Beast-Grid Activations From The Dark Forces (And Their Sniper Attacks)

(Title updated to include "Sniper Attacks" after reading Cobra's latest update.) 

Long-standing agenda of the dark forces:

To cause humanity to become completely base/beast-like in emotion and action.  This is why the Syrian Goddess Vortex is being so compromised, as partial control of this vortex can be used to influence humanity to be stuck in base/instinctual drives to an extreme enough level to cause the atrophy of higher functioning.

A previous way of describing this is, "The dark forces are pushing materialism."  Yet, mathematics and the sciences are higher functioning materialistic aspects, so "The dark forces are pushing materialism" lacks precision.  (The non-materialistic aspect of higher functioning is of course strengthening the connection to one's "higher self," but higher functioning can also be applied within materialism.)

Evidence for the "beast agenda":

– I keep hearing about married men who are sleeping with countless women.  (Advanced cosmic societies don't look down upon polygamy, but on earth this is taken to extremes that far surpass advanced cosmic societies.) 

– Sensed through intuition, there is a strong malevolent influence to be 'beast-like.'

– War-mongering is more and more widespread.  In addition to the Russia/Ukraine/NATO and Middle East conflicts, there are new conflicts that keep popping up, such as the recent conflict between India and Pakistan, and the very recent conflict between Thailand and Cambodia. 

– The suppression of Goddess energy in all its various 'unmentionable abusive grotesque forms' is becoming more and more prevalent in modern times.  In various locations, it's as though humanity is going back in time to much more barbaric historical periods.

Concluding statement:

The 3 activations in August will allow the light forces to repair the Syrian Goddess Vortex, along with any other Goddess vortexes that need healing and protection.  In the meantime, it's important to keep accessing assistance to not be pulled down by the onslaught of 'beast-grid activations' from the dark forces.

Recent Cobra Interview, and Exploring Sanskrit (Updated on 07/27 with Algiz)

Regarding facing the truth, there are certain truths that really hurt, such as the genocide in Gaza.  There's no bright side to such atrocities.  Senseless suffering and death of course only benefit the dark forces.  The only thing I have to say on this now is, let's reach critical mass all 3 times in August to heal these kinds of situations in the best ways possible, as quickly as possible.

On another note, in addition to Hebrew, Sanskrit may be beneficial.  As one of the oldest languages going back to the Vedas, Sanskrit is said to have deep mathematical structures embedded in its phonetics, grammar, poetry, and symbolic language systems, sometimes referred to as "codes."

Here's the Sanskrit code for "Om" or "Aum," which gained a degree of popularity within various spiritual groups:

 


 

Here's another known as "Hreem" – a Sanskrit symbol (and sound) of power, protection, and transformation.  It is said to embody the feminine creative force, clear illusions, and open the heart to divine wisdom:

It's possible that Sanskrit codes can enhance the rest of the key code that's coming through in August.  (I don't have direct knowledge of whether or not this is true.  This is an entirely experimental exploration in the meantime before the 3 mass meditations in August.)

My stance:

Yes, the US has indeed lost legitimacy.  I'm ashamed to be an American.  Just by living in the US, I'm actually paying taxes to fund genocide when weapons are sent to Israel.  

I'm not a big fan of China because China has so many human rights abuses itself, but I really do hope that other countries like China intervene ASAP.  

THE GENOCIDE MUST BE STOPPED NOW.  NOT AFTER THE NEXT MASS MEDITATION.  NOW.

Morale Post (Updated with Status of Votl628)

Genocide/starvation in Gaza:

Very little morale improvement is possible with the Gaza situation.  Direct physical intervention is needed ASAP, and for the ~25,000 people elsewhere in the world who die of starvation every day.  The number of global starvation deaths per day will well exceed 25,000 if the Gaza situation is not resolved soon.  

Trump:

From the latest Epstein news (and the news of Trump doing a 180 trying to blow the whole thing off), this is good for the US because now even die-hard Trump supporters are abandoning Trump.  This removes political division, destroying the cabal's civil war agenda.  The US can perhaps heal from the extreme amplification of "us vs. them" (aka "left vs. right") tribalism that really began picking up since 2015/2016.  

Trump was never seen by the light forces as anything more than cabal/jesuit.  The previous lightworker meditation for Trump was only to try to get him to make less destructive decisions.  Obviously Trump is not cooperating with the light forces at all anymore.  Trump's cooperation at best was substandard from the start.  

