A Possible Reframing, and More Shielding
David Blaine has a recent series called "Do Not Attempt," which in an unexpected way gave me insight into reframing metaphysical attacks. Here's a clip from it:

Instead of seeing oneself as a victim of metaphysical attacks, it's possible to see oneself like glass man in the above video who is a pro at taking hits.
So many lightworkers and lightwarriors have taken world-record breaking attacks from the dark forces! This is an incredible feat! Just like all the amazing people David Blaine encountered in his travels who endured great extremes, lightworkers and lightwarriors are equally impressive! (Actually, far more impressive!)
I know everyone's tired and morale isn't always the best, but David Blaine's recent series can be a source of inspiration for the ground crew. It's archonic to link suffering with spiritual growth, but since there have already been so many attacks from the dark forces, I don't see any harm in reframing this to see oneself as someone like glass man.
(I'm trying to be careful here, and hopefully this will be more or less well received. I'll give this disclaimer though: For those with severe medical conditions, I apologize. This is not applicable to every scenario.)
But definitely, to soften the blows or deflect them to the maximum extent possible, it's all about strengthening the auric field (some call this the biofield) and shields. Here's another method mentioned by a wise one I once knew several years ago:

The secret is in the position of the hands. With the hands pointing outward like an elongated pyramid for a while, this provides both healing and enhanced power to the metaphysical anatomy. It's fine to do when lying down, but can also be done when sitting up, or whatever position feels best.
There's also the chanting of "eeeeeaaaaaah" to A432 frequencies or one's own intuitively guided pitch. "Eeeeeaaaaaah" was mentioned a long time ago by Cobra. The "ee" sound is the crown and the "ah" sound is the heart. This links the head with the heart, allowing for a clearer mind, improved mood, and sense of inner alignment.
One can also focus on the physical body and/or the physical environment, cancelling out all other thoughts and unwanted vibes. (Grounding like this is one of many methods though. Lightwork is also massively beneficial.) Ironically, focus on and grounding to the physical makes the metaphysical anatomy much stronger. Oddly, this is something that isn't really taught to lightworkers and lightwarriors.
There are many more methods, and I'll be looking for them. Perhaps the key is to have a substantial arsenal of techniques and alternate between them, always keeping it fresh. Some of the strongest athletes are versatile with their exercises, and 'as above, so below.' Some techniques are best done every day, but in addition, versatility through alternation can give a 'holistic advantage.'
(Of course, it's ok to just let go and unplug from it all and simply engage in a hobby or something. This isn't the army. I just like finding ways to get stronger.)

DeleteHumanity is forced to be ignorant of all but the dense 3D, so they are taught and practice physical hygiene and physical fitness/exercise, but when it comes to metaphysical hygiene and strength the whole world remains woefully ill-equipped and people get influenced by negative entities and psychic attacks all the time but they don't realize.

For lightworkers though they endure the worst attacks and oftentimes more by black magic and deep state tech which regular people generally aren't commonly targeted by, so self defense is more critical.
But I genuinely believe that for almost everyone negative spirits do indeed bother them, they just don't realize and full-blown horror movie style possessions and obvious house hauntings have always been uncommon, as dark beings typically prefer to go undetected.
Negative entities need not even be ensouled or self conscious, as those familiar with egregores, poltergeists, tulpas, servitors/golems, and self-sustaining parasitic thoughtform creatures are well aware of.
And let's not forget the Lurker (even the 0.1% remaining) is still the biggest baddest negative entity still affecting and influencing people to a large degree.
Yep, anyone who helps break the veil gets targeted by them/it. And, cleaning up the mess can get messy.
DeleteI've read similar ideas before. When a person changes their vibration (whether very high or very low), they often "stand out" and become more noticeable to entities. Therefore, professional yoga practitioners use specific techniques to create a protective shield for themselves or "shield" their presence to avoid being detected and attacked by negative entities. DeleteI found this latest article very interesting because a large part of the reason lightworkers struggle to make changes on their own is due to the resistance and spontaneous opposition brought about by various traumas, programming, and archronic karma. DeleteLaziness is truly the biggest obstacle for many. The main driving forces behind this inertia are fear, exhaustion, and lack of personal fulfillment or enjoyment of one's life, usually a combination of these. No one wants to push themselves and actually do the work, rather waiting for "the Event" to come and save them. Occultism especially, requires a kind of near "superhuman" level of motivation and ambition for both diligent study and rigorous daily practice and experimentation/journaling.

