notes and Summaries, Chapter 8

Reality is not an illusion.  Those who say that reality is an illusion have too high of an opinion of themselves.

It’s stated that it’s imagined by the mind when the rational mind cannot make sense of dreams and visions.

Because the alternatives space contains infinite possible realities, those who are labeled “mentally ill” may just be experiencing different realities in the alternatives space.  The “mentally ill” person experiences aspects of the alternatives space he/she is drawn to.

When the conflict between heart and mind reaches its peak, and the tortured soul can no longer bear the harshness of physical reality, personal perception usually ends up in a virtual section of the information field, leaving the body in the physical sector.

A psychiatrist had a patient who had extreme importance placed on an ideal husband and family.  She ended up having an abusive husband and was unable to conceive.  Her suffering was so great that she ended up in a mental institution, with her mind lost in a section of the alternatives space of having a fairy tale husband and children.

No one is capable of having a completely objective perception of reality.  Life is like a slide of film being placed into a projector.  Different slides have different psychological colorings of reality.  For example, there can be a slide for an inferiority complex.  The colored slides distort one’s perception.

Most people are 90% preoccupied with themselves.  When in a job interview, the interviewer is thinking more about his/her own role than the abilities of the interviewee.

If worried about your appearance, a slide will be created that says, “I am not beautiful or handsome.”  Slides only exist in your own thoughts though.

It’s perceived that others are preoccupied with you, when it’s really just your own slides.

People are quick to criticize in others what is in themselves when not being aware they are doing this.  This doesn’t mean that every time someone criticizes someone else that it’s in themselves, but this is often the case.

When someone criticizes you or accuses you, ask yourself if that person embodies the same traits themselves.  They probably do, because if you are genuinely not guilty of what you are being accused of, the accuser probably has a slide in their own head that is projecting its image onto you.

What serves as the foundation for the slide?  The answer:  Importance.  One worries about outward appearance because it’s seen as important to oneself.  To others though, it’s of no personal significance.  It is the biased slide of importance that claims an unusual appearance to be ugly.

A famous french painter who broke both legs in childhood who was physically handicapped his entire life suffered from depression from his own ugliness.  As the years passed, his physical deformity became more evident, causing him to suffer even more deeply.  There came a point when his distress reached a peak.  He finally overcame the limitations of his deformity and threw himself into life.  As soon as he let go of the importance of his condition, the slides ceased to exist, and good fortune came his way.  He was also extremely ‘popular with the ladies.’  He was loved by many women, and not only for his paintings.

Slides are created when you attribute too much meaning to other people’s opinions of you.  If it matters what others think of you but you don’t know exactly what they think of you, slides will take firm root in your mind.  The slides are from the imagination, and are illusions, but can deeply affect your life.

Outer intention makes negative slides, which can be a gradual process.  If someone hates being plump, they will continue to put on weight.  If a birthmark bothers someone, it will continue to get bigger.  If someone perceives themselves as inadequate, they will receive confirmation through negative experiences.  The more someone worries about being unattractive, the greater the problem will become.  Someone who has feelings of guilt will find punishment to be forthcoming and plentiful.

When importance fades, the slides lose their foundation, crumble, and cease to function.

Insert a positive slide, and it works as flawlessly as negative slides.  Focus on the most positive slides of your personality, and people will perceive you in that light.  Emphasize your strengths and virtues.

Consciously look at your negative slides.  Be aware of them.

Battling a negative slide makes it assert itself more forcefully.  Instead, deprive negative slides of their foundations - your attention and the significance you attribute to them.  Switch your attention from negative to positive.  Dismiss with the wave of your hand anything that has been getting you down, and give up the personal battle.  Turn away from your shortcomings, and turn toward your virtues, and any other positive qualities you would like to acquire.  Draw yourself as you wish to see yourself.  Doing this consciously, you are not indulging in self-deception.

When the mind tries to install a positive slide by itself, the heart knows you are just playing a game of masks.  If you systematically and consecutively consolidate the slides in your thoughts, the heart will get used to it, and agree to integrate the slide(s) to its essence.  Outer intention will not realize the slide(s) immediately.  It requires time, and the effect is gradual.

It’s not difficult to achieve the desired result.  It’s all about the will to have.  Start with steps that are realistically achievable instead of starting with pictures of your absolute ideal.

Don’t copy someone else’s slide.  Your slide must be truly yours.

Slide examples in initial stages:  Bravery represented by resoluteness, beauty by charm, strength by dexterity, the ability to talk by the ability to listen, intellectuality by awareness, and physical perfection by confidence.

