Satellites and radio frequencies are being used for DEW attacks, so the disabling/destruction of satellites and government/corporate facilities involved in DEWs could be visualized.
The dark forces interfere in so many ways with personal timelines, so their removal would definitely also be integral to lightworkers'/warriors' personal aspects of the liberation timeline. This along with removal of DEWs could be included in step 5. Yet, how can personal life get "better and better" in step 4 without larger picture interventions? What's good for personal life and what's good for planetary liberation are often intertwined.
Those who decide to do this meditation will know what to do though. However one decides to go about this, it looks like exposure of the crimes of the dark forces is picking up more and more momentum, as part of the "awakening starting worldwide."

We know the physical anomaly is primarily being targeted now (3rd plane). The non physical aspect referenced was likely entangled with etheric/astral which was being successfully addressed per the last update.
The light forces specifically conveyed the idea of our disappointment being “resolved,” and as for the lightworkers I know most I’ve spoken too are disappointed in the lack of event trigger. They certainly aren’t dreaming of a bigger house, a new car, new social experiences in the mind matrix, or materialistic pursuits at this late stage of the liberation process. The acceleration is apparent everywhere, in AI, job losses, and the reveals about the evils of the surface control system (Epstein). If that doesn’t translate into the breakthroughs lightworkers/warriors are waiting for then I can’t say many of them will say their disappointment is over… we shall see. And hopefully soon. 🪽

And also I found many awakened people on tik tok, I read the comments, so I could not even believe that there are so many deeply awakened souls. And I stay on that algorithm, read the comments, so it is very hard to live like this for awakened ones, most of them live in isolation. 🙂 But those epstein files hit really strongly, people are screaming at the airport like 'r u gonna live like this like nothing happened!!!'. Of course, most npcs ignore that, looks like that frequency does not reach them.
And also in my reality these files is a very good starting point to check what condition are the people in, how deep they are asleep. Some of them are terrified, some of them do not care, the most interesting thing is to explore my family. They are in a deep slumber. Only a complete matrix collapse will help them.

Many people have devoted countless efforts to the cause of liberation. I've heard that some have even sold their homes or taken out loans to support liberation (there should be quite a few of these people in 2025). Having staked their hopes for liberation on 2025, they have given everything and are now penniless. However, the event has not arrived as expected. Without any personal material assistance, the forces of light are instructing people to heal and rest, to fulfill their life's mission in joy and peace. This is utterly unrealistic and irresponsible. The root of people's disappointment lies entirely in the lack of the event and personal material assistance... Only when the forces of light stop shirking their responsibilities and stop ignoring the cries of the Lightworkers will I feel they begin to show true compassion. Even on Earth, truly loving families don't stand idly by while their children are exhausted, hopeless, and on the verge of collapse, offering irresponsible accusations or "guidance." Instead, they do everything they can to help them and heal them with love.

