So many kundalini activations and forms of initiation do not include Goddess Presence. Perhaps this is the real reason why so many initiates fail. Countless distortions result from kundalini rising without her. Goddess Presence can heal much of this, and has been the missing factor.
The ideal way to raise kundalini is with a romantic partner. This allows for enough Goddess Presence as the needed loving guiding force. Some of the best lightworkers/warriors have a romantic partner. Some of the most unstable lightworkers/warriors are lone wolves – with or without being leaders with followings.
The dark forces have their own kundalini activations, but these activations are as unstable and destructive as possible – void of Goddess Presence. In this way, kundalini has been used as a 'weapon of mass destruction.' Psychopathic aggression, lies/trickery, and primal lusts that respect no boundaries are common among the cabal. They've been corrupting the grids with this, which has been having a destructive influence on lightworkers/warriors and the surface population.
Kundalini can partially go up the spine, but then stay in the lower chakras. In this case, the energy is much more potent in the lower chakras while still being blocked. As an analogy, this would be like being stuck in 1st or 2nd gear in a car trying to go at speeds for 4th and 5th gears. The dark forces may have hyper-amplified the first 3 chakras to the exclusion of all the others, or if the others are used, it's only for subjugation/domination purposes, as pure distortion.

In most (if not all) cases, kundalini activation is only partial without such interactions, and many cabal members probably view Goddess Presence as something that controls them. It's probably a power issue with them.
Rising kundalini has been causing the surface population to rise up against the dark forces in various instances, which is the constructive aggressive aspect of Goddess Presence. The dark forces have been trying to manipulate this aspect by redirecting constructive aggression into destructive infighting. It can just cause pure terror and confusion, along with hallucinations and sensations typically of things like feeling like you're on fire and/or have bugs crawling under your skin.

I think this might have even happened to the grey alien ETs, having no emotions or genuine sexual pleasure/desire. PSSD or "Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction" from certain pharmaceuticals, particularly SSRI type antidepressants, are known to create emotional blunting and lack of sexuality. I have a mild version of this type of condition, starting in 2019 and still not healed from it.
My sex drive is way too low for a male my age (like low testosterone, but my levels are normal- although in an aside, it appears the cabal was ALSO lowering testosterone in men of younger generations by chemically poisoning them via food and water supply!). I do not feel emotions so deeply either.
Self control is easier sometimes, but I feel cut off/alienated from my own physical being and I can't really experience much in the way of love either, and my empathetic capacities have also shut down somewhat (so I may have become "darker" in that sense, although I still have a moral compass, intellectual empathy, and some bits of emotional empathy remaining intact or situational).
This condition is not fun, and it's surreal how different I used to feel before 2019. I feel like a whole different person but now I'm at the point where I've pretty much forgotten what "normal" actually feels like anymore. This is a type of total opposite/inversion to ascension if you ask me; it's a form of devolution and it's absolutely diabolical. Why did I take these horrid pills in the first place? For only a few days due to pressure from family plus a failed/haywire "Dark Night of the Soul" type of ordeal back in 2018-2019.

EVERYONE on earth is probably going to have some painful things to experience in their life review because of how life was in this Matrix everyone couldn't live without ending up hurting or feeding off of another sentient being in some way. I also urge lightworkers to refrain from being in the overly ego-centric prideful "I TOLD YOU SO" mode when interacting with earthseed or unawakened friends or family about this stuff.
For a lot of them it's traumatic and if you seem overly enthusiastic or eager to rub it in their face that "SEE I WASN'T CRAZY AFTER ALL HAHAHA" well that doesn't exactly reflect well on your part. We're supposed to be like councilors helping people digest and assimilate these horrible truths coming out. It's like when the Holocaust of Nazi Germany was being exposed to the public: it was rough for people to take in and the last thing they want or need is someone who is berating them or laughing at them for having "failed to catch on" beforehand.