Realistic goals are fulfilled by outer intention more quickly, which can then lead to more complex tasks.

Slides can take effect better by interacting with people you’ve never met before.

Avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose.  Let go of doubts and anxieties.  If you will is strong enough, the positive slides will take hold.

If you don’t pass by negativity indifferently, it will follow you.  If you joyfully accept it, that which is positive will never leave you.

It might seem that positive slides are like wearing ‘rose tinted glasses.’  Rose tinted glasses are the invention of pessimists, and not optimists.  Pessimists fear seeing reality in a rosy light, so they pragmatically warn optimists against doing so.  This pragmatism is nothing more than a negative slide.  The distortion of a positive slide is beneficial, as long as you don’t imagine yourself to be a ‘Napoleon.’

In contrast, the distortion of a negative slide can cause great harm.

The illusory nature of slides is not important.  What matters is that over time, outer intention takes slides into physical reality.

If you dream of being rich, it won’t happen if you believe only a select few become rich.  Your dream won’t come true if you don’t allow yourself the dream.  If you want to be wealthy, ignore ‘common sense,’ and allow yourself to have wealth.

If you experience discomfort when entering an expensive store, it means you are not ready to own expensive things.  Poor shoppers who have envy and disdain don’t see themselves worthy of having nice things.  “This isn’t for me.  I need something more modest.”  The heart takes this ‘to heart.’

Give yourself permission to be worthy of the luxury.   You genuinely deserve the best.  Destructive pendulums want you to ‘stay in your lane’ because it is advantageous for them to keep you under their control.  Walk boldly into expensive shops, and look at their items like an owner, and not with the manner of a servant to a wealthy house.

It’s true that you can’t afford to buy something expensive when you don’t have the money.  However, you need to give yourself permission to have in order for life to give you something.  Millionaires are no different than anyone else except for the fact that they give themselves permission to have.

The feeling of clarity without words, knowledge without faith, confidence without hesitation - this comes from the unity of heart and mind.  This allows you to sense your own oneness with the silent force that rules the universe.  This force carries you into a sector where the unity of heart and mind can be made manifest.

Because the majority of people still live under the power of pendulums, life tends to give examples of powerlessness.  Even when being free from pendulums, freedom of choice may still be outside your comfort zone.  It seems too unreal to have freedom of choice in a world of pendulums.  In your heart you may not believe it all comes down to choice.

Positive slides can include the implausible into your comfort zone.  When the idea that any dream is achievable no longer makes you uneasy, doubt melts away, and faith is transformed into knowledge.  The heart will come into harmony with the mind, and the will to have appears.

You can’t convince the heart of anything – it just knows.  The heart can be taught though, and can embrace a new comfort zone.  Slides are used for this purpose.  Return to the slide and picture in your mind again and again, looking at the details and adding new elements to it.  Don’t be the objective observer.  Live it.  Mentally play out the scenes as a direct participant, and not as a cinema-goer.  Make the positive slide into a habit.

It is enough to be around expensive items to pick up the vibes of wealth.  Don’t think about how expensive they are.  Pretend you can afford them.  Make the shopkeepers think you can afford them.

Feel as though you already have what you want, free of all guilt, un-deservingness, and over-deservingness.

Transurfing achieves what common sense struggles to understand.  To a common sense point of view, Transurfing turns everything on its head, and vice-versa.  (Note:  2012 Portal uses "common sense" in a different context, which is beneficial in that context.)

If you do not want to live like everyone else, if you do not want to be content with mediocre achievements, if you strive to experience life to the maximum, then you are a Transurfing pilgrim.

The pilgrim is not ‘lady fortune’s’ chosen one.  Lady fortune is the pilgrim’s choice.

Going against common sense does not mean having one’s head in the clouds.  On the contrary, it entails grounding.

There are 3 different visualization techniques:  1.  Dreaming and imagining – the weakest and most unreliable.  One dreams, but doesn’t believe it can be made real.  2.  Having a film in one’s mind.  This is different than dreaming because it’s done consciously.  The mistake made with this is there’s no ownership.  It’s like being a beggar staring into a shop window.  3.  Imagining a film, but being in the film rather than observing it.  This one is by far the most effective, because by playing the role in the film, a corresponding lifeline is locked onto.  Example:  If you want a house, imagine yourself entering the house as a waking dream.  Feel how it feels, with all the different pleasant details.

