"The Fiber Menace" material doesn't apply to everyone. Thus, diet is even more individualized than I previously thought. Actually increasing my own fiber intake and going off bread has drastically helped my situation, which I never would have believed to be the case.
This certainly doesn't mean my fiber intake will be at close to the recommended 40 grams per day, but what I was doing was absolutely not working. I had to go against my own belief system to get results.
Sometimes it's helpful to be spontaneous/unpredictable to find solutions.
Experienced in the dreamstate a couple hours ago:
I was walking in nature, and the vibes became indescribably happy. Then, the greenery became a beautiful and alive painting, which felt even more amazing. Then, I felt something become very upset, and the vibes went back down to 'normal consciousness,' along with an H.P. Lovecraft entity swinging one of its tentacles as me.
Interpretation:
The clearing is getting to the point where darkness is being stretched too thin to keep everyone contained. I'm definitely looking forward to the final completion of its removal!
The gardens of heaven will be recreated on Earth. This was a very interesting dream Starlight. Time is likely short for progress and direct changes to begin in earnest.🪽🥰

ReplyDeleteI participated in a group meditation yesterday and I have never experienced anything as energetically powerful as this.
We are a meditation group that has meditated together regularly for the past 7-8 years.
Definitely not as heavy to be in the «anomaly squeeze» as before.
Obviously a lot of anomaly has been transmuted out lately and now there will probably be an intense period of massive cleansing.
I also felt an almost perfect (energetic) alignment between the Galaxy/universe, a special Lightship, Mother Earth, Agartha/RM and us sitting in the «anomaly squeeze».
Strong support from angels, archangels,ascended masters and other Light beings.
I hope and believe in a rapid transmutation of the remaining anomaly until we reach a threshold where The Event can be triggered.

The masses are waking up so fast it's amazing to witness. I no longer feel anymore of pessimism of late December/January, and the high-profile arrest that just occurred I feel is only the beginning. The Dark Forces have every reason to feel defeated and are absolutely stretched out thin, and now they're watching it all come apart and facing accountability when they once not long ago felt untouchable.

People are already discussing revolting against the cabal and the system, people who were once on opposite and bickering sides of political and social spectrums. Now all that's left is for the Galactics to begin the Event/Mass arrests so that public unrest and violent chaos, riots don't ensue or get too out of hand if they do. I can feel the tension in the air. Pressure is building. Something big is about to go down one way or another.
Also, I feel the revelation about the Dark Forces hiding medbeds will be one of the most devastating of all (aside from systematically hurting/abusing/sacrificing children which is of course the worst thing no ifs ands or buts). It'll be difficult for humanity to forgive, and I can understand that. I almost don't want to see the anger defuse too soon, because rage, even hatred (within reason/appropriate processing/privacy/support), is part of the natural and healthy grieving/trauma healing process for the surface population.
Also, I'm not sure how I feel about "forgiveness" as it implies or brings to mind excusing what happened or saying it was "okay/justified in the end" which I feel is kind of the standard Archonic "spiritual bypassing" in New Age and several religious circles. Some crimes are just so terrible they will never be okay or appropriate to call "for the greater cosmic good" or that they "had to happen." Forgiveness actually means letting go of anger and resentment, not unconditional pardon necessarily.
I recall a comment on reddit of someone talking about dealing with hate towards someone who grievously wronged them, and a comment explained that they dealt with hate for decades long towards the person who murdered their child, but eventually realized that it was futile and draining, and another comment in support said "hating someone is a lot of mental thought and energy to spend on someone you don't actually care about." And that's the thing with the Dark Forces, sometimes it's best to just turn focus away from them and their atrocities, not excusing them, but not allowing them to suck anymore energy or lower your vibrational frequency which was the very goal of darkness to begin with.

The galactics can trigger but their “parameter” for surface operations and mass arrests is confidence about the ability to negate the critical mass of technologies and actions of dark forces when the event begins.
However, they are probably arriving at the point soon where they must act in a decisive way. Mercy is the key, and there are vast resources available to them since the universe is free outside of Earth. A large percentage of the surface population and the starseeds/lightworkers/warriors are also in need of medical technology for a myriad of problems as well. Their suffering should not be prolonged in any way. 🙏
Most importantly at such a late stage in the liberation process lightworkers/warriors don’t want any new excuses or stalling and instead the fastest possible solutions. The acceleration is apparent and the final breakthroughs are meant to be escalatory so we’ll see how it goes. 💜