In my opinion, if after epstein files release until early summer we do not see any other real escalation then this year's possibility is over. There is nothing to wait. It is nothing but a stalling. Physical operations would encompass the sequence of final escalatory breakthroughs (that will be very apparent to us as activated starseeds) which culminate in the event. The main problem I see for the surface lightworkers is that many simply have grown out of this experience and you described it properly with the prison analogy. 🫤
Approximately, a few hundred thousand starseeds are pulling the bulk of the energetic burden for millions upon millions of sleeping starseeds and the billions of the programmed native earth souls. It is already unsustainable.
I will also disclose here that some lightworkers received vey very powerful activations between 2020-2023 (especially 2023 and into early 2024); this led to non physical contact for some that was received in dream state and/ or as visions that aligned closely with the imminent trigger of the event or event level changes. Some posters on this blog and even the portal have also apparently had such interaction. 🌅
The inability to trigger the event before the end of 2023 was understandable given the clearances ahead, the timeline collapse in June 2024 regrettable. Yes, as I stated previously I am the most pesimistic one here by almost all the questions, but even I am a bit surprised mostly by following tik tok and people's opinions how epstein files affected humanity's consciousness, we can say whatever we want, but people are talking loudly, so when you express your positions I fully feel you. And there is that interesting sense inside. Somehow the saying of yours 'morale boosting' often reminds itself for me these days, because even I have been affected pretty positively by this release of epstein files, it affected me like a light at the end of a tunnel. Lets not forget that its easy now to say "oh, I knew it", but also we were talking of that ten, fifteen years ago and today it is in reality. The dosage on the bottle says that one tablet has 41,670% of daily B12. When researching this, I was told that taking B12 like this can definitely cause issues. Also, taking methyl folate or folinic acid does the same thing: "Methylfolate is particularly known for anxiety, insomnia, heart palpitations, and irritability." Bioactive B complex supplements have very high amounts of these two B vitamins. So, when people believe that taking this kind of supplement is healthy, they may be getting themselves into trouble. I tend to have thoughts/energies from others as though they are my own, and although I can tough just about anything out, drama, doubt, and disappointment end up being like a black hole. My thinking can become 'harvested' into mindsets that are an imprisonment. This is something I should have placed a boundary on long ago, to not have my consciousness be absorbed. A consciousness that gets absorbed into it only serves to amplify it, making it even worse than before.
DeleteStarlight many people have mutations where they can not produce methylated vitamins in high enough amounts. Those vitamins are essential for regulating many processes in the body. Do not use too much at once. use only a small part of a pill a few times a day to keep levels stable. It made a huge difference for me, and for many that I know. Also esp. recommended to Sherman. Many people wo are lgbt have those imbalances, its all genetically connected. You need those externally if you have mutations to a high enough degree, your body simply cannot produce enough. But it need to be the correct amounts, and not only once a day and a drop some hours later. Stable levels in moderation are the key.
DeleteAnon, that's what I've been doing – tiny amounts. However, even tiny amounts of methyl B12 cause me major issues. The same applies for methyl folate; I have to avoid it. However, I'm doing well with minute doses of other B vitamins. This is extremely individualized, but yes, Sherman may strongly benefit from methyl B12 and methyl folate, because Sherman did not over-methylate with experimentation like I did in the past.

DeleteSherman there is a reason why you are trans and one of that can be issues with folate processing because this can make all existing conditions worse. Almost all trans people have issues along those lines. Its basically an amplifier for example of an existing mild intersex condtion, leading to a laying down of the neuroarchitecture in opposition to the body. Methylfolate can help all processes in the body to run much better, if you have this deficiency. It can help with feeling much more stress resilient and less stressed as baseline. Your being trans means that some sectors of the brain have been laid down in a female pattern before birth. Its literally a womans brain in a mans body, and this process is irreversible after birth with current techniques. And many would rather have the body changed than the brain because they feel that what their brain says is who they are. But a feeling of being stressed and of overwhelm as baseline could be lessened with individually fitting supplements, that can fill individual deficits. Thats an explanation of the above comment, and I have seen it many times. Needles to say I´m also a t person.

Sherman you really need to understand that your reaction is not normal, and a product of high stress as baseline. I clearly explained that the supplements help with a basic stress reaction, totally unrelated to other issues. You don´t even want to hear that. The reasonable thing to do is trying to improve health in general until outside help arrives. If you are wounded, you apply some bandage, if it is in reach. You don´t wait indefinitely until help arrives. We all hope that a solution appears soon, but until then, in my opinion it is better to find short term improvements. And also in my opinion being less stressed helps to hold a positive picture of a reunion, which draws it to us faster. At this point in time, I belive holding a positive vision has a very important influence in rectifying the chaos around as, and as said in drawing a solution to us faster.

