Unrelated, but basically, for my healing process, here's what would have to be needed in my case:

Only when I absolutely need to do them would I do them, and I'd ask someone or a crew to do the housework and deep cleaning. I also need deep recovery from all of the coercive control that's been done on me, all the times I was exploited for daily unpaid labor, etc. just 3D life in general.

What I do when I feel anxious or with no energy, I just obseeve my breathing THE WAY IT IS and it normalizes by itself, it becomes more calm and deep without artificial effort. It is called anapana in buddhism.
I looked him up. Interestingly, Buteyko states that many chronic health problems are caused or worsened by chronic over-breathing or hyperventilation. I'll have to give these techniques a try, thanks!

Others with clamping could have different causes, but supplementation with magnesium would probably help everyone with this condition, as magnesium helps the muscles/body relax.

I've learned some massage techniques, so I don't think it's muscle-related, and I haven't been doing any strenuous exercise lately.
I just went for a walk in the park and the pain started afterward. Hot compresses, stretching, and massage didn't help.
This morning I also felt discomfort on the right side of my neck, which is really strange.
I've also been trying to use the Pleiades's Stardust Command to try and alleviate it,
but nothing has helped. I'm really disappointed.
I hope at least the forces of light can help us alleviate some of our physical or psychological pain and problems.
Just to add, my lower back has been hurting for several days now. I hope it will gradually get better soon.

It worked well for me to call upon Archangel Michael and the Blue/Blue-White Flame and ask for Divine healing, protection and guidance and ask for transmutation of anomaly/negativity (also for and around Mother Earth), visualize the color/flame/ray for about 15-20 minutes.
For me it also worked well to make the sound «AUM» in connection with the flame.
Important to be balanced and grounded as the energy can be quite powerful. I think it is very good to work a little directly with the different flames, use your intuition on what feels right!
Otherwise, I felt a little «untrained» in using this Blue/ Blue-White Michael flame, so it is tempting to repeat.

DeleteUnfortunately for me eating healthy is almost impossible since I'm stuck living in a hoarded, super cluttered and messy old house with hoarder parents and can't afford to move out.
This means I have no kitchen, counter, or stove space to cook, prepare and store healthy, unprocessed food that isn't absolute crap.
Regarding healthy eating, even if living with parents, it's still possible to eat healthy without one's own kitchen, counter, and stove space. One may not be able to cook, but one can subtract the two most harmful food substances, which are fructose and seed oils. So, don't eat sweets and oil-rich foods. Just subtracting those two will greatly enhance health. It may be difficult to resist peer pressure from parents, but with effort, one can lay down those two boundaries.
DeleteEven cheap food can be alright if it's not loaded with simple sugar and/or seed oils. For example, I eat cheap bread that has only 0.5g of soybean oil and 1g simple sugar per slice.
The starch part of bread is still called a 'sugar,' but it's a complex carb in the form of chains of glucose. Starch itself does not contain fructose. It's only the (liver damaging) fructose that makes sweet foods taste sweet. The 1g of sugar per slice of bread is from added sucrose to make the bread rise during manufacturing. Different breads have different amounts of added simple sugar and seeds oils though. It's best to read labels.
Further info that may be of use: Sucrose, which is granulated sugar, is one glucose molecule bound to one fructose molecule. So, sucrose is 50% fructose. High fructose corn syrup is over 50% fructose. Honey is also over 50% fructose. Agave nectar can be up to 90% fructose, and is therefore an absolute scam. Best to 'avoid it like the plague.' On average, I keep fructose intake below 12g per day. This is less than 24g sucrose.
(It's difficult to explain this without getting super technical. Sorry.)
Important addition:
DeleteIt's not possible to completely eliminate seed oils, as they are added to so many foods. I consume less than 14g per day though, which is less than 1 tablespoon of cooking oil (soybean oil, canola oil, and the like).
Another important addition:
DeleteI disagree with fruit being an acceptable configuration of fructose. Many fruits are hybridized to be high in fructose. Apples used to be bitter. Yes, the fiber content slows the liver's exposure to fruit's fructose, but still, I avoid fruit (foods like olives of course being exceptions).
Anyway, this is turning into a mouthful from me, but at least in my case, strongly reducing these two unhealthy food substances is one of the the main reasons I have strong health for someone who's been attacked so much by the dark forces over the years. I probably would have died long ago had I been drinking sodas and eating donuts and the like.
And, this can be done on a low budget while living with one's parents. I'm pretty much broke, but even then, it's a 'piece of cake' (without the actual cake).

I would not have been able to trust the information or resonate with all of the specifics if discovering the portal had been what led me to experiences. There are certain pieces of information that Cobra has shared which reached me long ago (generally in impossible ways and often experienced by others who are part of my life).
All the starseeds layered different mechanisms for a possible activation in this archon mind matrix quarantine system, but unfortunately a majority were entrapped by various groups/ new age/ false channelings/ and other spiritual groups that distort the truth about how much asymmetric control exists on the surface and ignores the heinous acts of imposed evil that continue on loops. 🫤 (I would assume the 200k that participated in the portal activations generally represent those starseeds under total activation because they are interested in only planetary liberation).

So by having such experiences, not everybody can understand this level of awakening, but after this there is no way back. In case of failure, this life in any way is over, there is no any plan B. Plan B is a plan for death in that case. People with such an awakening would not handle this failure. That would be the scariest possible entrapment in the nest of the most brutal and deadliest spider ever seen in the whole universe, but to understand this you must be truly awakened and that is very hard to handle.

