A Boring Post About Going Low Fiber, or a Game Changer – You Decide

In addition to going low in fructose (fructose is what makes sweet foods taste sweet which takes the form of high fructose corn syrup, sucrose/table sugar, and so forth) and going low in seed oils, going low in fiber also increases leverage for better health and more energy.  According to Konstantin Monastyrsky who is the author of "Fiber Menace," a low fiber diet is a diet with no more than 10-15 grams of fiber per day.  More than this amount does not improve gut health, but can instead gradually create fiber dependence, injury, and dysfunction, even if symptoms are not immediately obvious.  This can be further investigated here:

https://www.gutsense.org/index.html

Important note:  Those who eat high fiber diets who decide to go low in fiber should not cut fiber all at once, but instead gradually reduce it.

Interestingly, low carb diets can be very beneficial because they are so low in fiber.  One way people sabotage this though is to eat low carb products which are extremely high in fiber, such as low carb tortillas.  I've seen one brand of low carb tortillas that has 30g of fiber per tortilla!  (Some can do ok eating low fiber carbs, such as white rice and white bread (low fructose carbs), so this is not an endorsement of 'one-size-fits-all.'  Not everyone does the best by going low carb.)

From personal experience before I even knew about "Fiber Menace," when I ate whole wheat bread I felt absolutely terrible.  My energy levels were extremely low, I had debilitating heartburn, and I gained weight.  The same thing happened when I ate beans and legumes and other high fiber foods.  There's definitely something to this.

I wonder if a substantial portion of lightworkers who are barely holding on in near-zombified states are vegans who eat high fiber diets.  The longer-term vegans are probably in the worst condition, because damage from high fiber diets is not immediate, but cumulative over time.  This doesn't negate energetic attacks from the dark forces, but damaging the body over time from high fiber diets could substantially reduce resilience to attacks.

Going low in fiber may sound counterintuitive, but there are diets in other countries that are low fiber whose citizens for the most part don't have weight issues, as weight issues can be another unwanted result when chronically going high fiber.  For example, Japanese diets are low in fiber, with white rice being one of their staples.  And, Japanese populations have low rates of constipation, hemorrhoids, diverticulitis, and colon cancer.  Japan is also one of the leanest populations in the world.

In general, the US diet is low in fiber but is high in fructose and seed oils, so this leads to the conclusion that optimum health results from adhering to all 3 guidelines:  Low fructose, low seed oil, and low fiber.  Japan adheres to all 3, with this country's fructose and seed oil consumption being much, much lower than the US.  (This doesn't mean Japan doesn't have other lifestyle issues.  The Japanese take the whole 'workaholic thing' to extremes that are detrimental, but their adherence to all 3 guidelines is a prime example of diet/health success.)

  1. I don't want to have comments be buried in the previous post, so here's a summary of previous interactions. This summary is a mixture of AI and some modifications:

Justice vs. Vengeance: Participants debate how abusive elites (“the cabal,” psychopaths in power) should be held accountable. Some argue for metaphysical justice through soul reviews, simulation chambers, or the Galactic Central Sun, while others openly express desire to witness punishment or death, reflecting unresolved anger and trauma.

Metaphysical Framework: Many commenters describe a belief system involving souls, reincarnation, life reviews after death, archons, dark forces, starseeds, galactic civilizations, and ascension. Ordinary wrongdoers are seen as capable of reconciliation, while extreme actors (e.g., genocidal figures) are often considered irredeemable.

Forgiveness vs. Focus on Victims: Some advocate forgiveness and eventual reintegration after the Event, while others insist that attention should remain on victims rather than perpetrators. There is recognition that some involved in “dark networks” may themselves be coerced victims.

Starseeds, Exfiltration, and the “Event”: There is strong frustration over repeated delays surrounding the promised “Event,” first contact with benevolent extraterrestrials, evacuation/exfiltration of starseeds, and technologies like medbeds and free energy. Long-term followers express exhaustion and a demand for tangible, visible results rather than continued narratives. The conclusion is that logically, there must be tangible results not behind the scenes, but out in the open, as 'event-level' interventions shortly after the upcoming major clearings in February 2026. Failure to have such interventions would begin to seriously jeopardize the validity of the narrative.

Society, Free Will, and AI: Commenters discuss perceived loss of free will, society as a “slavery matrix,” and AI as a double-edged sword — potentially empowering but also dangerous if misused. Historical-cycle theories (Strauss–Howe) are used to suggest an approaching systemic turning point.

  2. I speculate that vegetarians and vegans might need extra focus on grounding. This is because while animal meat certainly does lower vibration (especially due to fear and trauma "loosh" and anomaly stored in slaughterhouse meat especially) it also gives people a grounding effect that most plant based foods do not appear to.