She inquired about the best technique for a shield against energies and emotions projected on her (from individuals in her experience).
In addition to the plasma plane layer on her energetic body, the visualization of a green flame that extends outward as a lattice (tendrils) of support and protection was part of the answer. The answer encompasses the stability of a lattice structure in the anchor of the emerald ray, unconditional love of source, the cosmic soul and the capacity to clear, transmute, elevate, lighten, dark, heavy, negative energies.
I had never discussed emerald ray with her before in detail and she had never been guided to it or the emerald flame until now. 🔥

Yeah, GPT is excellent mainly for summarizing and technical analysis. I use it quite a bit for diet/health analysis and even diagnosis. Beyond this sort of thing it has major limitations.

DeleteThe main issue I believe that arose on this mission was the level of activation necessary for a few hundred thousand starseeds to pull the weight of millions who were not able to activate (situation was far deeper and complex than expected). However, these powerful activations led to the exhaustion, despair, frustration. It’s not reversible and I don’t understand why the galactics are having difficulty understanding it. It appears they think we’re more attached to the 3D, surface illusions, and materialism than the true state of the situation. I'm doing alright. There's nothing wrong in this way, so there's nothing to get better from. I'm just unplugging from self-defeating mindsets and freeing up some time. This is just me scaling back with interactions, that's all.
Fermented foods are great. I really like kefir. The really powerful strains of beneficial bacteria may have to be obtained from special supplements though, which are unfortunately expensive. Some of the best beneficial bacteria may not even currently be available to the public. There are also positive biolabs (not all biolabs are trying to kill off humanity).
Sprouted grains give me horrible heartburn so I avoid them. However, others may have different experiences, and could give them a try if they feel guided.

DeleteI'm giving the the lacto-vegetarian diet a go, but I've found I get too hungry so I have to include a glycine supplement. Dairy protein is low in glycine, and glycine helps get feelings of hunger down. Eggs and fish are rich sources of glycine.

Durante a pandemia eu fiz dieta cetogênica e minha experiência foi boa. Tirar carboidratos funciona bem para meu corpo. Eu faço kefir de leite em casa e vou recomeçar a fazer kefir de água, além de iogurte infinito.
Meu objetivo é fazer o meu meu corpo funcionar no melhor dele e deixar a minha cabeça em paz. Assim, às vezes eu escolho sacrificar o paladar e os hábitos de lazer em benefício do bem estar orgânico. Por exemplo, eu gosto do paladar doce, mas meu corpo não se dá bem com açúcar. Então eu evito. Meu paladar adora pão, mas meu corpo rejeita gluten, então não como. Meu corpo adora movimento e eu prefiro usar meu tempo rezando e meditando, então me exercito mesmo assim (e aproveito para fazer meditação ativa quando faço exercícios). Enfim, eu faço o melhor que eu posso para minimizar o sofrimento e viver melhor. É bom ver que outros trabalhadores da luz escolhem isso também.
Anon, além disso, posso também adicionar um suplemento de taurina à dieta lacto-vegetariana, uma vez que os laticínios também são pobres em taurina. Pelas pesquisas, parece que são apenas esses dois.

Conclusion regarding clamping:
ReplyDeleteThis is true for me, but may or may not be true for others who experience clamping in their liver/stomach area:
Too many carbohydrates causes over-fermentation, which results in clamping. Too much starch does this, too much simple sugar (sucrose/fructose) does this, and too much fiber does this. (All three of these are different forms of carbohydrate.)
I've experienced first-hand that the clamping goes away when I have some low carb meals for a while, and I've experienced first-hand that the clamping returns with a vengeance when eating high carb meals (a box of mac and cheese is disastrous about 3 hours after ingestion.)
The solution of course is to reduce carbohydrate intake. However, this doesn't have to mean going on the keto or carnivore diet. Some amount of carbs can be consumed, but there's a threshold point where the carbs over-ferment the gut to cause clamping. The carbs should also be evened-out and not compressed into one large carb meal (no eating a whole box of mac and cheese.) I estimate my daily threshold point to be somewhere around 150g carbs, and my per-meal threshold point to be somewhere around 15-20g carbs.
The clamping for me, was the result of cowardly attacks from the dark forces, since it only applies to thoughts (good thoughts) and it began on the day of the first 12-21 mass meditation....can NOT be a coincidence.
