The End of My Dietary Research, and Other Matters
For those who can't digest many plant foods well for fats (such as not being able to work with avocados, nuts and seeds, and olives) but don't want to get all their fats from animal sources because they want to go low in saturated fat because they are eating more carbs but still don't want to consume toxic oils such as canola oil and soybean oil because of their oxidized omega-6 content (that would be me, and quite a mouthful, isn't it? 😂), the solution is to use high oleic sunflower oil, algae oil, olive oil, or another kind of oil that is low in PUFA (Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids).
High oleic oils make a fantastic butter substitute when used on bread. And, it's even possible to use a cooking spray bottle of a high oleic oil when on the go.
For those who cannot make vegan protein powders work for protein no matter how hard they try (that would be me again 😂), whey protein powder works well, but only if not overdone.
Others may be able to make meat work, but I have found that meat is destabilizing. Each to their own though.
There is nothing further to say about diet. I have tried every possible dietary protocol in existence. This is the end of my dietary research. It's finally over. It may sound arrogant to say this, but I've gone to the most extreme lengths possible to figure out what to do with diet, which has lasted about 20 years. Sure, there may be some new things to try here and there, but all the main chapters are completely finished.
Other Matters
Rainbow Flower of Life meditations help to increase stability and harmony, along with the application of CBT and aspects of stoicism.
The stoicism can be selective; I use it when things 'don't go my way.' When things do go my way, I enjoy myself without the need for mental protocols.
I thought I might be the first to come up with "hedonistic stoic," but I did a search and found this:

Regarding all other matters, I feel guided to 'take it a day at a time' and not say anything for now. All the best. 🌌