While meat eaters typically have low frequency, they're also less sensitive to low frequency things in and around them and nonphysical anomaly or psycic interference doesn't bother them so much because they're rather solidy "teathered" to their physical bodies and the 3D environment.

    1. There definitely could be something to that! Vegans and vegetarians would do well to ground much more.

Being more physically-oriented instead of energetically-oriented provides a significant buffer to energetic chaos and attacks. When the energies and grids become chaotic (much too often for my liking), the physical body and physical environment are a refuge.

One can alternate between energetic-orientation and physical-orientation. It's possible to have one's 'head in the stars' and 'feet planted in the ground.'

  3. Possible protocol:

Compressing all carbs for the day into one meal, and then going low carb the rest of the day. This doesn't cause ketosis for those who don't want to go into ketosis (I certainly don't), and allows for more energy for the rest of the day if becoming very tired after eating a carb meal (only becoming tired once per day instead of multiple times per day.)

    1. Or, this could be tried:

1st carb meal is moderate for breakfast, 2nd carb meal is high for lunch, then low carb the rest of the day.

      There are many possible variations.

There are also those who do intermittent fasting, but I never could make this work for unknown reasons. But for others, if intermittent fasting works, do what works.

  4. I will say intermittent fasting did help me somewhat. I think a lot of individuals have also been programmed to fear skipping a meal and to always eat three meals and even snacking.

People who have physical jobs or very intensely active lifestyles may need to avoid too much hunger however to keep strength.

But part of why I do intermittent is because I like food strangely enough. Instead of 3 spread out meals I can eat one larger sized meal once a day and really enjoy. Hunger before also helps me appreciate the food more.

    1. Yeah, I've heard so many people say it works really well. It's closer to intermittent fasting to have one high carb meal per day and then eat low carb the rest of the day. Maybe there's a range that approaches it. It's all about autophagy though, so the protein meals would offset that. I don't know if it's programming or just the body saying "this doesn't work" when my blood sugar crashes when I try it, but I may give it another go in the future.

  5. Yes indeed, marijuana is from the dark forces, especially when "modern cannabis flower contains roughly 4 to 8 times more THC on average, and up to about 12 times more at the high end, compared to earlier decades." (CBD can be helpful for medical reasons, but only if the CBD is correctly isolated from the THC.)

    1. There are benefits and drawbacks; the difference between medicine and poison is the dosage and the intention.

I personally feel that I use it more than I should, but if used for concentration and meditation, it allows for the clearing of quite a few deep layers and opens up inner perception.

As psychedelics and/or entheogens, they are tools that, when used correctly, help accelerate the process of healing, alignment, and spiritual elevation.

The entire process that we learn through awakening, one of the pillars being perceiving ourselves as One, can be felt with the use of mushrooms, ayahuasca and LSD, and facilitate understanding beyond the intellectual layer.

I have personally used entheogens for 10 years for the purpose of purification, elevation, and fusion with the higher self, and as an explosive tool against all programming.

    2. Everyone these days is also very and I mean VERY seriously addicted to caffeine.

It has gone beyond people "needing" their morning coffee escalating to not being able to go without potent high doses of caffeine in energy drinks, supplements and things like "super coffee" (actual product) and "water joe" (another product, bottled water infused with the caffeine levels found in coffee).

I still drink coffee once in a while as a treat, but its effects strike me as noticeable lowering of vibration, ungrounding, anxiety, feeling on edge or easily disturbed, and amplifying erratic and unusual behavioral quirks/urges.

In some cases it can even trigger nightmares, a sense of doom/dread, and nightmares even if the drink was consumed much earlier in the day.

There has to be a reason why coffee became so supplied to people living in the Matrix society, and it's likely bigger than trying to keep workers productive and tending to overwork rather than sleep (although this is certainly part of it).

In nearly every workplace you'll find coffee generously provided for free.

I think caffeine consumption was/is the Dark Forces try to encourage/maximize.

    3. Anon, definitely, caffeine is so overused! So many people can't function without it anymore. I do absolutely zero caffeine. I strongly feel that all psychoactive substances are best kept at zero. I've done psychedelics before, but at least in my case, none of this is needed anymore; it never was. I love being myself – unaltered by psychoactive substances of any kind. Anymore, this is how I feel the most empowered.

  6. This overlaps so much with what I’m going through- i personally think fiber in things like beans and organic oats is fine in reasonable amounts- it’s the new chemically produced “gums” that I’m worried about. Guar gum in everything. Gellan, xanthan, locust, carageenan, cellulose gum (its chemicaled wood pulp).