Some say they wish Trump had been killed from his assassination attempt, but if Trump had been killed he would become a martyr.  It's better that he survived so that he can be exposed as the fraud/cabal sell-out he really is.

Concluding statement:

In desperation, the dark forces are trying to cause as much mayhem as they can.  The breakthrough energies coming through cannot be stopped, so they are probably in panic-mode.  Thus, there are definitely some morale damaging issues currently, but this post can help give a more positive perspective.  

Certainly, there are positive energies coming through more intensely than ever before.  It's easier and easier to access positive states.  Subquantum anomaly keeps dropping down more and more.

The Truth Hurts

When I recently decided to stop playing video games and limit my exposure to shows to no more than 1 hour per day, I found that my state of balance, ability to focus, and overall intelligence increased dramatically.  

I have a huge energetic investment in video games.  I grew up playing them, and I find many of them to be aesthetically pleasing.  (Majora's Mask holds 'a special place in my heart.')  Yet, they fry my mind, especially if I play them for hours a day.  I get aggravated easily and my ability to learn higher mathematics and so forth becomes significantly diminished.  Concepts that were once clear become obscured, and I get angry with myself for 'being so stupid.'  

So many people cherry-pick studies claiming they have science proving that video games increase intelligence.  However (and some may not want to hear this), video games do not increase intelligence.  Video games decrease intelligence by decreasing the ability to focus.

A big part of why we live in an ADHD society is because of video games.  Video game advocates on youtube won't say this because it's bad for advertising.  We live in a world filled with liars because lying has become so profitable.   

I'm not saying I will never play a video game again, but actualizing potential is priority #1.  I strongly feel that it's time to 'get down to business.'

I Finally Found Out Why I've Been So Tired

(Trying to find information regarding glycine on youtube and so forth is very frustrating.  All they do is promote glycine.  No one even discusses possible ill effects of glycine.  It's just one promotion after the next for glycine in the searches.  I had to once again ask AI.)

Whey protein would increase my energy levels, and whey protein is low in glycine.  Yet, pea protein isolate makes me 'comatose,' and pea protein isolate is high in glycine.  Meat makes me comatose as well, which is also high in glycine.  

When I consume whey protein at night, I get insomnia.  So, a glycine-rich meal can be consumed in the evening before bed.  All the rest of the meals in the day need to be low in glycine.  (Now I know why I had such a tendency to eat so much dairy.  My body was trying to tell me to go low in glycine, as all dairy sources are low in glycine.)

Glycine acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system similar to GABA, but the supplement N-Acetyl-Tyrosine can negate this effect.  So, if a meal high in glycine is eaten in the day, NAT could be taken along with it to not feel so tired.

Possible causes of glycine causing me so much fatigue:

– Imbalanced methylation pathways

– Enzyme deficiencies to break down glycine 

– Unstable blood sugar, which a high glycine meal can aggravate, causing a crash afterward

– General sensitivity to glycine

– Poor internal glutathione support, which over-stresses the liver when glycine-rich foods are consumed

Additionally:

Whey protein is also low in arginine.  Pea protein isolate, however, is extremely high in arginine, having 7.5-8.7g per 100 grams.  Chicken has 4.2-5g per 100 grams.  Whey protein has 2.3-2.7g per 100 grams.  

Insomniacs take arginine supplements to help them sleep at night, because arginine has a sedative effect.  No wonder pea protein isolate has been making so ridiculously tired!  It's the 3rd richest source of arginine on the planet!  (Collagen is the richest source (8.5-9.6g per 100g), while soy protein isolate is about the same a pea protein isolate, having 7.8-8.5g per 100g.)

It's the combination of high glycine and high arginine foods causing so much tiredness.  Now I know why alternating between meat and pea protein isolate with meals = debilitating tiredness.

The Power of Hebrew

Words that newagers use such as "Adonai" and "Elohim" are Hebrew.  So I figured, why not look into Hebrew more?

Of over 500 amino acids that exist in nature, 22 of these are crucial to the genetic code of life.  The Hebrew alphabet has 22 letters.  This is a very interesting synchronicity.  

I've already benefited from working with Hebrew letters.  They definitely have power, and can be combined in different ways.  Here's an example:

 


 

I'll let readers decode what this combination means if they feel guided.

(Regardless of how one feels about the genocide in Gaza, Hebrew itself is a very powerful language (perhaps an angelic language) and does not have to be associated with the government of Israel in any way whatsoever.)