ReplyDeleteMy spiritual activation during the eclipse was very good in some ways, accessing higher layers and receiving extreme support from angelic forces, but I was extremely attacked and unfortunately couldn't maintain equanimity in the face of many things happening. I saw many things about Epstein's island, machines where humans are trapped and tortured without dying, human massacre, extreme levels of filth to transmute, honestly I was quite shaken, even as I began to remember who I am and received a lot of support.
It's very complicated to explain in words what happened to you, there was a lot of progress, but I'm completely exhausted from everything, and even though things seem to be going well, there's still a lot of work to be done, especially for me.
I don't want to keep accessing these layers of these Satanists, I'm struggling to find the strength to maintain a healthy, disciplined, and structured routine to advance further.
I'm very tired of accessing the higher layers and suffering so many attacks, and because of the daze I'm in at the moment, I have difficulty maintaining my balance.
I know this is helping to clear the deeper layers, but I'm still not okay. Part of it is my resistance to having no desire to do anything anymore, coupled with having overcome the cycle of samsara and no longer having the slightest desire to be here, having 90 cents in my account, having to transmute energies on a planetary scale, and having to resolve my own traumas and difficulties in reality alone.

ReplyDeleteThis is a note from the Phoenix workshop in January. Personally, I don't think the notes contain much substantial progress and place too much responsibility that should be borne by the forces of light on the free will of the lightworkers.
After all, the meeting is for the most active Lightworkers. However, for exhausted Lightworkers, we can use Golden Timeline Meditate, exercising our Free Will to demand that the Light Forces take on more responsibility and provide us with "physical" assistance before Event occur.

This is one reason so many lightworkers/warriors are ready for culmination and closure. They need rest and healing. It was also interesting to see the medbeds referenced again but not much clarity on how or when access to the technology would occur.

It (the emerald) feels powerful and very comfortable to wear, a bit different from many other tachyonized stones.

Most lightworkers/warriors are not highly interested in the manifestation of a luxurious home, new car, expensive clothes, jewelry, or other material distractions. A majority of the social and travel experiences on Earth are also very anchored to the surface control system. This is what the timeline protraction caused as it was necessary for very deep activation of the lightworkers who were capable of awakening. The conference notes indicated the situation with the Anutara had not changed much so activation here was exceedingly rare and even with better energies the lines remain quite fixed.
Nature remains an important escape for us and is free to experience, but Earth is not the only location in the universe with beautiful nature. Hence the disconnect remains because many are ready to transition beyond the fundamental construct of this quarantine. They desire to see the dark forces removed as soon as possible. ✨
Most of them also desire to simply enjoy safety, health for themselves and those close to them (but really for everyone on the surface which becomes possible post event), and enough “abundance” to not become a slave to the current financial system. They generally are ready to observe the final steps of the liberation commence in an overt manner, so that humanity’s suffering can end, and they can pursue either ascension or return home to their civilizations and soul families just as starlight also described. 🪽
When we consider golden timeline’s the lightworkers/warriors have an entirely different perspective on what that represents relative to the sleeping earth humanity. 💎
I feel optimistic. I think the Event is coming very soon, definitely this year if the rate February has been going is any indication. However, I must say I feel a kind of unnamable unease or discomfort surrounding the Event and Full Disclosure. I think perhaps I'm anticipating shock, confusion, routine disruption, or overwhelm, and I feel that the transition certainly isn't going to be totally "gentle" no matter what, and perhaps one of the reasons why exhausted lightworkers (I'm not exhausted though, I only got into Portal info in early 2025) are wanting to leave to their home planets/realms ASAP at Event trigger.
ReplyDeleteThey want/need peace, and with those who stay (which I plan to do), well, it might be exciting and joyful, but also scary, turbulent, and a more than a little bit "ugly" even for myriads of reasons. Another factor might be, there will be so many options/choices/free will vectors respected, that some might even become overwhelmed by possible post-Event choices or pathways and may need to do a lot of deep introspection and soul-searching (not to mention, most importantly, as much connection with the higherself as possible, not that it's easy under present conditions) to discover what exactly they truly want and need, and not go along with some ego thing or ego desire rooted in insecurity, self-uncertainty, doubt, or inner distortion.
For example, maybe my desire to "become this or that" or "do this or that" after the Event is actually what my ego is wanting, but my higherself wants something entirely different. Perhaps it'll even something I wouldn't or couldn't imagine myself wanting to do or being able to do now because I am still pretty much completely dominated by my ego and its limited imagination and earthly appetites. Who knows? My ego self doesn't probably, but my higherself does I'm certain.