Ironically, its constant push for people to be "productive" workaholics for the system ends up making people want to do the opposite and just do nothing for themselves. No better way to make people lazy in their home lives by working them like slaves in pointless 9 to 5s and retail hells. You also have instant gratification programming, which has worsened greatly with entertainment technology such as iphones and the internet. Before the internet I feel people were a lot less lazy in general (however I'm speculating a bit because I'm pretty young myself and do not remember a time before these technologies).
I agree, it's destructive to not take practical steps and just wait for the Event. Many things can be changed for the better in the here and now. For example, simple diet modifications can do wonders.

Usually the major number (X.y.z) indicates a major ABI-breaking change, with minor numbers (x.Y.z) being small upgrades that keep compatibility. If they were aware, surely we wouldn't need v2 or v3, only numbers up to v1.0.0 which would be the "full"/"final" version per se. We're not on the "final" version though.

I would like to share a method of mental alchemy and elevation, I have been using it for quite some time and there are many rappers who talk about it in a mysterious way.
The method is poetry and rhythm, which is singing rhyming, creating mentally in the moment, conscious mental co-creation (Gradually making your mental field your own domain, becoming master of yourself, and purification)
(Example: I bring my song to clarify, continue to strengthen and shield my being) It rhymed in Portuguese, I'm using a translator.
Like any technique, consistency is necessary for results.
The technique will help you think consciously, bringing you here to the now. At more advanced levels, it will assist you as a compass to maintain perception in silence without wavering (literally elevating the spirit).
You can sing what makes sense to you, but usually words of strength, gratitude, analysis, and mental reprogramming—everything is possible.
Let's say the standard method of thinking here on Earth is: A memory, for example, arises in the mind as a perception and sensation from our unconscious of our subjective experience; often it is a distorted perception that generates unpleasant sensations.
Using the method, it is possible to reprogram and perceive the memory of the example with a neutral, loving, and unified understanding (various possible lines of reasoning from the same memory).
(It is also necessary to understand a little about the impermanence of everything, such as feelings, emotions, and thoughts).
Thus, the sentimental charge of your partial subjective perception begins to clear, and little by little, we will begin to feel without reacting, strengthening our consciousness in the now.
I am quite advanced, and just starting to mentally rhyme activates my pineal gland (a constant pressure on the forehead), and the air already becomes lighter and purified (access to more subtle, higher dimensions).
Cool, yeah a rhythm with rhyming - I can see how that can work really well. ๐ The rhythm helps the mind go into a mild hypnotic state, and the rhyming can make the mind more receptive. It's a compound effect.

