Lightworkers/warriors have been expected to do very advanced workings, with bringing light through the Galactic Central Sun being one example of many, without having foundational knowledge and structure. I myself kept seeing terms such as "astral plane" and "mental plane" and so forth without really knowing much about these planes. I myself am by no means an adept, and quite frankly, neither are the vast majority of lightworkers/warriors.
Although it's not required to be an adept to be a lightworker/warrior, we are doing advanced lightwork without even mastering the fundamentals. It makes sense that there are so many issues. "If structure is unstable, power magnifies instability."
"Individual ascension process" should start with the fundamentals, which are lacking in most – myself included.
Since "starseeds" are said to originate from ET races at higher densities, wouldn't that make them "adepts unwares" or "temporarily embarrassed adepts" that fell from mastery of those basic abilities due to incarnating into the earth Matrix, which effectively forced them to "un-learn" these skills through source-disconnection and the mass programming, mental and physical poisoning, and dumbing down which the surface population has been subject to down here for the last 26,000 years?

I almost think that, at the time of the hypothetical Event trigger and re-activation of starseeds/lightworkers, they will not need to undergo the hard work of learning things like unbroken concentration and meditative inner stillness, as these are part and parcel to ascension. After all, it is said that most of the lightworkers here are said to not actually be here to ascend, but to effectively help out on this dangerous volunteer mission even at the expense of disabling themselves and effectively having to forget would be to their civilizations, kindergarten/second nature stuff?
To give a real-world analogy, people who undergo severe head injuries and forget everything they have learned and lose all access to the skills they had. This is sort of what happened to star seeds incarnating here, and they understood and accepted that as part of the sacrifice of coming here.
Of course, I'm not making excuses for myself or anyone. Sadly, sometimes you really do need to re-learn basics if your skillset and memories have all been sapped via amnesia and mind-programming on an anomaly-infested hellscape planet such as this one.
Sometimes I wonder if a lot of those historical advanced occultists and adepts, from Paracelsus to Agrippa to Bardon, were starseed/lightworker volunteers themselves or just very gifted and clever earthseeds who managed to claw their way out of the limits placed upon human spiritual growth by the quarantine? Like the "ones that couldn't be herded like the rest" of the indoctrinated, perpetual reincarnation-trap recycled "sheeple" earthseeds?

Azara, past mass meditations probably had many participants who were native to earth. It doesn't seem so rare for native humans on the planet surface to at least be participants. The actual distinction of what defines someone as being a lightworker or lightwarrior is also unclear. There's no exact definition.

The mental stillness part, where there's an absence of conscious thought while maintaining wakefulness and conscious awareness, I think is what some call the "Void state" or, perhaps in Portal terms, the "sub-quantum state" where one experiences the ultimate undifferentiated reality. It's quite literally the "foundation" of all existence and is peaceful because it is eternal stillness and true permanence, although not the same as Source. However, the way to re-connecting with Source is attained via the "Void state." Under some conditions it's relatively easy for nearly anyone to achieve, such as when relaxed or feeling internally calm and can be sort of akin to "zoning out" and in a sense exactly is that but done consciously.

One exists at the "highest" level of reality, the other the "lowest" but they meet together at the same level paradoxically and perhaps gives another layer of meaning to the axiom "as above, so below."
What I learned recently is that the physical is bound by time and space, the astral is not bound by time but is bound by space, and the mental plane is spaceless and timeless, beyond both. Pure being and thought, being on the mental plane, have no dimensions of time and space. Also, the physical body is of course on the physical, the soul is on the astral, and the spirit (which is the immortal/eternal aspect) is on the mental plane.

Mystinar is a starseed/occultist collective/subculture in the online "lightworker" community and has been mentioned in comment sections of this blog before, but this is an article by them regarding the void which may or may not be of much interest. Many of the Earth controllers are under the misguided belief they advance by being as bad as they can be. Similarly some overextend themselves in the belief they must constantly be self abnegating to be 'Service to Others". 🫤
They often end up being abused by others. Constant self abnegation is not showing love to yourself. In the Ra's Law of One, notice the lack of mention of love but talk of light vs dark, "Service to Self" and "Service to Others" and those beliefs will self identify those not operating from pure love, but the same old game. You will see this especially in some (but not all) galactic groups where Ra held great sway. Ra was a creator being (small c) from the 2nd wave of creation. The link I posted advocates something sort of reminiscent of the "Left Hand Path" teachings, in that it says that readers, if they so choose, can align themselves with the Void instead of Source so that when the dissolution of the universe/end of the cosmic cycle occurs, the individuality and memories can remain in-tact and continue to be exalted indefinitely whereas all other beings who choose to stick with unity with Source will lose their memories/forget their individuality.

Additionally, it presents the Archonic notion that evil must always exist in some form or another and that without some kind of disharmony or negativity, there would be no challenges and thus existence becomes "boring."
This is why I said I did not resonate with all of what was in the post. I never really saw the void as being the anomaly. I always saw it as being a 'cosmic womb' of sorts. On the tree of life, the left side of the tree can be seen as refinement and contraction, rather than aligning with the dark forces. The left side of the tree can be used to cut away distortions.