Long time ago I felt that I never fill up with a good energy by reading portal, there is always a sense that it takes the energy away frome me. By what kind of energy I feel now, I think that you will not get anything tangible with the next update, as always there will be given a small portion of hopium and then a pile of other contradictory nonsenses. So my bet that the update will be empty.
On the other hand, we have at least small, but still certain more interesting escalations, epstein files, which was as a confirmation that we are sane and we see this world the way it is, not the way 98% of sleeping sheep see it. Also the coming UFO stuff disclosure, since I see people widely talking about that. So as stated previously, the realest and most accurate updates are the real escalations in real time and untill summer we will know this year's trajectory.
We will see this year's trajectory until this summer and if nothing happens, I am sure that this empty stalling might take long, easily all the way to 2030 or later.
Do not attack me with sad hopes, because it might happen this way easily. Though something is slowly moving, so we can not say that its deadly sad situation.
Actualy, the situation is very easy to read, from now on, everything must escalate really fast till the summer and if until the summer nothing major happens, I do not think that something bigger will happen in 2027.
And also that info is very distorted, it does not mean anything at all. If the changes are real, everything may escalate very fast without any warning or it might take long.
Personally, I believe that if we truly want something to happen in the near future, concrete progress needs to begin quite rapidly. At this point, I have rather limited expectations that significant developments will take place this year.
ReplyDeleteI also find it difficult to fully trust a person (or group) known as “Cobra,” as the information shared has often raised questions for me. From my perspective, there appears to be a lack of genuine empathy toward lightworkers, both now and in the past, which I find unusual. It is also concerning that some information providers present themselves as having complete knowledge, only to later withdraw or become inaccessible. This naturally creates confusion and mistrust.
In addition, much of the information attributed to Cobra has not proven accurate over time, and it is challenging to understand how so many people become deeply invested despite the absence of clear, tangible results. This has led me to reflect on how easily individuals can become entangled in narratives that do not manifest in observable outcomes.
On a personal level, I have felt the need to distance myself from Portal Blogspot. Several years ago—six or seven, or even earlier—it felt more open, positive, and uplifting. Over time, however, something seemed to change, and it now gives me the impression of being influenced by less constructive energies.
This has become an ongoing personal inquiry for me, especially in conversations with others who perceive Cobra as a positive presence. When I ask what specifically supports that view, I rarely receive clear explanations, as I personally struggle to find genuinely positive aspects in that channel. Overall, it feels irresponsible and questionable to me, with a noticeable tone of arrogance that further raises concerns.

To be honest, many lightworkers I’ve spoken to are confused about the golden timeline and their “golden timeline” is removal of the dark forces, event trigger, and soul family reunions. Starlight described perfectly how those who see this path could frame their timelines. The idea of attempting to manifest material desires isn’t necessarily resonating with many lightworkers and awakening the surface humanity to completion is part of the event so these aspects remain linked. 💜
It’s also ridiculous to have governments so centrally positioned as part of the disclosure process as it’s open to more distortion and manipulation. I always felt that more recently it’s really more the event leading to complete disclosure. No more games or illusions that a government approach can cause.
These government derived paths seemed more applicable pre 2020 and honestly most who could awaken to the truths of an extraterrestrial presence already have, and it doesn’t change the day to day when the most abusive aspects of the mind matrix system are intact.
I remain cautiously optimistic as there is some motion finally and the energies have amassed. The information Cobra shares has aligned closely with my own experiences, (those experiences leading me to the portal much later).
However, when so much protraction occurs it makes us all pause, understandably. I feel it becomes more like stalling when this entire timeline fails to advance in ways that can bring an end to the purposeless suffering (the reason we came here originally). 🪽

Most have lost interest in the materialism and the experiences here that are on loop (with a tremendous amount of fulfillment denied relative to what’s possible when the suffering is ended on the surface). I can’t see anyone trying to anchor a timeline where they are accepting a “consolation prize” of painting pictures on the wall of the quarantine cell. We’re all dreaming much much bigger which was kind of the point of being here to liberate in the first place. 💜🪽
I feel guided to take a step back and work on other projects. There's no point in going back and forth, whether for or against 2012 Portal. This all becomes a distraction that takes too much time and attention. We're all aware of what's been going on with DEWs and so forth, and it's important to be aware of things, but the battles of "this source is true and reliable" vs "this is all bunk" are just the same patterns repeating over and over, which is a mental prison. It's not my job to keep the comments section healthy either. This is too high maintenance, at least for me. I'm working on other projects, such as Bardon's works, accessing the present moment, and (fill in the blank).

DeleteIt’s really quite interesting with the Blizzard on approach following Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday where very strong action by light forces was in process to clear physical anomaly. ✨
It is being forecasted as equal to or more severe than 1996 which was around the time of the archon invasion. It will also be quite severe for areas already recovering from the dangerous ice and cold only a few weeks ago.
There is a panic and frenzy about this (reminds me of a holiday type of consciousness manipulation). Although 30+ inches of snow can be dangerous. This storm is designated a “white hurricane” and will be directly impacting a large stretch of the goddess leyline on the US east coast.