If you just play with a slide and forget about it, there will be no results.  If you lose passion for your goal, it will dissipate, and if you have to force yourself, you will soon become fed up with it.  If you strive with all your heart for a slide, results follow.  If there is the genuine will to have something, outer intention will realize this for you.

Visualizing money never works because money is only an attribute, and not the true desire or goal.

Desire is the concentration on a goal.  Intention is the concentration of attention on the movement towards the goal.

Visualize the process of moving toward the goal instead of just contemplating the goal itself.  Intention realizing a goal is a process, and not focusing on one single frame.  The goal can still be a part of the mental picture though.  The goal can be the background to the central focus, which is the process.

Visualization of the process differs from visualization of the goal in the same way that intention differs from desire.

Desire is ok in the initial phases, but then, the focus needs to be on the process.  Visualization of the desire alone doesn’t allow for the desire to be realized.  There must be visualization of the process of moving toward your goal, based on the principle that the goal must be reached sooner or later, because the power of intention is working.

When taking a break from work toward your goal, imagine that the piece you are creating is constantly improving.  The secret to go beyond contemplation of your piece is to imagine the process of its birth, development, and perfection.  It doesn’t do this on it’s own - it’s in your hands.  An artist creates and admires their work simultaneously.

A mother raising her child:  She imagines her child continuing to grow with each passing day, and admires and loves her child at the same time.  She takes care of her child while admiring her child’s beauty.  She plays with her child, giving her child constant instruction.  She contemplates her child’s intellectual development.  The mother doesn’t focus on the end result.  The mother simultaneously visualizes and creates an ongoing process.  The mother doesn’t just imagine.  She takes part.

If creating a computer program, every day when you finish work, imagine that the program is gradually becoming more effective and easier to use, and how you will impress everyone with new enhancements.

Business project:  Imagine that innovative ideas suddenly occur to you, and that every day you come up with unique proposals.  Imagine your project measuring up to the best professional standards.

If working with your body, nourish it as a mother nourishes her child.  Imagine that your body is gradually acquiring perfect form.  Look after it.  Train it, and then imagine that you are building more muscle, making your body look more toned.

Whatever the focus, visualize the process.  Visualize the means by which your project will reach completion.  Contemplating the end result will expand the limits of your comfort zone, so has value.  However, visualizing the process of moving toward your goal will significantly quicken the work of outer intention.

Don’t worry if you don’t yet know how your goal can be realized.  Continue to visualize your slide calmly and systematically.  Once the goal fits into your comfort zone, outer intention will present you with a means.  Do away with stress and importance, and trust the alternatives flow.

The transition occurs gradually – continually and progressively.  Both visualize and participate.

When the distance from your current lifeline and your desired lifeline is vast and you try to jump ahead too quickly, balanced forces will be used against you.  You cannot become a professional in one fell swoop.

The path between lifelines is called a “transfer chain.”  Each part of the chain represents a certain stage.  Each part of the chain must be completed, one after another.  There is an order of events that must be followed.  Closer lifelines must be transitioned before the final goal.  Your visualization must reflect this, visualizing in relation to your current position and the next link on the chain.  There’s no need to rush.  Everything happens at the right time.

If you don’t yet know how your goal will be reached, don’t worry.  Calmly continue to visualize your slide(s).  Once the limits of your comfort zone have been widened enough to embrace the goal, outer intention will offer up a suitable means to achieve it.  The subconscious will obey once it receives the right commands.  Remain calm, and trust the alternatives flow.

Signs only relate to your current link in the transfer chain, and only have a very tenuous connection to the final goal.  Signs only relate to the particular road you are walking at the current time.  This doesn’t mean that signs for a distant lifeline don’t occur, but you will not be able to interpret them from your current position.

In Transurfing, with the exception of a negative response from the inner voice, sign interpretation is considered to be the least reliable technique one can use, so it is not recommended that you attribute them a great deal of meaning.

The goal should be held in the mind in the form of a slide which helps widen the limits of the comfort zone, and attune the frequency of your thought-energy to the target lifeline.  Then, by visualizing the process, you unite inner intention with outer intention.

Give Yourself Permission

It's really quite simple.  The dark forces don't want people accessing certain states of consciousness.  That's why they work so hard on pushing people's buttons.

Don't worry about the attacks and so forth.  Let that stuff go.

I encourage people to set aside a short amount of time per day to access very positive thoughts and emotions to further help break the planetary quarantine.  Be indifferent to anything that tries to get you down during this time.

Ignore anyone who tries to create petty drama.