Technically the Anutara and other Angelics incarnated as starseeds are an extension of the Angel crystalline realms and absolutely not under the jurisdiction of the Galactics technically (many of these starseeds sent themselves here for the mission although most bonded with certain civilizations on their journeys). There are multiversal starseeds on Earth that are possibly even departing this universe post event. Angelic realms also desire reunions and it’s very important that this process is concluded as soon as possible. The level of activation for many lightworkers on the surface relative to the speed of chapter close was not part of the original plan. 🙏
Another negative timeline scenario besides possible violent revolution is the opposite: the public remains distracted, demoralized and we see neither the overthrow of the cabal nor intervention by the end of July/August. Both the left and right side of the mainstream news outlets and social media are mostly ignoring the Epstein scandal or trying to narrow-focus on parts that suit their political talking-head red state/blue state divisive politics as usual nonsense.

Is a very weak timeline and unacceptable approach to further escalation which is only open to more manipulation and distortion as the political polarizations only desire to utilize such information for control. While making homemade bread and only eating homemade bread as my carb source, the flour was organic and unfortified. I like it this way because I don't like the forms of iron and folic acid that are added to commercial white bread. Yet, commercial bread is also fortified with small amounts of B1, B2, and niacinamide. I fortified my homemade bread with B1 and B2, but I did NOT fortify it with niacinamide. Thus, my diet has had almost no niacinamide for quite some time, which has been causing various issues. I'm glad to have finally fixed this problem by adding niacinamide when fortifying homemade bread.
DeleteAlso, folinic acid or methylfolate could be used in place of folic acid when self-fortifying – this is a much better form. (Actually, folate isn't heat stable while the other B vitamins are heat stable, and the liver stores folate and takes a long time to deplete, so it's probably best to just take folate as a supplement once per week instead of fortifying.) And, niacinamide will be higher in my bread compared with commercial bread to gain the maximum benefit.
What about the niacin flushing effect? Is that a helpful mechanism of the substance? I've turned red a couple times after taking niacin supplements. DeleteAnon, great question! Niacinamide is the form of niacin that does not cause flushing. The flushing effect of niacin has benefits though, as follows:
Delete– Supports and stabilizes metabolism is supported
– Anti-inflammatory effect
– Immune-modulatory and neuroinflammatory dampening effects
– Fat cells are told to pause releasing fat into the bloodstream
– Blood vessels briefly open up, letting blood flow more easily through tissues.
– Stress-response dampening
Flushing effect range:
– Typical threshold: ~50–100 mg per single oral dose
– More pronounced flush: ≥250 mg
– Severe flush: ≥500 mg
Doses of niacin at 1g or more per day for prolonged time can cause liver issues. Niacinamide is much easier on the liver for prolonged periods, even though there's no flushing. I'll probably keep mine at around 250mg per day of niacinamide and maybe occasionally do a flushing with niacin. It depends on what benefits one is looking for. Flushing has benefits that go outside niacinamide, but niacinamide has the same beneficial metabolic, energy, and 'insanity-reducing' effects.

ReplyDeleteFrom my perspective, those released files have some certain influence to the consciousness of the people and hopefully this shows that there are some positive forces behind, othwerwise it would not have been released to the public. Since one day with such publications people will rise to the streets and that's it. So there is some hope that there are some positive forces behind. Now, the most important thing is how fast and how soon other things that shake the world will develop. Since if we got these files, and now we will be waiting for three more years for something new, then we will not make it till our departure from this physical plane, things must escalate on after another, one on top of the other.
I agree with Sherman, who says, that we have the right to say 'I told you so' and not only that. I will not say and I will not do anything in case of any action, since it fucked me up completely, so I have no life force left for that, so I will not contribute in any way. If not action is taken very soon people will start calling light forces the dark forces.
The one who reads portal you will see how decisive this next update will be. There is no need for any deep reading or imaginable calculations. Once the update is here and it has at least a little bit of uncertainty, nothing will happen this year. Update MUST be totally clear and after that we must see the tension in the world building steadily further without any doubt. Even now after these files, very soon something must escalate. Since now it has come and in a month the humanity will have forgotten that same way as covid.
So it is easy to read the energies and without further escalation there will not be any actions out of the blue.
And really, for many of us those epstein files is a joke, but if a ordinary sheep read those files, one must be completely brainless to not understand that we live in hell. And we will not change it by ourselves, the armies would destroy us all easily, so there is only one way to hope that some positive forces will intervene. And only the time will show. Now the deciding factor will be easy, which is how fast another public info or other actions will develop. If after espstein files we do not get anything new until the early summer, then nothing will happen this year. If that is real, something must start moving, it is clearly visible that somebody is stretching the gum with everything, constant war mongering, constant ceasefire negotiations, consatant talks, but no any real movement. Days are passing in vain.