If the galactics are sharing this with a trusted source and it’s getting back to cobra and then revealed to us then the toying with starseeds emotions is a big problem and very inappropriate as it toys with their emotions and hopes. There are some ligthtworkers really suffering in a physical way as well as the surface population trapped in the nightmare cabal medical system. 🙏
It’s time for the galactics to come to the surface and then the games can end. The dark forces will never surrender and sometimes you do what must be done. (Of course we are not aware of all consequences of direct intervention at this time but I would hope it has improved since cobras said minimum criteria was met in September).
Also on the topic of VOTL, he often said even if the event didn’t occur by 8/21, there were tremendous breakthroughs to look forward to and the fact he was silent even before Sirius pulse the portal opening is a sign of something very significant layered here. Impossible to know what it entailed with certainty but a disappearance from any online presence connected directly to the portal is interesting for sure. 🙏🛸

But if he is okay, then I do not even know, but that is amazingly interesting. And actually he did not do anything bad to disappear, everybkdy makes guesses and fails, thats life, this is how we learn, so its hard to believe that he could have faded because he felt bad after event not happening in summertime or sth. This would be abit illogical. Yes, some kind of a Truman show, actually these days I hardly hanging. I had to visit somebody, I barely went to the shower, put on the clothes and could not move anymore because of a lack of a life force. There is no energy even to fall asleep.
Actually VOTL628 was quite adamant that the Event had to occur before 8/21 or else people just wouldn't make it through the portal opening alive. He got quite upset with people who questioned that perspective. One thing I notice about these individuals who claim to have a direct line to the galactics or assert superiority over others just because they have certain astrological or esoteric insights is that they tend to believe a certain narrative which they then set about enforcing upon everyone else. When manifested reality no longer supports their absurd claims, they often have a few options: 1) Act as if nothing had happened and shift their focus onto the next narrative; 2) Gaslight those who point out their flawed predictions; 3) Disappear for a while, and then possibly resurface under the different identity.

DeleteMany excellent lightworkers have been disappointed year after year while waiting. Some have chosen to leave, and some have even lost their lives. We've invested a great deal of resources, time, and energy in lightwork, yet the feedback and rewards we receive are extremely limited. Even after the portal opened at 12:21, there have only been hints and delays in the release of information. Even if there have been some changes in the world, the impact is far less significant than what the forces of light claim, and it feels too far removed from our reality.
Even if the notion that we are still hostages on Earth provides a reason for all this, why, after decades of cleansing, are the forces of light still unable and unwilling to establish a stable connection and provide assistance to us? This is truly frustrating. If the event still cannot be triggered by 2026, then many lightworkers who trust Cobra will surely leave.
Procrastination is absolutely not out of love, but out of fear. Fear gives people many excuses for procrastination, but love does not.

If there's no visible, obvious Galactic intervention by early 2026 we may very well see revolutionary movements begin to form. Like Occupy Wallstreet was but on steroids and with actual, hot rage and anger this time from the people.
It's awful to always be waiting for a date, so many have passed... Today, for example, December 21st, I had some hope that something would happen, but as always, nothing. I'm frustrated and tired, trapped in cycles, I no longer feel like I belong to this system. I love planet Earth, it's truly magnificent, but there's nothing to be enjoyed in this way. Thank goodness this blog exists... I hope it doesn't disappear either!

I feel the same about Earth being magnificent while human society is very dysfunctional. I wasn't sure if anything big would happen today, and the day's almost over so probably not, but there are some very interesting developments, such as the price of silver. It's no fun to wait though, so there's always the present moment outside all the 'stuff.' Unplugging from it all to get a fresh perspective does wonders. And, I don't engage in many of the dramas I see in various comment sections, as this usually just ends up going in circles.

DeleteOne form of mind programming that exists is subliminal suggestions to the subconscious mind.
ReplyDeleteSubliminal affirmations are usually turned out and looped inaudible to ears and thus the conscious mind doesn't pick it up, but subconscious can. Even audible affirmations can act as subliminal suggestions (supraliminals, technically).
There are a ton of subliminals people use and post on YouTube to benefit from and manifest, but these can be dangerous as there have been incidents of evil subliminal creators who put bad affirmations in their videos and damaged people in unspeakable and terrifying ways, some permanently.
For this reason I don't recommend lostening to YouTube subliminals created by strangers as you have no clue what suggestions they inserted.
Even good intentioned affirmations can cause harm if incorrectly worded, are based in fallacy, or archonic-based beliefs/assumptions/frameworks.
Some people seem immune to subliminal suggestions however, and while this is often due to mental blockages, it can also protect such individuals from absorbing harmful suggestions.
You can also use various apps, software, websites and tech-savyness to make your own subliminals and write your own personalized affirmations to play on loop.
This also means music can work like a subliminal and program the mind and one's manifested reality because although the lyrics are audible the subconscious can still ingrain them, even more so if the listener isn't actively listening or paying attention to the song that's on.
For this reason I recommend people should try to avoid songs that feature lyrics with negative themes. People who listen to sad songs about heartbreak or romance failures often find it can manifest in the form of breakups or failed attempts at relationships.
Lots of mainstream contemporary music not only features themes of failed relationships and betrayal but also conflict, selfishness, drama, physical aging, psychological insanity, unhealed trauma festering, and general low vibrational distorted things.
If you absolutely can't go without listening to a song that has negative lyrics, then listen consciously rather than sleeping or studying so the suggestions don't get as internalized subconsciously by bypassing the conscious mind.
Some additional details
Delete*lyric music is audible so not nearly as effective at programming as silently looping affirmations in an audio
*the danger with negative lyrics comes from listening to the same song, consistently over and over and emotional charge can amplify the effect as well. This is why sad songs tend to cause misfortune like I gave as example, because people usually listen to those with strong corresponding sad, depressive or pessimistic emotions.
Very true, and some of the best melodies are with the most damaging lyrics, perhaps by design. The influence of lyrics is drastically underestimated by the vast majority, agreed. 💯