It's not a delusion to feel happy and free.  It's totally ok.  Give yourself permission.

Accessing Bubbles of Heaven

Many may know this, but I'd like to briefly go into how to better access one's personal "bubble of heaven."  This maybe also activates ATVOR.  During a bubble of heaven 'session:'

What do you enjoy doing that relaxes you?

Stop all thoughts about any negativity in your own life.  Stop all thoughts about any negative news in the world.  Stop all thoughts about the cabal.  Stop all thoughts about the projected future.  If/when these thoughts come through, realize they are trying to distract you from accessing the bubble of heaven, and allow yourself to keep relaxing.

Having relaxed focus on positive advanced worlds is one of the ways of access.  Feel the energies come through into the body.  Maybe listen to some nice electronic music.

Sidenote regarding A432 music:

If it's not in A432, it's ok to listen to it.  Often times there is no choice.  Lightworkers don't have to limit music choices just because the music is not tuned to A432.  Just be sure to have some A432 sound tones (which are plentiful on youtube) to listen to and maybe hum or sing to every now and again.

It's also possible to tune A440 music down to A432 using various software, such as Soundforge or Audacity.  But even then, it's not true A432 music, and only has a fraction of the benefits.  True A432 music is originally created in A432.

A Request Turned into a Certainty

Transurfing states that no higher power will help human beings.  However, transurfing also states that transurfing doesn't have the absolute truth, and that there are truths outside the scope of transurfing.

Help can be asked of Saint Germain.

Better yet, using transurfing, instead of asking, it can be stated, "I know Saint Germain and the Violet Flame are protecting me.  Saint Germain, thank you for your protection."  This is a request turned into a 'done deal,' which could make it much stronger.

Vadim Zeland's "Reality Transurfing" Notes and Summaries, Chapter 7

This is 52 pages condensed into 8-9 pages, depending on the software used to view it as a document.  So, the condensed version will probably be more than 50 pages.  The condensed version could be further condensed though. 😂

Children up to the age of 4 fail to distinguish between what they see in the waking state and dreamstate. Gradually, children accept the idea that dreams are not real.  When adults dream, they assume what they dream is not real.

In the waking state, ask yourself if you are dreaming or not 10 or more times per day.  Ask yourself if it’s real - not mechanically, but with awareness.  This will allow you to have better chances of lucid dreaming.  It may be difficult to remind yourself to do this 10 or more times per day, but if you are motivated and persistent, this routine will cross over into the dreamstate to lucid dream.

When fear takes hold in a dream, it’s as though someone or something else is in control.  In lucid dreaming though, you can choose the role you want to play.

If you find that you don’t remember your dreams, change the direction you sleep in.  It is best to have your head to the North.  Avoid having you head face the West, as this can have a negative impact on your health.  This is somehow connected with the earth’s magnetic fields on the body.

The brain itself does not store information.  It stores the address of where the information is located in the alternatives space.  If the mind needs to remember something, it turns to the heart, which attunes to the corresponding sector in the information field.  The heart attunes to random sectors of the alternatives space that have not been transformed into physical reality.

If looking at oneself in the mirror in a dream, you will notice that it’s different.  Many familiar settings are changed because of the possibilities being accessed in the alternatives space.  Different times can be accessed in the alternatives space.

Dreams are not illusionary.  Dreams demonstrate what could have happened in the past, or what could happen in the future.  The film roll is turned by the thoughts and expectation of the dreamer.  Intention selects the scripts in dreams.

The difference between dreams and physical reality is the speed by which intentions manifest.  In dreams, it’s instantaneous.  In physical reality, it’s over a given period of time.

Lucid dreaming can be dangerous because of going to an unknown sector of the alternatives space and not being able to return.  This is not to scare the reader.  Just know how to handle yourself when you realize how much freedom you have in the dreamstate, if/when realized.  Use your gut feeling to know if something is risky or not.

It might seem like Transurfing is a contradiction.  On one hand, it states that our thoughts program the energy that passes through us, and this carries us onto lifelines that match them.  Or, thought-energy transfers us onto sectors of the alternatives space that have a corresponding script and scenery.  This is what happens when we are dreaming.  On the other hand, it seems as if our thoughts do not really have much weight at all in the physical reality of our day-to-day lives, because we cannot achieve what we desire with our thinking alone.  No amount of thinking will shift us to another lifeline while sitting on a sofa doing nothing.  Actions are paid more attention compared with thoughts.  It doesn’t seem like thoughts are that important, because thoughts don’t change reality.