The BIGGEST missing variable in the entropy equation that 'triggers an event scenario' is not just the entropy of the surface population, or the entropy of the event.... but the ENTROPY OF INTEL. Not just intel itself, from any channeler or direct source, but responses to intel.
Intel is the first to fall down. It already is, in our community. Then the surface population, and the full trigger. I think "intel entropy" is the biggest determining factor that would ultimately lead to whether we go down catastrophically, or end up with a better timeline.
I don't think Cobra has ever mentioned a concept similar to entropy of intel or associated this idea with the Event timeline; such analogies are uncommon even in the disclosure community. Everyone wants to provide their own intel or follow others' lead; yet, few think of the chaotization of information and news outlets being a possible vector in our collective trajectory.
Which leads me to a disturbing scenario..
If people like us, who have been reading Cobra and folks since years, end up 'disengaging' from them past January, would that mean that disengagement from the surface population's state, and even not being attached to the Event, is the common response to most if not all of the problems we have experienced with delays, etc.
I mean, the Event is so extremely intertwined with intel at this point, because it's how we are aware of it, right? Almost as if the two are treated like the same idea?
Or am I just creating a false "triad"?
To me, the biggest sign of a coming prophecy isn't just 'tangible results'.
It's people starting to outright reject the prophecy or put it on the back burner because intel is now too entropic!
So the Event gets triggered when people let it go and move on. I've considered that possibility too.
DeleteIntel is a major source of cognitive dissonance, which is why I don't get so tied up in it anymore. This could be a trend at large in the 'alternative community.' It's all just too confusing anymore. For example, are there really two Trumps like Fulford claims? Why doesn't Cobra ever mention this? The list goes on and on, which is why I take a step back and keep it mostly about personal improvements with shielding and so forth to at least not get metaphysically curbstomped anymore.
Geopolitical situations are absolutely insane (more and more insane with each passing day), but at least personally, the energy feels positive lately. Even with low morale that's often encountered in comments/feedback (in general), uplifting vibes are coming through. I'm not sure what this means in terms of the Event. Will be interesting to see.

DeleteBest thing I've found to do is to just walk away from all the intel warfare, along with many other things. There are those who say this is not a game, but a game is all I'm seeing. And with some games, the only way to win is to not play.
(I'm not sure what to do regarding focusing or not focusing on the Event, but with each passing day as February draws more near, I feel much more sane when I take a step back from it all. The light forces basically said they would take care of all of this regardless of anyone's focus. It's 100% their turn to intervene in ways that can be experienced/known directly by all.)

Also, as many talked here of different kinds of contradictions here, so strange things like 'aliens might open up in the sky with their ships or might not', so what a heck, if you can, then do it now, if you can not, then keep your mouth shut. It almost feels as a type of malpractice to not utilize such energies effectively to support the final breakthroughs. It will be almost 5 months since the portal opened by mid January and things really should be moving in an overt way soon. It needs to be visible to us; no ambiguity. ๐

For example, false hope about imminent medbed release or a fleet display in January did not need to be shared and will result in disappointment at best in some if it does not occur. Others will continue to find the information to unreliable and have concerns the galactics are taking a nonchalant attitude about when culmination finally arrives. ๐ธ
It’s also cruel at worst and those lightworkers and all beings who are suffering physically in the quarantine and can’t fully heal without the technology are basically assigned continued suffering. Bags of excuses will eventually be depleted and the lightworkers won’t be able to explain how light forces aren’t capable of mercy (the true measure of love). ๐
We can certainly continue to protect ourselves metaphysically and align our energetics for the most stable progression forward and even some optimal manifestation. ๐
However, there are those who are fully depleted and in an operation that has protracted well beyond the original plan there must be options to retreat and recover (the Pleiadians did this and it was a process that became successful).
As for those suffering medically, there are real limitations until the event. It is as a type of imposed evil still present and not an applied limitation or mind program. What will the light forces say to those who suffered in such a way if this protracts because they were updating a fine tuned event associated metric for trigger. The galactics may perceive time differently in some regards, but it’s very real suffering for those still on the surface.
As you have said before medbed anon. The whole weight of the universe should be brought down upon the dark forces, asap, when you have ascended masters, Ashtar command, many civilizations of light, other galaxies, angelic realms and even multiversals involved.
The failure to trigger the event thus far 4 months after the portal opened is not a cause for total alarm yet but if time drags on, the questions become more uncomfortable. Also, if the barrier is that they will just kill the surface population at trigger I’m confused as to how that remains possible so deep into the final clearance and with the entire universe capable of assisting. How are they still being confounded so severely.
Also what occured on Earth (the heart of the universe) is what allowed cosmic evil’s erasure across this reality. So if the entirety of the universe is now at peace with only the nightmare remaining on Earth, then the most severe lack of mercy is continuing when there is not quick resolution of all the suffering here.
The galactics are then determining how much more suffering continues because failure to act allows these systems to continue on loop. Trying to explain that to those enduring the hardship of imposed evil in this system is not going to go over well.
I hope will have answers but really the only answer is action. I realize free will of humanity is thrown around often since it is entangled with lurker remnants but the free will of lightworkers should be respected too. They are not under anesthesia at the surface and they also are not part of the Earth humanity being at an energetic or soul level since they have different soul origins from various galactic civilizations or other higher density collectives. Hence their free will is violated very severely to be awake here but bound to only a source of external assistance for release. ๐ชฝ