I really hope we’ll see this March-July period bring total culmination and closure. You’re right that days pass in vain and at some point it just feels like stalling. It is now 2026 and not unreasonable for lightworkers to simply desire closure. They did in fact come here on a mission as anything “manifested” inside this system is still just a fraction of the abundance and joy that they had outside the experience. The goal was for all souls to have a chance at such fulfillment, to expand infinitely and authentically into what they love. 🌹
I don’t particularly find the Galactics current directives very persuasive and it’s really time for them to bring closure (we understand the referenced safety issues but there must be tremendous resources available to them by now when we’re considering the entirety of the universe is free).
And as for those Lightworkers/straseeds who are ready to move on, this must be respected as soon as possible.
C.S. Lewis described this type of desire most accurately and due to the level of activation necessary for many lightworkers to fulfill their missions, it must be respected.

And, from my perspective, at this stage, that is not too hard to see the movement of energies: if there is a real progress, things in one or two months will escalate, if not there will be as you say a bag of new excuses. That's all she wrote. We just must stay vigilant and conscious, it is not so hard to see the progress, we understand the situation relatively good, how it all can unfold. So there must be an escalation from now on.
Yes, I always agree when you share about those crazy statements, to make some kind of a dream life in hell, the ones who say that are mentally ill, me and others need medbeds, the damaged body has too deep cellular level, the food costs thousands per month, and many of us can not even work too much of the declining body conditions, so statements about the physical action, about medbeds and statements like you shared about making a paradise in hell makes me doubt of this whole initiative. It is hard to believe who can be so stupid to share such delusions.
Still, some parts of the puzzle are missing..
This epstein's files release shows that our position and experience that this planet is taken over by the devil, has always been correct. 15-20 years ago people were in a complete coma and did not even dream of such things, the reality used to seem normal, everybody used to think that we live in a naturally real world. So even for me, the most pesimistic person in this area, this files' publication really confirms that many of us a lot of years, decades have been correct, and we have been correct against 98% of the world, which as you, Azara, sometimes say, is a bit morale boosting. Since we are fully correct with what we have been claiming all our lives. In those documents there is even a planning of pandemic shown, which again shows, that I was fully correct by not allowing my family members to vaccinate and none of them did that. So the whole truth is on our side fully. Almost every night I contemplate, switching different possible perspectives of where I could have been wrong with this whole experience, but I can never find any miscalculations in my experience it is just that it's very hard to withstand this avalanche when you stand alone against the whole world. I used to always ask me, is that possible that everybody is false and I am the only one who sees the things deeper, but, yes, that was the case.
Getting back about the described progress, the time will pass and we will see the real truth, but with our knowledge, I think, we can orientate pretty well by ourselves. The Even will not happen tomorrow, there will be tension felt in the air, I clearly see it, everybody will feel that tension if it comes. A fact that Event is not happening tomorrow, so in the coming months, I think, max in three months we must see some other escalations or it is better that we can see it sooner. And, yes, you often share about the deep awakening and that is a total different experience than to be a little awake. Imagine I wake every day single morning and share to some of my people around an hour every single day that for me it is like the dream, I do not see anything real here, this is such a deep experience and that is amazingly hard to withstand it. 🙂 It is only my personal contemplations, and they are totally mine, so I am really very deeply interested if I make it to that so called long awaited change. If I make it, all the questions will be answered and actually then I can go even the same minute after the Event. If not, this would be as an impenetrable super black maze with no exit. I dedicated my life for that. One person a couple of days ago said to me: 'You are a hero, you are already left alone with nobody and still you are banging your head to the wall with your truths'.