The real contradiction is in how the role of thought is presented.  The excess potential created when being very attached to the fulfillment of desires causes thought-energy and visualization to not work.  Also, there is not enough persistence with most people.  They give up what they want as a lost cause.  You may recall in your own life that the thing you wanted came much later than expected once you had given up hope, and had forgotten about what you wanted.  It’s a mistake to assume the goal can be achieved instantly.  Also, if you set several goals at the same time that are not connected, your thought-energy will spread too thin and dissipate into emptiness.  The alternatives flow will not allow you to swim in multiple directions at the same time.  Attuning to a targeted sector is most effective when focused on one specific goal.

In dreaming, none of the above factors apply.  In dreams, the problem of excess potential is much less burdensome.  Even in dreaming though, not all desires are fulfilled.  Those who can lucid dream know that not every whim will carry them to the desired sector.  The key to obtaining desires is:  Realization is brought about not by desire, but by one’s attitude to that which is desired.  It is not the person’s thoughts about the object of desire that are significant.  There is a certain force that has the last word, and yet it lingers, while the thinking game takes the center stage.  This force is intention.

Intention is the resoluteness in the decision to have and act.  Thoughts themselves really don’t mean anything in the process of attuning to a specific sector of the alternatives space.  Thoughts are just foam on the crest of the wave of intention.  It is not desire that is fulfilled so much as intention.  When you raise your hand, it’s not by desire, and not by decisiveness.  It’s by intention.  Resoluteness causes your muscles to raise your hand.

Someone who is paralyzed loses the power of intention.  The desire to move the legs exists, but the ability to enact the desire is lost.  There are instances when paralyzed people walk again from hypnosis or miraculous healings which returned the power of intention.

Desire leads to nothing.  The more intensely you desire something, the greater the backlash from balanced forces.  Desire focuses on the goal, whereas intention focuses on the process of achieving the goal.  Desire is realized via the creation of excess potential in relation to the goal.  Intention is realized via action.  Intention doesn’t intellectualize if the goal can be achieved or not.

In a dream when you ponder if it’s possible to fly or not, nothing will happen.  If you want to fly, you simply have to intend yourself up into the air.  In dreams, one gets what one wants from the expectation of results.  Nothing is analyzed.  There is no desire.  One simply has and acts.

There is no point in asking God, angels, or higher powers for what you want.  The universe doesn’t care about one’s pain and lament.  Gratitude is another matter though.  Gratitude is similar to unconditional love.  Gratitude radiates creative energy.  The excess potential created by a request, however, delays action, leading to a concentration of energy.  Complaints, requests, and demands are the inventions of pendulums aimed at harvesting energy.  Thoughts expressed in words like “give” and “want” automatically create excess potential.  Don’t use these words to get something you want.

You can request things of people if they are well disposed toward you, but everything in this universe is built by objective law, and not the desire to have someone help you.  It would be absurd for the earth to ask the sun to shift into a different orbit.  It is equally as absurd to ask for something of anything other than another human being.  The only thing that makes sense is your intention to choose.

If the parameters of the energy you radiate match your choice and no laws are being contradicted, you will receive what you choose.  Choice is about the decision to have and take action, and not about requests.  Intention does not create excess potential because the action dissipates excess potential.

Intention unites desire and action.

Contemplating the complexity of a problem feeds excess potential.  Instead, act.  The hands do what the eyes fear to pursue.  When you set about realizing an intention, trust the alternatives flow, and the problem will solve of its own accord.  Waiting, worrying, doubt, and desire only drain your energy.  Intention and action not only dissipates the energy behind excess potential.  It uploads that energy to the person’s field.

Cramming through a test is grueling and unfulfilling.  Learning through action and a hands-on approach is inspiring.

Intention transforms sectors of the alternatives space into physical reality.

Outer intention:  Intention to change the external world.  Shift sectors of the external world into specific directions.  Outer intention doesn’t change an apple tree into a pear tree, but can favor and assist pear trees more than apple trees.  Pear trees can substitute apple trees.

Trying to move a pencil with one’s mind:  It’s not the pencil that moves.  It’s a choice in the alternative spaces through intention to have a reality of the pencil being in a different position.  You can struggle to move the pencil with your mind, or you can choose a reality from the alternatives space where the pencil is in a different position.

“If the mountain won’t go to Mohammad, then Mohammad must go to the mountain.”