We certainly require definitive penetrance into the 3D as soon as possible. I even say if we’re many months past the portal opening and nothing tangible has arrived in the 3D, then it’s almost as a type of abuse of the lightworkers especially those in situations that have declined or where there is no solution (as in medical) before the event. Many starseeds/lightworkers had unique experiences that led them to Cobra’s intel. It had a degree of resonance due to their personal experiences (which were often quite extraordinary long before knowing what the portal even was in the context of planetary liberation. ๐

Regarding occultists:
ReplyDeleteAs thought-forms, I'm already getting called an "amateur" and a "copy-cat." The "copy-cat" may come from my post on the white flame and/or my mentioning of the 4 of swords tarot card. Both of these were suggested to me by occultists in the past. However, I knew about the white flame long before an occultist suggested it, and if I had a dream about it, I would have still made the post regardless. Also, I said "mentioned by a wise one" for the tarot card. So, I don't see how that makes me a copy-cat.
And even in the case of someone being a copy-cat (I've seen people ripping off info form occultists and claiming it as their own and getting popular from it), wouldn't a truly noble occultist be happy that others are benefiting from the info going widespread? But no. Instead it's "Hey, that's mine!" I mean sure, credit should go where credit is due, but occultists often take this to ridiculous levels.
Really, most occultists behave like schmucks. They think they are so much better than everyone else. They end up getting a massive amount of power and it goes to their heads as though it's their right and theirs alone to play God or something. And in this case, when I'm just trying to improve myself and maybe help others out as well with esoteric information, I get called these names by them.
So, it's best to stay away from occultists and just let them be jerks without getting caught in the crossfire. If one wants to get information from an occultist, it's best to not interact with them at all. If possible, watch/listen from a far distance. This is a lesson I learned the hard way.

Azara, some occultists are completely off the map and keep super low profiles. These ones are less narcissistic and are hunted by the dark forces. I was told that some alchemists, for example, found a way to live for hundreds of years or more. (This ends up venturing into the domain of St. German.)

ReplyDeleteEven high oleic cooking/seed oils such as high oleic sunflower oil are poisonous. Olive oil is no good either. Maybe even the more stable monounsaturated oils become toxic when exposed to air. Butter does not have this issue and is fine.
Most people consume high amounts of seed oils daily. I was keeping it under a tablespoon per day, but then splurged and ate crackers for a while which are much higher in it, which caused declining health and weight gain. Now I consume less than 1/2 tablespoon of seed oil per day by making homemade bread using only butter.
(1 tablespoon of cooking/seed oil = about 14g oxidized fat.)
(The less than 1/2 tablespoon that I consume daily comes from commercially bought bread which has around 0.5g - 1g added soybean oil per slice, along with what comes from lightly spraying my pan with non-stick spray when making homemade bread. It's virtually impossible to find bread in the store that uses only butter without seed oil.)
Whenever I make homemade bread though, I have digestive issues and the clamping in my gut gets really bad. Commercial bread doesn't do this nearly as much, possibly because commercial bread adds dough conditioners which contain enzymes. This must make it easier on the system. I still have enough money to purchase a dough conditioner that's on its way. It will be interesting to see if this solves the problem. (DATEM is a dough conditioner as well, but DATEM should probably be avoided. One must always read the ingredients.)

Certainly is strange how so many who were once associated with Cobra either disappeared or turned completely silent refusing to speak about it anymore. Very, very strange. AI rollout seems very rapid and forced, like it was something they planned on deploying subtly and/or very gradually now is rushing haphazardly out of the floodgates.