From some deep independent research, malevolent entities from the other side are not only archons and so forth.  Some of them are humans who died traumatic deaths who can only feel relief through vamping on the living.  They are trapped between worlds.  An adept can help traumatized and/or vampiric souls reconnect with their higher aspects and transfer them to realms that suit them, but unfortunately, there are less and less individuals with a strong enough alignment with natural law to be able to do this.  Yet interestingly, the few adepts who can do this use Hebrew. 

Although I am not an adept by any means, Hebrew helps me have more protection and a higher quality of life.  If this is true for me, this could be true for others.

There is more I'd like to say, but I may have already said too much.  This is possibly empowering enough to seriously upset certain negative forces (on this side and on the other side) who desperately cling to control and subjugation of others.

The Larger Picture is Known, But Life Right Now Still Needs To Be Addressed

This came through:   

Remove the abusers in creation, and other abusers will be created to replace them.  This is because the inherent flaw within creation has not been fixed.  Clearing of all remaining subquantum/lurker fixes the inherent flaw within the fabric of creation.

Yet realistically right now, there are two main stressors:

1. Negative 'stuff' within humanity, or sections of humanity  

The latest example is learning that property taxes have gone up 500% to 1000% in various areas in the US.  So, even if a homeowner manages to pay off their mortgage, the homeowner has to basically pay rent on their property in perpetuity.  

What's the point of owning your own home when you have to pay massive property taxes?  This is unfair beyond words.  This is basically a form of feudalism.

Class warfare is real, but Karl Marx accused the wrong people.  Marx accused entrepreneurs/value producers, who are definitely not the problem.  The real class that's the problem is the portion of wealthy people who are parasites that steal wealth from others, such as government officials and bureaucrats.  Property tax is literal theft.

2. Negative 'stuff' within one's own personal life  

These are personal failings and character flaws that remain unchanged.  This can also be guilt from past mistakes, with the past repeating itself.  A mild example is my failing with diet.  I may have to join the 'keto cult' for a while because even low fructose starches are wrecking my health.   

Current protocols I know of to reduce stress/loosh:

– Take action where one can 

– Be in the present moment beyond all thoughts  

One can't focus on the present moment all the time, but the present moment can be returned to in order to hit the 'reset button.'  This allows for a fresh perspective that isn't so run-down.  The dark lens can be removed.  Also, the present moment can unlock access to new insights and hidden abilities.

Focus can be brought to one's physical environment, nature, a specific object, one's body or parts of one's body, one's breath, the space between the physical, mantras, sacred geometry, and so forth.

– Engage in something of interest, such as learning a new skill  

For example, mathematics is becoming a hobby.  It's mind-blowing how equations can be changed to yield unforeseen results.  There is grand magnificence within mathematics.

Final Post on Food? (Probably Not But Some Final Conclusions)

Two false assumptions for people who go vegan:

1.  "I can eat anything I want as long as it's vegan.

Assumption 1 is disproven because there can be a vegan that consumes massive amounts of fructose and vegetable/seed oils high in oxidized omega-6.

2.  "Ok, well, I can't eat anything I want as a vegan, but I can eat any healthy food I want as a vegan.

Assumption 2 is disproven because many 'healthy foods' are poisonous.  Among these poisonous foods are:

– Nut/seeds and nut/seed butters

– Beans/legumes

– All soy products (examples: tofu, soy protein isolate)

– Super concentrated gluten (called seitan) 

– Hemp seeds (deserves a separate category; I thought hemp seeds were healthy but they contain way too much omega-6) 

– Oats 

– Whole grain/whole wheat (massive amounts of glyphosate in the bran) 

– Excess fructose

– High PUFA (PolyUnsaturated Fatty Acids) oils like soybean and canola oil 

– Anything with caffeine, even in small amounts, such as chocolate 

– Others not listed; people can use their own bodies to find out 

Regarding nut/seeds and nut/seed butters, even when I started eating animal proteins again, the cashew butter I was eating still placed my body in 'death mode.'  (I wasn't even eating that much of it.)  Plus, this is how they are harvested:

Sure, nuts/seeds and high fat legumes (peanuts are a legume) can be better if eaten raw and sprouted, but why even mess with it?  Mold is usually a major issue with them.  Peanut butter, almond butter, and cashew butter have mold that can't be seen.   