How do you recommend kundalini activation be done?
ReplyDeleteAlthough I desire a relationship, I don't have a romantic partner, and that seems quite distant from my reality right now. It simply doesn't happen for me, no matter what I do. Therefore, the activation must be done in another way.
I don't know how kundalini activation should be done. Most probably do it the wrong way though, because if most did it the right way, countless people would have superhuman intellect and abilities and start ascending in mass. Cobra mentioned women and men not reaching orgasm and exchanging energies back and forth though. Yet, there are many specifics on this that are still not available to civilians.
DeleteIt may be best to not activate kundalini with any kind of 'special technique' if one doesn't have a partner and/or doesn't know how (that covers pretty much everyone). The brutal truth may very well be:
It's better to not have kundalini activated than to lose one's mind and/or become hypersexual to the point of damaging one's own sex organs.
However, there is kundalini activation that's more slow that's happening to the surface population with the energies coming through, and the planet is ascending, so what I often focus on is connecting to nature and the planet, as I also don't have a partner.
I heard the thoughtform, "Connect with yourself!" That's great as well, but there needs to be input/output. Both the internal and external are important. Ultimately everything is experienced internally though. Maybe distinctions no longer need to be made at a certain point.

Speaking of vitamin B; many years ago I had a serious deficiency of vitamin B.

I experienced the deficiency condition almost as a crisis. The therapist said that drug addicts and alcoholics often also have a lack of contraction of the pupils (but I have never been an alcoholic or a drug addict).
Eventually I started taking large dosis of vitamin B (thiamine, which I got from the naturopath) and after a short time I felt much better and have since used a lot of vitamin B, preferably a B-vitamin complex with most of the
B-vitamins.
I think vitamin B is very important, among other things, for the nervous system.
Excellent! Yeah, B1 deficiency is a big one. B complex is fantastic for keeping energy levels up.

DeleteRaw honey has just as much fructose as high fructose corn syrup. Maple syrup pretty much does too. Molasses is close as well. Just because it's more 'natural,' this doesn't make it better. For example, same for agave nectar – pure poison. The fructose molecules are exactly the same. Unless you use very small amounts, (and I mean SMALL), you mine as well be drinking sodas.
Also, all those people who say that a slice of white bread equals several teaspoons of sugar are absolute liars who don't understand basic chemistry. The white bread that I buy is starch with a very low amount of the simple sugar fructose. (Starch is composed of chains of glucose molecules, and not health/liver destroying fructose molecules.) I would have to eat 16 slices of this white bread to equal the amount of simple sugar in 1 tablespoon of honey. And, my homemade white bread is even lower in simple sugar than this commercial bread.

I know through and through that alterations in diet make absolutely massive, and even life-saving differences on how I feel. This is NOT just in my head either. Diet itself is not universal. However, the effect of diet on how someone feels IS universal.
I don't know for sure what your diet would need to be, but the diet you are eating for your body is absolutely terrible based on how you say you feel most of the time. You could be fructose intolerant like I am, who knows.
1: I don;t eat pounds and pound of sweet stuff.

The difference in how I feel when eating fruit and not eating fruit is astronomical (no fruit stops the feeling of being 'hangry' and so forth in my case), so once again, you are completely ignoring the role diet plays in wellbeing.
You don't have to associate with bigoted bible warriors. You can cut those people out of your life (unless you are stuck in the same house with them). And like I said, things you don't like don't have to be constantly focused on, as that only makes it worse.
