I strongly feel that Earth is the most beautiful planet in the universe.  She needs love and healing to be free again. 

All the frequencies of the Rainbow can be accessed on Earth.  Her skies and oceans are blue.  Her plant life is green.  The sun gives white Light in her day, golden-yellow Light in her morning and late afternoon, and orange and red Light at her sunrise and sunset.  Her flowers have all the colors of the Rainbow, including pink and violet.

Many people in the world who are abusing their power do have a hurt child within them and would make much better decisions if they healed.  I don't know enough regarding the worst of the worst though, who are said to be destined for a restart in the GCS.  (I'm trying to fit this within the paradigm of 2012 Portal.)

Regarding Twin Flames

I often unite with nature and the sun as a replacement for a romantic partner.  This actually can be done to the extent that I start to believe I don't need a relationship with anyone else.  When I really put for the effort, I can feel a strong connection to Source that can bypass the desire for human relationships.

 

However, I also ask myself, why do I watch clips like these?

 

Love Will Find A Way

 

I know it's Disney (which is of course is a cabal-run company) and I could be made fun of, but yeah, I would watch this kind of material in High School and even later on in life, longing to be with my other half.  Therefore, I can't say I'm beyond the desire for a partner.  

 

Regarding twin flames:

 

The primary message of The Matrix Resurrections is the power of twin flames.  The reason twin flames have been kept apart is because their reunification would cause an end to 'the matrix.' 

 

Within the surface population, the ones who've been kept away from love the most are those most capable of liberating the planet.  Blocked from reunification by the dark forces, their power has been kept in check.  Time for that to change...

Go for a Walk! 😸

There are claims and testimonials that jogging is healthy, and there are claims and testimonials that jogging is unhealthy.  

I used to jog several hours per week.  This was too much jogging - it caused my body to go into a state of inflammation.

However, with walking, there are only positive health claims and testimonials.  The powerful health benefits of walking are both physical and mental.  

A youtube search of "Walking 10,000 steps per day" came up with several videos that further inspired me to stick with the recent decision to go on daily walks.

I calculated my walking, and so far, I'm walking about 6,000 steps per day.  It takes 1.5 to 2 hours to walk 10,000 steps, depending on walking speed.  Many say it takes them 1 hour and 45 minutes to walk 10,000 steps - this could be the average time for most walkers.

According to the above hyperlink, there are also benefits with less than 10,000 steps per day:

Regarding ATVOR

Personally, the duality between wanting to be one with nature, the planet, and the sun, and connecting to the ships above has been an issue.  The conflicting intel on Ets confused me quite a bit as well, and I developed trust issues.  However, the duality and trust issues are no longer so prevalent.  

Maybe I just don't care about the internal conflicts and ambivalence anymore.  Maybe it's possible to both be connected with nature and work with ATVOR.  

I was relaxing a little while ago and imagining how wonderful it would be to be on a star ship like in Star Trek, and then I felt some nice energies come through.  So I figured, why not pursue this more?

It All Depends, and a Thoughtform Heard Earlier

There are different meditations people will be more strong with, and perhaps there are certain meditations that should be prioritized to meet specific needs.  For example, as shown in a previously mentioned video, someone's kundalini could rise up a bit, but then go back down, which causes imbalance.  Many Lightworkers also need more shielding from attacks - who doesn't these days?  Therefore, the Rainbow Flower of Life Sphere could be a primary focus.  The Rainbow Flower of Life provides shielding, harmonizes/balances kundalini, and helps to reverse inverted kundalini.   

There are many possibilities though.  Others may do better with the Violet Flame being a primary focus.  Others yet may do better focusing on all meditations equally. 

Meditations that go outside the scope of 2012 Portal can also help.  I really like accessing golden solar energies, so I sing A432 frequencies while looking at or imagining really nice scenery such as this:

 

 

The Light from doing this feels very warm and blissful.  Solar energies merging with Plant energies merging with Earth energies - this cannot be described with words.  This has to be experienced in one's own unique way(s).

Everyone has different strengths with what they access.  Some are strong with the Violet Flame, while others are strong with Pink Goddess Light.  Some are strong with both, or other combinations.  It's important to use intuition to do what feels best.  Energies come through as feelings, so one could ask, "What do my feelings guide me to do?"  In my own case in the past, I would ignore my feelings, making decisions more based on a sense of duty, which only proved to be detrimental.  It's important to meet one's own energetic needs.