Green diet, hmm. If it's raw broccoli, this has goitrogenic compounds that shut down the thyroid gland. (Broccoli contains glucosinolates. When the vegetable is chopped, chewed, or digested, these can convert into isothiocyanates and goitrin. Goitrin inhibits thyroid hormone synthesis over time.)

Its hard to understand what kind of multidimensional reality we live in, certain people cure gut cancer with expensive meat, some heal with fruits, some with green juicing, thats totally unclear. In my case, there is a need of neurological power. For example, the work of the intestines directly connected to neurological power, if I eat meat or something else, two hours and I would have constipation, if I eat green food, neurological power is pretty normal, but only in my case and certain people I talked to. For example, another example is also from the people with serious neurological cases muscle twitches, we eat cooked food, there are muscle twitches, we switch to fruits and vegetables it stops, brain fog disappears, there is no feeling of being tired, since cooked food takes more energy to digest and once the body already weak its felt on the whole state of being straightaway. But of course this is not a universal law, so I have had such a big experience with that for a decade that for me its obvious what works in which way, so I know millions of different stories and I am very happy with myself that I finally understood that there is no one truth and thus I respect all the opinions, since they all are correct in certain cases to certain degree. ๐ And there small amount of people like me with such a damaged body, so I can feel what food works in which way in an hour's time.

There's more research to be done on this, but I'll leave it here for now.
So far I'm really getting into the technique in the first video. I take it a step further though. I dig deep under both sides of the ribs and then I give it a deep massage – not just in the position he has, but in every part of the area, including the solar plexus. I 'go to town' on it. There was a bit of fluid moving around in my liver area that I could feel sloshing around (an area that really feels messed up), so I really gave it a strong massage in that area. This is really helping! It gets the inorganic clamping way down!

The only thing which is coming FOR SURE is the NWO. What are you guys going to do? Do you have a Plan B? Like living off grid or something? Because believe me, this is the only PLAN of which we have PROOF its coming.

You are somehow right, we cannot wait for that stupid Event while we know the control is growing stronger each day. Those stupid lightforces will come in the last minute? I doubt it. Would ve good to have a Plan B too, I lost a lot of focus because of that illusion
DeleteI'm not disowning the Event, but yes, a plan B is essential. I was previously scolded by some for suggesting a plan B, being told I needed to be 'all in' for the Event and the Event only, but I saw 'Event craze' causing serious deterioration in many people's lives.
DeleteGrid ratio failure should not be happening because Cobra previously stated the light forces have an emergency backup for the lightworker grid's collapse:

It's impossible to know what's going on behind the scenes though, and there are probably other variables. Hopefully this will be promptly addressed.

@starlight totally agree with your perspective and yes the inconsistencies/contradictions are not helpful for us when such developments occur. Hopefully it’s addressed soon and maybe the dark forces mounted some massive attack because trigger was so close (this is a very energetically potent period since we have the date of 12/21, 13 years since 2012 and soon 30 years since 96 archon invasion. This type of action should technically deplete the darkness’s buffer further. I’m not certain the last time Grid ratio failure occured but I think it was around middle of February of this year. Grid should not collapse, however. ๐✨
Delete@anon the more this protracts the harder it is on lightworkers because we’re in a closed system until veil drop. It’s not surprising that it could be affecting the light grid stability. Hopefully, we’ll have some answers soon. ๐

DeleteYes, we will be forced to move on like this, everyday I spend more and more time by accepting my faith and at the present conditions to live the life the way it is. With the whole respect to you all, I would be very very happy if something happened in the coming months. However, I think this last info source will be dead very soon and somehow I really doubt that somebody will come and save us. Amd when I say this, I do not think of anyone, but me and that is very very strange to me, how, by having such experience and a clear knowledge I lost all the hope ane belief that something positive will happen. Again and again and again and again, fuck those lightforces, where is the god itself? Its like a double reality, one of which is real and the other one which is psyop like reality. And again, I only wonder about myself, how I lost this all hope and knowing.
That's why I started to training to escape from the archons. I really believe that I will gonna die into two years. As I said, my health is good, but I don't have strength anymore. And, to be fair, sometimes I wann live and sometimes I don't. So it is possible that I leave this live by myself, ocasionally. That my plan B. My plan A is to be so funking happy and I still work to make money and gain wealthy.