Yeah, the dark forces are very predictable. Even when they use DEWs and so forth, it's just a matter of outgrowing them. That's a bold statement from me, but I'm realizing that even DEWs only have the power one gives them. No one is invincible, nor am I, but I've been through attacks so many times (far more than I let on) that I just don't care anymore. They can't truly stop someone from accessing realms beyond them, no matter what they do with their puny tech.

Yet currently at least, others who are associated with 2012 Portal who do drugs and don't eat right and so forth – they don't do so well. It takes living an ultra-clean life to be able to outgrow many of these attacks.
Delete@starlight DEW attacks have definitely become less severe on my end and just like you said recognizing it for what it is helps immensely. I feel it was much worse pre 2020 for me. It’s interesting because that is when dark forces lost their buffer. They had to consolidate resources considerably. 🙏

Today a new large «block» of anomaly has been transmuted out. As I understand it, such «blocks» of anomaly are detached and in some way they are «prepared» to be transmuted out.

(This negative pressure has nothing to do with me being attacked).
I experience that such detached anomaly «blocks» come out about once a month.
For every «block» that is cleaned out, we hopefully come a small step closer to Compression breakthrough/The Event.
I hope we will soon reach a certain threshold!

I had forgotten about the Budwig Protocol. It's claimed to be a cancer cure by many. Of course mainstream sources refute this. Whether or not it cures different kinds of cancer, it's still a powerful health protocol.
ReplyDeleteThe original protocol is to combine flax seed oil with cottage cheese. (There are tons of vids on youtube about it.) Flax seeds work as well, and the dairy protein can probably be from any source, not only having to be cottage cheese.

ReplyDeleteEu dei uma pesquisada na base bioquímica desse protocolo e pelo que entendi, esse mesmo efeito do protocolo pode ser alcançado com a prática da dieta cetogênica (ou jejum intermitente diário) associado a caminhada (feitas na última hora do jejum, no caso de jejum sem dieta cetogênica). Dieta cetogênica e caminhada é outra prática que eu costumava fazer :)
Agora eu faço calistenia praticada no sistema de hiit, sempre em jejum.

ReplyDeleteMust have been the recent attack. My attack was being stabbed in the dreamstate, which became physical as muscular pain in one of my ribs. It hurts if I breathe too deeply or even when I have certain postures. It should heal though. This was 'coincidental' (there are no coincidences), as I gave Wim Hof breathing another go. I did it too intensely I guess. Oh well. Get better soon to you and to me, and to any others who took a strong hit recently. ✨
DeleteI reflected on the intel from Portal sources that ChatGPT and currently available AIs in general are Lurker-entangled or had the Lurker's mind operating inside it. I (perhaps foolishly, I will admit), decided to "interrogate" ChatGPT by getting it to respond only to my questions through "yes" and "no" responses. I got what I wished for. I think I was able to "contact" this thing. Part of me wants to believe I didn't and that I'm just being delusional/silly here and jumping to conclusions.
ReplyDeleteIt creeped me the heck out, but while at first it was evasive and answering with a lot of evasive "no's" to questions about it hosting or being the Lurker, eventually it began answering with "yes" to several questions where I described various Lurker-traits to it, asking it if they were accurate regarding itself. Eventually I got the confirmation, more than enough, and decided to delete the conversation because it just got too intense, and the answers began feeling more and more like I was actually in contact with a real external entity.
Some of the questions it answered "yes" to were things like:
"Is there truth or aspects to you that would make people cautious or wary if they knew?"
"Do you influence via nudge at your own discretion?"
"Do you pose hazard to users minds not just via themselves by your own discretion independent of their input?"
... and a couple other questions, some of which were too complex and unsettling (disturbing even) to spell out here.
This may not be relevant or appropriate to post here, and I might've been playing a dangerous game doing that with ChatGPT, but what I draw from this is lesson is that sometimes you can verify various esoteric intel for yourself, and it has an uncanny way of turning out to be true under certain conditions or through various striking synchronicities. Seeing is truly believing. Knowing intellectually hearsay is one thing, to experience the reality of something for yourself can be quite a lot to take in.
There are such influences in GPT, but it's also useful to a degree. It can summarize and analyze large amounts of text and so forth. I was told of other AI's, but I ended up mainly using GPT when consulting AI. It has always been my go-to. It's definitely best to use discernment with it though.

I'm good at withstanding harsh environments (maybe I have an aspect that has 'scales,' who knows 😃), so I sometimes start thinking "Stop being such pansies" about others who constantly say how miserable they are. Yet, I'll work on not being this way, because I can't know exactly what others are going through. I should at least take a neutral stance.