The left side of the tree has the spheres of Mercury, Mars, and Saturn. Mercury can be used for the refinement of thought, Mars can be used for action (which is an aspect that is less talked about compared with its aspect of war), and Saturn can be used to remove illusion and limit excess indulgences.
A really good kabbalist of course uses all the spheres on the tree, but a non-destructive left hand path individual mostly focuses on the left side of the tree. Those with certain temperaments actually need the left side of the tree to help them manage personality flaws and so forth.

2. Astral Plane
Realm of emotions, desires, and imagination. Often called the “emotional plane.” Subplanes: Seven gradations of astral matter, from coarse (strong passions, animal-like desires) to refined (love, aspiration, inspiration).
Consciousness/Function: Houses dreams, hallucinations, and post-mortem states of humans. Thought-forms and emotional states manifest more tangibly here than on the physical plane. Spiritual aspirants can perceive and interact with entities here via astral projection.
3. Mental Plane
Realm of thought and abstract ideas. Lower mental plane: Concrete thinking, logic, forms, and concepts. Higher mental plane: Abstract reasoning, intuition, and causal understanding. Subplanes: Seven levels from coarse, form-bound thinking to pure abstract reasoning.
Consciousness/Function: Thought-forms created intentionally or unconsciously exist here. It’s where knowledge and creative imagination take shape before “materialization” in the astral or physical plane.
4. Buddhic Plane
Plane of intuition, unity, and love. Less dualistic than lower planes. Subplanes: Seven levels of refinement; lower ones involve emotional empathy and higher ones direct intuitive understanding of universal truths.
Consciousness/Function: Awareness of interconnectedness and higher principles beyond reasoning. Spiritual insight manifests here; moral and ethical qualities are integrated. Often described as the “plane of spiritual realization” just below pure divine consciousness.
5. Atmic Plane
Plane of spiritual will or divine purpose. Will manifests as conscious creative energy. Subplanes: Seven gradations reflecting the potency of spiritual will and alignment with universal laws.
Consciousness/Function: Inhabitants (or refined souls) here act in harmony with cosmic order. The plane corresponds to aspiration and self-mastery. It is “action-oriented” in a spiritual sense rather than emotional or intellectual.
6. Anupadaka (Monadic) Plane
Monad plane, the individualized spark of divinity. Subplanes: Seven levels of monadic expression from coarse individualization to pure unity with higher Self.
Consciousness/Function: Identity as a distinct “spirit” exists, yet unified with universal consciousness. This plane transcends personality, ego, and individuality. Functions as the source of the soul’s individuality across lower planes.
7. Adi Plane
The primordial plane, pure spirit, undifferentiated source. Subplanes: Seven subplanes representing gradations of subtlety, from the faintest divine expression to absolute undifferentiated unity.
Consciousness/Function: Beyond form, thought, and emotion. Represents pure being and absolute consciousness. All planes emanate from and ultimately return to this plane.
Key Notes Across All Planes:
– Each plane vibrates progressively higher (more subtle) than the last. The seven subplanes in each level allow for gradation, so transitions are smooth rather than abrupt.
– The model is hierarchical but non-spatial; “higher” doesn’t mean “up in space” but subtler in vibratory quality.
– The planes can be experienced or influenced through meditation, astral travel, mental discipline, and spiritual development.

DeleteI look forward to the day when on earth, such "esoteric" information becomes exoteric aka "common scientific knowledge." Without "woo woo" so-called all our mainstream sciences like physics, psychology, etc., all hit a brick wall. It's actually quite sad to know how firmly locked into the materialist paradigm humanity is.
DeleteFact is, everyone, even non-psychics are constantly working with and interacting with these planes and sub-planes day to day without even knowing it. Anything above the gaseous matter 3D plane is relegated to the realm of "all in the head" or imagination. People need to understand as well that "imagination" isn't the pushover/negligible thing we all convince ourselves collectively it is either.

Health update:
DeleteHigh daily intake of niacin intake causes blood sugar issues. (This is the only B vitamin that does this.) However, high intake of niacinamide (which is non-flush) can be taken without causing blood sugar issues. It's only the form of niacin that causes flushing that needs to be avoided. Niacinamide in moderation is probably the best way to go.
I don't do well with whole wheat bread, but even when it's homemade white bread, I still don't do well. It was a valiant effort to make homemade bread, but alas, this is a complete failure. It's a shame too, because I am now very skilled at making tasty bread with a fantastic texture. I've probably made over 100 loaves since I started doing this over a year ago. I may try again though if going off all bread yields no improvements.
Clamping was drastically reduced by eating flax seeds of all things. Fiber intake has been very low – maybe too low. The recommended intake of close to 40g per day is probably too high, but there is such a thing as taking it too far and going too low.

DeleteThe escalation did match what was projected by Cobra for this month, and it’s interesting because back in 2024 (summer) when Cobra had referenced the lurker disentanglement phase starting some of those intense phases were very visible in someone I know (this was the start of a powerful transformation for this individual and they’ve done very well ever since); others have had similar situations unfold so improvements are actually happening in areas with the final purification now probably to link all these elements across the surface into a final release. ✨
I’m lucky enough to know a few lightworkers in my life and their comms also seem to be coming online more powerfully. 🌅
The clearance of the physical anomaly is what illuminates the path to the event and then the door will open suddenly. 🪽