DeleteAnon, yes, I am fully consciouss and not emotional at all, but self elimination is one of my strong plans. Assisted dying now cost from 5 thousand euros one year ago and now it costs 22k euros which is impossible to get. Also those bureaucratic procedures. Deep state wants us to suffer thats clear, I have a deep experience here with all this thing. Just I dont know how to do that yet, maybe in such case there would be a need to find certain medicine or something, since I will not raise a hand against me that is not my desire, but I will not live in a torture. So this plan is my plan. And I dont wanna be too stupid with empty talks, but if there is really a consciouss understanding after this vessel dies, then I will dedicate my full will and power for taking revenge to the things like portal, so called light forces and others, if that is only possible, I will chase them to death, I promise. I promise this. For now I tryna stay calm as much as possible and that is it. My road is very limited too, I understand you completely.
@anon I'm pretty confident that the Archon reincarnation traps are down. Maybe there are a still a few negative entities and disembodied cabal who try to trick or coerce souls to reincarnate but not at all like before when the Lords of Karma were around.
DeleteEven when the traps were up, several NDEs even as far back as the 1960s and 70s indicate that not all souls were caught in the soul net or subject to manipulation or coercion after death even back then. I feel like anyone who dies now, even with surface still under quarantine, is 100% allowed to exit this Matrix of their own free will and never have to deal with this "planet gulag" ever again. At this point only the living are truly trapped here until the Event/ veil drop.

Portal is open but that did not mean anything at all, so it is totally the same as an empty info it does not back up itself. Never.

DeleteStarlight, exactly these days I listen to the music a lot. ๐ I always liked it, but these days I listen to it more and more often and really my plan b is to accept my suffering, my everything and live it like this till I am here. Since looking to ourselves from the side perspective, we always try to run away from those hardships, now I became too weak and too tired, so I am accepting what is. This became plan A, plan b is if the changes come. ๐

ReplyDeleteSo it’s indicating an imbalance in the light-to-dark energy ratio on planetary grids. We’ve been GR+ for a while now and this is the first grid ratio failure in quite some time. (It has safe guards against full collapse). ✨
For what it’s worth, I think it could relate to the ATVOR/VENTLA causing dark energy release. Anomaly Venting/Healing so VENTLA “vents” biochip dark fields and Lurker remnants in combination with the Akashic records clearance (subquantum erasure).
This dissolves non-intervention anomalies but maybe the energy is impacting the etheric grids heavily. VENTLA is venting vessel/tech—releasing anomaly for liberation to occur. ๐

It's said that fructose from fruit isn't as bad, but the molecule is the same. I've heard vegans making claims about being fruitarians and so forth, and my conclusion at least is that this is completely misleading. You saying you are about to die and so forth proves that at least in your case, the all green diet is failing you. And, there are countless stories of vegans who get all kinds of health issues that go away very quickly after eating some meat. 'You do you,' but I don't think you are on the right track with the all green diet. Obviously you can't be if you keep saying you are about to kill over.
Sherman, I used to cook broccoli and eat it every day. Cooking broccoli does reduce the thyroid-targeting substances in it, but even after cooking it, I had to stop eating it because my throat felt like it had a huge lump from thyroid issues.
Oh, and kale... I literally nuked kale before, boiling it for an hour, and it gave me the worst gas/bloating ever! Raw kale was even worse. I remember eating raw veggies and my stomach hurt so bad I thought I was going to die.
It doesn't have to be an all-animal diet though. I still do some white bread, and olives aren't too bad from time to time. On some occasions I'll eat fruit and vegetables, but this is the exception and not the rule. They sap my energy levels quite a bit. There are so many toxins in them, such as lectins and saponins.
I've often wondered if vegan lightworkers get so exhausted more from malnutrition than anything else.