Imagine encountering a tribe of savages.  Possibility 1:  Make gifts and try to ingratiate yourself – you get eaten.  Possibility 2:  Show aggression and launch an attack to assert your control – you would either be victorious, or lose your life.  Possibility 3:  Present yourself as master and leader – you would be obeyed.  If you have no doubt in your own power and might, your thought-energy is attuned to lifelines where you are King/Queen, and others assume this is how it should be.  First 2 possibilities are how inner intention works.  Possibility 3 demonstrate how outer intention works.

If a fly is able to see the side of the window to escape instead of flying endlessly against the window, the fly obtains a wider perspective of reality.  Outer intention allows the fly to escape.  The fly running against the closed window is inner intention.  The fly shifting to a lifeline where the window is open is outer intention.

Inner intention aims to impact the outside world of your current lifeline.  Outer intention chooses a lifeline on which your desire can be realized.

Magic rituals themselves accomplish nothing, but are used to access the power of outer intention.  Ancient civilizations so perfected the power to master outer intention that they no longer required the prop of magic ritual.  Naturally, their power in this regard created intense excess potential, which is why civilizations like Atlantis were destroyed by balanced forces.

Pendulums feed on inner intention.  One can only work with outer intention when having a certain level of freedom from pendulums.

Thought-energy to reach goals is in three forms - Desire, inner intention, and outer intention.

Desire:  Concentration on the goal itself.  Desire has no power.  Inner intention:  The concentration of attention on the process of moving towards the goal.  This can work but requires great effort.  Outer intention:  The concentration of attention on how the goal is realized on its own accord.  Outer intention allows the goal to realize itself.

Outer intention sees that the goal already exists and only remains to be chosen.  Inner intention achieves the goal.  Outer intention chooses it.

Inner intention:  “I insist that…”  Outer intention:  “Circumstances are such that…” Or, “It turns out that…”  Inner intention pressures the world to obey one’s wish.  Outer intention takes the position of an outside observer where everything happens according to one’s will, but without the slightest coercion.  Outer intention doesn’t strive to achieve the goal, because it’s already a ‘done deal.’  Outer intention is unremitting, cool-headed, detached, and moves the goal without overt domination toward its realization.

Try to get something from life vs. life freely gets you what you want.  Fight for your place in the sun vs. the world offers you embrace.  Banging on a locked door vs. the door opens before you.  Trying to pass through a wall vs. the wall moves aside for you.  Trying to generate certain events in your life vs. life events coming of their own accord.

The end result can be achieved with both inner and outer intention, but the end result is achieved by different means.

Outer intention is the cornerstone of Transurfing.  It is the key to why there is no need to fight with the world, and why we can simply choose what we want.

You can fly in waking, or walk on water if you have the outer intention of a Christ, and it would not represent a contradiction of the laws of physics, for the laws of physics only operate in one sector of material realization.  There is no real flying or walking on water though.  It’s simply materializing in new points of the physical space using the alternatives spaces.  When flying, you don’t move through space.  It’s space that moves in accordance with the choice of outer intention.

For the mind to accept something, there has to be both faith and knowledge.  Where there is belief, there is room for doubt.  Knowledge eradicates doubt.  You have no doubt that when you throw an apple it will fall to the ground.  You don’t have to believe in this.  You just know it to be true.  Pure outer intention is free of both belief and doubt.

Beyond words, the only way of understanding outer intention more deeply is to practice lucid dreaming.  In place of some targeted exercise, however, practice conscious living in the sphere of physical reality.  It’s not so much about the training of outer intention.  It’s about living it.

Transurfing leaves inner intention alone, and is focused on developing outer intention.  Inner intention transforms into outer intention when the subconscious mind meets and merges with the conscious mind.  When lucid dreaming, the two merge because one consciously chooses what to do in the realm of the subconscious.

A kitten is not aware of seeing its own reflection in a mirror, just as a person is not aware they are dreaming.  A person’s facial expression changes when looking in the mirror without being noticed.  This is from learning in childhood to look a certain way.
Everything that happens in a dream is according to a script chosen by the soul.  When the rational mind sleeps, we dream.  When the mind remembers dreams without lucid dreaming, the mind takes the role of passive observer, witnessing where the soul traverses in the alternatives space that has not manifested physically.  It’s like watching a film.

The dreamer’s behavior is determined by inner intention, but everything else in the dream is subject to outer intention.  Only God can know how exactly the soul chooses its dreams, and the rational mind corrects scripts chosen by the soul in accordance with its experiences and expectations.

