Can It Really Be This Simple?
For those who don't have a therapist (myself included), this can be done using something that goes back and forth:
I have many different thought-forms. These thought-forms aren't auditory, but I can still 'hear' them. Many times the thought-forms are repetitive and annoying, but other times I have flashes of interesting ideas. This blog will be conveying these ideas, filtered out from all the noise. Also, this blog will provide exceptional material from various sources.
Waving one's own hand back and forth - funny that I hadn't thought of this until now.