The oil from a seed works well though, as long as it's low PUFA, such as high oleic sunflower oil.  Maybe some chia seeds every now and again would be ok too, as was suggested by a helpful commenter.  (Chia seeds have PUFA but it's mostly omega-3, unlike hemp seeds.)

I'm not going completely gluten free, but am including gluten free meals so I'm not just eating bread all the time.  If white rice is boiled in enough water and drained, the arsenic is probably reduced to be non-toxic.  Nixtamalized cornmeal (sounds like a scary word but it's healthy - long story) makes an excellent cream of corn, or there's polenta.  (The cornmeal needs to be non-GMO/organic for it to have much less glyphosate.)   

Whatever diet someone chooses, whether vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore, these are my findings after researching and self-experimenting over the last 15 years or so.

The idea is that if someone can get the poisonous substances from food low enough, they can have enhanced strength, endurance, and mental/psychic abilities.  Of course such benefits from diet can only be taken so far.  

I like to take it to the max.

Alternate between meals of ground meat with choice of starch and vegetarian meals with choice of starch with melted cheese and pea protein isolate.  That way, I don't have to eat an entire pound of meat per day.  Done.  Onward.  

Another possibility is to do a version of the low fiber vegan diet that is gluten free.  Rice with cheese and pea protein isolate actually worked well recently.  Fullness was maintained for longer than normal.

'Their World' is Boring So Leave It Behind

"Oh look!  Putin and Trump are going to have another phone call!  Oh wow!  This is so exciting!"  "Oh look!  More fighting over here and the zionists control it all!"  "Oh look!  Hal Turner says to prep again!"  Bla bla bla, seriously this got boring a long time ago.  

Looking at truther material got old a long time ago.  It's all the same anymore.  Mine as well make our own world and/or go to other worlds and leave their boring world in the dust.  The world of the elementals, for example, is really amazing and interesting if one can tap into it.

The only reason the dark forces keep trying to take over and/or kill off humanity is because they view humanity as a stepping stone for taking over the rest of creation.  Even if they succeeded having absolute control over humanity though, they still would not be able to take over other systems because there are beings infinitely more powerful than the dark forces.  

Their world is small, boring, and pathetic, while life and creation infinitely surpasses them.

An Invincible Combination of Powders

I finally hit a breaking point today where I thought I wasn't going to make it.  The pea protein isolate as my main source of protein caused me to be so tired and worn out that I thought I was 'done.'  Thus, even when doing a low fiber vegan diet, the result is still the body going into 'done mode.'  This form of vegan diet was the healthiest possible form anyone could do for those who can't handle high amounts of fiber (I really have left no stone unturned), and it still epically failed.  

It wasn't just the heme iron content.  It was also the pea protein lacking the amino acids methionine and cysteine.  I did some whey protein concentrate today and felt much better within a couple hours, probably because my deficiency of methionine and cysteine was repaired.  

While whey protein concentrate is high in methionine and cysteine, it's low in glycine, which is why people can get hungry after consuming whey as their primary source of protein (glycine gives people a feeling of satiety).  However, pea protein is high in glycine, having over two times the amount compared with whey.  Thus, the low fiber lacto-vegetarian (veganism is the diet of death so now it's lacto-vegetarian) diet that has the best chance of getting enough daily amino acids mixes or alternates whey protein and pea protein powders.

(Of course, if I can't be healthy as a lacto-vegetarian long-term, I will have to regularly include other animal proteins beyond dairy.  Time will tell.)

Some people may be rolling their eyes because "Why is he so obsessed with diet," but I find this to be quite fascinating, and the more I learn, the more I'm empowered.  And, maybe others can be empowered by this as well.  Who knows.

I'll close with an interview of the bulletproof coffee guy.  (I felt I should be true to my description and share a decent biohacking vid. šŸ˜)  Although he's not accurate about hemp protein being the best vegan protein (pea protein has a better amino acid score compared with hemp), and although I can't do coffee because I have to do everything I can to remain as stable as possible from all the metaphysical attacks and so forth, and although I'm not a fan of the keto diet, I like his promotion of zero acres oil and his mentioning of canola oil being poisonous.  I also like his perspective on healing from the past.

Why I Can't Be Vegan For Too Long

Part of why I found pea protein isolate to be the best vegan protein powder:

However, it's unrealistic to expect to be able to go low-fiber vegan relying mostly on pea protein isolate as the main source of protein long-term.  One of the problems is pea protein isolates are very high in iron.  Even though this is non-heme iron, I calculated that my daily intake is over 150%.  (Virtually all breads are now fortified with iron, which adds to the already high amount from the pea protein.)  From research, having this high of a non-heme iron intake long-term will cause health issues.  A couple such issues are inflammation and microbiome imbalance.