When attacked in a dream and you fight back, this is inner intention.  If used to losing fights, you will probably lose the fight in the dream.  Outer intention can turn the one you are fighting into, for example, a frog.  If the mind can accept the possibility of an alternative sequence of events, the heart will not object.

Being in the audience watching the play is the awakened state.  Being in the play itself is the unconscious state.  In lucid dreaming, someone steps down from the auditorium, and consciously directs the script of the play.

To use outer intention, you must first accept that the script can be controlled.  To gain control both in the dream world and in the physical world, one must shift from the role of immersed participant to the role of witness.  You continue to play your part and role, but you detach yourself enough to at the same time be the observer of your role as the audience, and as an observer of the theatricals of others.

Inner intention focuses on avoiding what it seen as negative, oppressive, causes anxiety, or evokes resentment.  These are things we want to avoid with all our heart.  When the mind experiences hate, so does the heart.  When there is union between the conscious and subconscious, between the mind and the heart, manifestation is activated.  The only problem is that it is not directed in accordance with our will.

Outer intention gives the green light to what the mind and soul agree upon.  What they agree on can be positive or negative.  When negative:  Resentment and dissatisfaction bring entrapment to pendulums and balanced forces.  Outer intention then transforms the negativity into manifested physical life.

To align outer intention with your will, you have to wipe all negativity from your mind, and align the heart and mind in a positive endeavor.

If a guru claims to carry secret knowledge that is so precious that it can only be whispered into the ear of a disciple, and the rest of the time being alluded to only allegorically, or with profound rhetoric, the essence of the knowledge is probably not truly known.

Transurfing does not require you to exhaust yourself with meditations, various practices, lucid dreaming, and other mystical activities that are enough to make the head spin.  Just reconsider established views of the world, and you will be able to achieve what was considered to be beyond you.  You really can make the power of outer intention work to your favor.

Inner intention should only be directed towards achieving harmonious connection between heart and mind.

A person’s ability to control a situation is directly proportional to their level of conscious awareness.  Awareness is usually minor in dreaming, and so the dream just happens.  When becoming aware that oneself is dreaming though, the dream is under one’s control, and one can do what one wishes.

The susceptibility of someone to the influence of other people and destructive pendulums is inversely proportional to a person’s level of conscious awareness.

When immersed in a problem with reactions of negativity, you have dozed off.  You can be easily controlled, being hypnotized by the problem.  Don’t allow problems to lead you by the hand.  Take the role of the observer who takes part, like a trainer who sometimes plays as well.  Be attentive and have clarity of mind, but stand back and make the rules, depending on what you want.

Intend to imagine that your ideal lifeline is so.  You may not have total power over outer intention, but you can act in such a way that firstly, life does not act against you, and secondly, that you get the opportunity to help life work in your interests.  Circumstances may not always work in your favor, but you significantly increase your chances of ‘coming up roses.’

If the level of unity between heart and mind and the vaudeville attitude to the problem is sufficiently high, you will receive mind boggling results that could only be dreamed of - you are no longer a puppet on a string.  Be warned, however, not to consider yourself as a puppeteer.  At the first sign of feeling superior, having contempt, or disdain toward others, you would receive a slap from balancing forces – no individual can have complete control over what happens in life, even in dreaming.  Remember, you only have the right to choose, and not to change.  Make yourself at home, but do not forget - you are a guest.

A vaudeville attitude toward a problem doesn’t mean being slack or nonchalant, but it does mean soberly assessing the importance of matters.

Imposing one’s will on other actors is not Transurfing.  Don’t push against the current.  Go with the flow.  Conscious awareness lies in observation, and not in the ability to control.  Control should only be used to imagine an auspicious script, allowing it into your life, and embracing it with all your heart, instead of floundering in negativity.  Don’t force.  Consider what’s possible, allow alternatives to be realized - allow yourself to receive.

Senior managers are more awake and aware, while subordinates are less aware, because they do what they have to.  However, taking responsibility for your own fate is not a burden.  It is an act of freedom.

Humans differ from animals not so much because of a difference in intellect, but because of being more aware.  Animals embody a sleepier state.  They operate on stereotypical scripts instilled by nature in the form of reflex and instinct.  An animal is like an actor in a play with a fixed script.

The secret of being clever is to have awareness.  Awareness gives clarity of mind.  Sharpness of mind depends more on awareness than it does on intellect.

When being too immersed in a game, one can’t see anything around them.

Fear and anger are extreme examples of the absence of awareness.