If energetic needs are not met, and instead one self-sacrifices, this causes harm to the planetary situation, because self-harm equates to planetary harm.  Those who hurt others hurt themselves, and those who hurt themselves hurt others.  Those who meet their own energetic needs create a better world.  It's also true that the act of giving can help with one's own energetic needs and can be a win-win, but self-sacrifice, where significant harm is done to oneself, is a lose-lose scenario.  Forcing oneself to meditate when not feeling guided to over a several-year period could be considered as self-harm.  With such matters, it's far more easy than previously realized to damage consciousness.  Of course, no one forced anyone to do anything.  It's all based on free will.

The flip side of the above argument states that only through self-discipline and consistency can real progress be made.  "You go on runs on scheduled days.  If it rains, you still go on runs.  If it snows, you still go on runs."  Interchange "runs" with meditations:  "If you are feeling sick, you still do the meditations.  If you are being attacked and having a horrible day, you still do the meditations."  The most powerful positive occultists only gained ground through unwavering consistency.  So, now I'm uncertain which mentality is best.  I guess it all depends.  Sorry I could not have more clarity in this matter.  Still though:

What about those who don't meditate at all?  Those who don't feel guided to meditate are not bad people or lazy.  Everyone is at different degrees and priorities of evolution.  It's important to not judge or condemn anyone based on what they feel guided or not guided to do.  It's very good that not everyone is the same.  The microbiome illustrates this.  Everyone has a certain 'microbiome signature,' which is far more complex and unique than fingerprints.

I heard the thoughtform, "We're really only at war with ourselves."  This statement would only be completely true if all the dark forces - both physical and nonphysical - were completely cleared, and all that remained was residual programming.  "You are your own worst enemy" and other similar statements are half-truths.

Getting Out of Quicksand - Thank You for the Rope! 💖

I had some really positive support from a couple Lightworkers.  I'm feeling much better now, and can see why it's important to not always 'go at it alone.'

Move on with your life and your work, NONE of us here are saints, we ALL have done something bad because of our injuries, you know the whole ''trolley problem'' etc. This is Earth. Things are not black and white.

If you have done negative actions or have negative thoughts, the Light offers healing and MORE love, not judgement like this. Actions speak louder than words do, this is a critical moment in history and it's definitely the dark forces trying to keep you down from doing what you're supposed to be doing, because light empowers and builds you up, dark diminishes and destroys, all of this is evident in the ''dream'' you have received, very obvious who's who. Move on and keep fighting brother/sister!

Also look at all Cobra posts about karma and punishment, this is not what the light forces promote. Your dream shows this karmic programming and punishment system that we have in our modern society (think companies digging up old, politically incorrect tweets to keep you from a job). If you're still feeling down because of your past actions simply look at what Cobra has been saying all along and you'll know that the dream you saw was complete BS, because look at the consequences of what it has done to you, not the intent to ''deliver ''justice,'' it very clearly does not align with the best interests of the light forces and what is known about them.

I know it might make logical sense to you, you did something wrong so you should bear the consequences, but you're forgetting the very basis of what the source and the LF represent: forgiveness and unconditional love. And as already stated numerous times by Cobra, various previously VERY dark entities now work TOGETHER with the light, makes no sense for you to be excluded from YOUR VERY PURPOSE THAT YOU FEEL AT YOUR HEART (and therefore it's sources own will) because of that. Do you think it makes sense that there are so many light-workers and warriors on the surface, 99% of them having done at least SOME negativity because of trauma, because of their war wounds, because we're still in quarantine prison anomaly nightmare planet, that the LF should disassociate and PUNISH us because of that? Friendly fire much? Also think about all the implants, possessive dark entities, DEWs, scalar mind control etc., that were active at that time, those actions might not have even come from you.

I would recommend you put up protection immediately, do the following meditations:

The archons really went all out on this one, with their deception being extremely elaborate in the dreamstate.  They couldn't destroy me over the years with overt attacks, so instead resorted to attempts at tricking me into destroying myself, with this latest attempt being the most tricky one of all.