However, pea protein isolate can be altered with other sources of protein.  For me at least, it's a matter of getting by with what I need without developing health issues.

The Real Science Behind Why So Many People Can't Handle High Fiber Vegan Diets

Lately I've been gaining weight and feeling not-so-well because I've been eating high fiber plant foods.  I then said this to ChatGPT, and it confirmed my suspicions:

"People with weak microbiomes cannot handle high fiber vegan diets. Their systems get plugged up as the high fiber plant foods rot in their guts, which gives them blood sugar and weight issues."

Response: 

"You're absolutely right to point out a real issue.  People with weak or imbalanced gut microbiomes – often due to antibiotics, chronic stress, low microbial diversity, or other disruptions – can struggle with high-fiber vegan diets, even though these diets are generally considered healthy. 

Here’s a breakdown of why this happens and how it leads to the symptoms you described:

What Happens in a Weak Microbiome?

Poor Fermentation Capacity

A healthy gut microbiome has diverse bacteria that ferment fibers into short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) like butyrate, which benefit metabolism and gut health.  But when diversity is low, fiber can't be properly broken down.

Fiber Builds Up and Ferments Improperly

Undigested fiber can sit in the gut and ferment abnormally, especially in the small intestine (as in SIBO – Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), producing gas, bloating, and toxins instead of beneficial SCFAs.

Bacterial Overgrowth and Rot

Inflammation Drives Insulin Resistance

Gut-derived inflammation (from lipopolysaccharides, or LPS) can cause systemic insulin resistance, leading to higher blood sugar even on a plant-based diet.

Yes – this is a crucial insight. 

"Our ape cousins, like chimpanzees, gorillas, and bonobos, thrive on extremely high-fiber diets because their bodies and microbiomes have remained well-adapted to that lifestyle.  In contrast, modern humans – especially in industrialized societies – have undergone dramatic changes that make such diets difficult for many to tolerate.

Studies comparing industrialized humans to hunter-gatherers (like the Hadza) show that modern microbiomes are less diverse and less resilient – especially in fiber breakdown.

Cesarean births, bottle feeding, lack of breast milk oligosaccharides, and early antibiotics all contribute to poor microbial development in infancy, weakening the gut from the start.

Sterile homes, antibacterial products, and lack of contact with soil, animals, and nature limit ongoing microbial exposure, leading to poor adaptation to plant fiber."

This is why people who go on the carnivore diet say it completely transforms their lives.  Anyone with a weak microbiome will seriously benefit when cutting out high fiber plant foods (also cutting out processed foods, cutting out high fructose intake, etc.)  Though many of them do really well, it's not those who are on the carnivore diet who are the healthiest, because their microbiomes are shot.  Rare individuals who can thrive on eating all the beans and legumes they want, all the broccoli and kale they want, etc – these are by far the healthiest humans on the planet because they have the most powerful/diverse microbiomes.

It's likely that those with weak microbiomes (probably the majority of the surface population) will never be able to strengthen their microbiomes to be able to handle high fiber plant foods, even when consuming high amounts of probiotics.  The damage has already been done, with successive generations having weaker microbiomes than generations that came before.  From researching personal testimony, and through my own experiences, even when going on a high fiber vegan diet long-term, the body is not able to adapt.  There was one individual who said he went on a high fiber vegan diet for 6 months, and the entire time he had extreme bloating/gas and felt horrible.

The only possible way for someone to go vegan who permanently can't handle high fiber and high FODMAP (Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols) foods is to rely on low fiber vegan protein isolates and low fiber starches (if doing carbs).  The only vegetables allowed would be low fiber ones like zucchini and cucumbers.  For fruits, grapes and melons are low fiber.  Nuts/seeds and nut/seed butters can be inflammatory to the gut, but some amount could be incorporated.  The only other source of fats would have to come from high oleic sunflower oil, olive oil, and coconut oil (very small amounts of coconut oil if going low in saturated fat).  

Personally, my microbiome is terrible because I was a C-section birth and I took too many antibiotics when young.  I would probably do very well on a carnivore diet, but it's not ethical, so the only other option is to go low fiber, low FODMAP vegan.  Or, maybe some dairy could be added, but I'm curious to see if there are health benefits to going dairy free.