Good, more meat for me. I've always had a hunch we as humans only needed a diet akin to ancient times: bread, meat, beer/wine, potatoes and such. Our ancestors survived just fine with so little so there's that. Plus I don't remember any vikings having to go through dietary restrictions because of arbitrary reasons.
DeleteI know I feel fine having just rice, black beans and farofa (basically a good plate of feijoada/bean stew, typical Brazilian dish). Simple and effective, considering it took me almost my whole life to accept eating beans due to problems with food selectivity. I just found out I love the combination of beans and farofa, and it satisfies me very well.
Science seems to have a knack for telling us "you need this rich and varied nutritional diet consisting of 343967 types of vegetables and vitamins and Whey Protein and whatever". Nope. We really just need iron, carbs, salt for good blood pressure regulation (farofa can be relatively salty if you know how to prepare it well), and hydration.
I could skip juice just fine as per what @Starlight mentioned, even though I like the taste, but I would appreciate sparking water a bit more (you get the perks of a soda without the taste and chemicals). Some people also say drinking while eating is bad for digestion, though I haven't tested that yet, but I know it's a thing.
I dont know what raw milk is. You mean pure milk before going to industry? I cant take it really, for me its very disgusting

DeleteTeresa, raw milk is milk that hasn't been homogenized and pasteurized. It's supposed to be easier to digest. This can't be bought in grocery stores though. Some farmers sell it 'off the record.' But if your body doesn't like milk, it's fine not to drink it.
DeleteRollcager, your perspective on diet makes sense. Meat and carbs works well. Some do better on less carbs, but then this gets taken too far with what I call the 'keto cult.' Then there's the other extreme as the 'vegan cult.' Definitely, "bread, meat, beer/wine, potatoes and such" is reasonable. I agree, it doesn't have to be all these veggies and fruits and so forth. Keeping it simple as you say works well. ๐
The ethical issue of slaughterhouses is one of the reasons why many lightworkers are vegan, but if lightworkers are killing over because of malnutrition, I'd say the lesser of the two evils is to do less fruits and veggies and more animal products.
(The animal products don't have to be common meats. It could just be fish and/or eggs, as Azara and Teresa mentioned.)

DeleteAh yes, the dreaded keto cult, the psychos of the food chain lol. But yeah always watch how good (or not) you feel after consuming a specific thing. And if you're feeling a bit bloated, burn it away through exercise. Goku taught me you can eat whatever you want, as long as you burn it out later. Fish and eggs is good too.
DeleteOr, reduce your intake if you can't burn it fast enough. Goes both ways. Might be easier for specific body types (ecto/endomorph or whatever it was called? Or faster/slower metabolism in general). I've found short-term fasting can also help a bit. At least in my case skipping dinner or eating something lighter at night (as in not a full meal) made me feel better too. As always experiment and see what works for you.

Below I reproduce a larger part of a chapter about music «Universal Rhythm and Music» from the channeled book «Children of the Universe» by Rauni Leena Luukanen (1939- 2015).
She was from Finland and lived part of her life in Norway and channeled this entire book in 70 ours with so-called automatic writing. This was in 1994, just before the negative invasion of Earth in 1996.

Personally, I find this channeling about music very interesting and I hope it can provide some inspiration to the readers here.
I would also like to say that a lot of music that has been made, perhaps much of the so-called pop music, is not very inspiring to listen to because this music is not divinely inspired and often sounds dead.
Divinely inspired music that is in many ways «channeled» from higher spheres in the universe has a very great positive influence.

DeleteIt's also quite remarkable (in a bad, really bad way) how much less healthy the average human diet became in such a short span of time. You look at photos from before the 1980s and EVERYONE was thin and lean, not a single person in them with excess body fat. No one obsessed about being thin because again, almost EVERYONE was effortlessly lean by default; it wasn't considered desirable because it simply wasn't remarkable, but completely ordinary. There were in fact people who were concerned about being TOO LEAN back in the old, olden days believe it or not! Dark Forces probably would've had humanity looking like the people from the movie Wall-E if this Matrix went on indefinitely or into one of the NWO scenarios.
