My Advice, Take or Leave

Lacto-Vegetarian Diet Fails with Hard Labor

I've had to do some intense physical labor recently, and the vegetarian diet hasn't been getting me through it well.  I've been vegetarian for over a month, and it was fine when I wasn't working, but when really physical work is involved, I become ultra-depressed/'dark.'

I've also been very thirsty all the time.  I'll drink a massive amount of water and the thirst remains.  This is possibly due to the very high amount of phosphorus from the lacto-vegetarian diet.  Dairy is very high in phosphorus, which is hard on the kidneys.  My phosphorus intake was estimated at about 3g per day.  The recommended amount is 700mg per day for adults.  Long-term high phosphorus intake from dairy is a health disaster.  Meat has far less phosphorus compared with dairy such as cheese, so I'll be replacing dairy with meat to the level necessary to get the phosphorus down.

Regarding the Event

I always said to have a plan B in case plan A is delayed for a long time.  Many lightworkers don't have a plan B, and someone even commented a while back that having a plan B means I'm not going all-in for the Event.

Lightworkers who don't take self-responsibility for finances and life skills are not going to fare well when the Event and Divine Intervention don't happen in a reasonable timeframe (which is already the case).  They will just be left standing with very limited survival abilities both physically and metaphysically, and will be victimized to the maximum by the dark forces.  So, this is why I still maintain it's absolutely essential to have a plan B, C, and so forth.

It's still very much a dog-eat-dog world out there.  This has not changed at all.  So, my advice, take or leave, is always have a backup plan to avoid being thrown to the wolves.  This is not compromising oneself.  This is common sense.

I'm not saying to forget about the Event.  But in the meantime, if there's not going to be assistance from the light forces to directly and physically intervene in lightworkers' lives, this needs to be accounted for with plans of action.  For example:

"Suppose there is no Event this year.  Ok, so I need to have this and this and this in place to manage in the meantime.  Suppose there's no safety net in place.  Then I'll make my own safety net.  I will take initiative to take care of what needs to be taken care of.  And if the Event does happen this year, that's great!  But there were many who said it would happen long before now and it obviously didn't, so I need to account for this with a fully implemented backup plan.  That way I won't fall flat on my face if there is no Event this year because I'll have a solid foundation to keep me standing."