In a semi-conscious state with numbness to the world except for what particularly stands out, it’s difficult to know what your heart says.  This crosses over to the dreamstate, where one is not easily being able to lucid dream.  Have the attitude of knowing whether you are asleep or not.

Harmony between heart and mind generates outer intention, and mindfulness allows this to work in your favor.

The heart has so much freedom in dreams because it is free from the authoritative mind.  In lucid dreaming there is an element of control, but this is limited to adjusting the script.

Constantly have the inner guardian present in your consciousness.  The guardian objectively evaluates what is happening, and assesses in who’s interest the game is being played.  It makes sure that you will not be drawn into the game like a puppet.

Lucid dreaming teaches how to use outer intention, but awareness and mindfulness need to be prioritized mostly for everyday life.

Outer intention is an unfathomable force, but at the same time it’s subtle and fluid.  It is control, but at the same time, the renunciation of control.  It is the decision to have, but at the same time, the abandonment to achieve.  This is something that is unfamiliar to the modern mind.

Maintain balanced intention, which is to want without desiring, to take care without worrying.  To strive without being distracted.  To act without demanding.  Frantic actions are taken only when someone doesn’t believe their wishes will come true.

Excess potential:  “I really want to achieve what I desire.  For me personally, it is a matter of life and death.  Whatever happens, I have to have it.  I will do everything I possibly can to make sure I get it.”

Transurfing:  “I have decided that I will get what I desire.  I want it.  What’s the problem?  It will be mine.”

It is clear which of the above two positions will be successful.  (Starlight observation:  All those motivational videos on youtube saying that you have to want success like it’s the air you breathe - they are all promoting excess importance and excess potential!)

If something we desire is difficult to achieve, it makes us want it even more, and desire always creates excess potential.

Intention neither believes nor desires.  It simply does.  Pure intention simply decides that something will be so - no excess potential.  It is the calm realization that something will come into being.

Projected importance creates fear of loss, which gives energy to failure.

Achieving a goal is inhibited by two types of excess potential:  1: The passionate desire to achieve the goal no matter the cost. 2: The battle with doubt to be able to achieve it.

The secret to fulfilling desires is to replace desire with intention, total resoluteness, and the decision to have and act.

You will not get a single step closer to working with outer intention unless you reduce the level of importance and emotional intensity you associate with your goals.

Outer intention is totally different to inner intention in that it has no striving to impact the outside world.

What exactly is outer intention?  This cannot be easily explained with words to the rational mind.  However, we can bare witness to aspects of it, and access it.

Unity of heart and mind guided by mindfulness to access and consciously utilize outer intention is achieved when the intensity of importance is absent.

The paradox:  Reduce the intensity of importance, and abandon attachment to achieving one’s goal.  Want and act without feeding desire.  Have the pure intention to act, and not the desire - not having inner and outer importance in relation to the goal.

To reduce importance, come to terms with the possibility of defeat from the very beginning.  Unless you accept the possibility of defeat, you will not eliminate desire.  Consider what you would do if you fail.  What might serve to be a plan B or safety net?  Invite the possibility in your mind that not achieving the goal might not be the end of the world.  However, imagining the scenario of defeat should be a one-time event.  There’s no point in constantly returning to the scene of failure in your mind.  The exercise is only intended to free you from the need of achieving the goal exactly as you had imagined.

After considering the possibility of failure, do not think about failure or success.  Move in the direction of your goal, and set off as though you were going to go buy a newspaper.  Success will be in the bag, and if it is not, there is no cause for sorrow or regret.  If you do not succeed the first time, you will succeed the next and so forth, as long as you do not tear yourself apart from initial failure.

Finally, letting go into outer intention does not necessarily mean completely rejecting your personal intentions, sitting at home with your arms folded, waiting for harmony between heart and mind to magically appear.  No one is stopping you from achieving your goals in the usual way.  Eliminating desire and importance has the same beneficial effect when applied to inner intention.  It is just that now, the powerful force of outer intention can also work in your favor, helping you achieve things you previously thought impossible.

A Thought-Form Has Been Nagging at Me

My goal is to condense Reality Transurfing, which is 760 pages, into less than 50 pages.  I'm currently in the middle of Chapter 7.

Lately, my intuition has been picking up the thought-form that I am plagiarizing.  The Transurfing audiobook is for free on youtube though.

It's true that I often type direct quotes in these notes and summaries, but that's only because I feel that the book often states information in the best way.  And, I fully disclose that I'm doing this.

Should I not condense the entire book online like this?  I just want to help myself and others have a 'better time in 3D.'  That is my intent.
