I Don't Want to Be Part of the Problem
People like Dr. Berg are a part of the problem. His one-size-fits-all solution is for everyone to go low carb and eat high amounts of animal protein. He has a following of over 10 million people who swear he changed their lives. He has his own keto cult founded on lies and loosh from animal sacrifices.
Of course people's health will improve when cutting out processed foods and so forth. But then this gets falsely attributed to animal flesh being a superfood. It's actually what's subtracted that causes the health benefits, not the animal flesh itself.
Also of course, people who are on the carnivore diet are part of the problem. They eat somewhere around 1.5 – 3 pounds of animal flesh per day. The animal kingdom already has it hard enough as it is. The amount of animal loosh from the entire world's population eating 1.5 – 3 pounds of animal flesh per day would be unimaginable. It's also unsustainable. For reference, the average amount of animal flesh eaten when averaging the world's population is about 1/4 of a pound per person per day... so those on the carnivore diet eat 6 to 12 times more meat than the average person.
Even if it were true that the only way for me to thrive and be healthy was to eat 1.5 – 3 pounds of animal flesh per day – which it isn't true at all, but hypothetically – I would refuse to do it. I would rather be sup-par than eat this much meat.
The dark forces have been influencing me to go on the carnivore diet, which is why I was eating so much meat before I recently went vegan. All I would ever hear was the carnivore diet being promoted as the ultimate supernova of health and vitality.
When I was eating close to a pound of meat per day, the guilt inside me became unbearable. I felt like I was taking way more than my fair share. I don't know how people who are on the carnivore diet can live with themselves.
It feels like a reckoning of sorts is coming. Those who became famous and/or wealthy from greed and lies will have everything pulled out from under them, and they will be forced to face themselves and what they've done. Right now they have it really nice. Everything caters to their every whim. May the hammer show them no mercy.
Update: The last couple of times I tried soy, I had horrible entities in the dreamstate. This time around - same thing. It also makes me moody and depressed every time. It also gives me the beginning stages of diabetic nerve pain in my feet. Thus, soy protein sources like tofu and soy protein isolate will be completely avoided. Although Dr. Berg is a part of the problem, he's right about soy being harmful. Or, at least when it comes to my own body and mind, soy is very harmful.
ReplyDeleteMost vegan sources of protein are off limits. My options are extremely limited, but I can still make this work. I was doing great before I introduced soy; it's only a matter of time before I get back on track.
